Excellent service and excellent prices. It's a well oiled machine, handling huge turnover quickly and professionally. The food was fine, not spectacular but tasty enough. Excellent fritten. We found the portions insanely big though, couldn't get more that halfway through. Service if extremely efficient and so friendly and everyone spoke perfect English which was most appreciated. Great ambience people watching as well. Excellent value. I would have happily paid double for half the portion I got!

Stayed here whilst travelling back from Germany. Interesting town and nicely located hotel. The hotel is located above a restaurant and bar. The reception area is tucked away at the rear of the restaurant and a little hard to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was well equipped and ours was a very generous size. The bathroom only had a shower but exceptionally good one which was welcomed having spent the day ridding from Germany in the rain. Overall a very pleasant stay and reasonably priced. The only negative was the awkward parking at a local Q park which wasn’t motorcycle friendly. For reference the parking entrance won’t register your bike as it’s not heavy enough. This meant we had to wait for a car and then follow it in. If I’d known this I may have opted for somewhere else as it only became clear when at the entrance on a steep incline. Not ideal having to push the bike back up the hill to allow the car past. Overall worth a visit. The food at the restaurant was also very pleasant.

I didn't reserve a room, so this will be for the restaurant staff: You guys. You guys deserve a medal. Not only did you all go through incredibly hard rain to get everyone inside, the food actually impressed me to the point where your restaurant has made its way to my top 3 in Apeldoorn. The food isn't expensive at all, and there's a lot of food for the money you put down. The tomato soup was already really good. And my goodness, that steak was delicious. The creme brulee was also absolutely divine. All in all, I'll definitely be coming back here again. My compliments to the staff and your chefs, they deserve all the praise!

Nice hotel-restaurant in Apeldoorn center. The single room is at good price if you can climb the dutch stairs. (The real challenge is down...) The food part is not really the reason to visit, but OK. The 32 types of dutch and belgian beer may be a good reason, you see my favorite on the picture.

Very nice food. Not very well lit. Dad found d it hard to read the menu, and I like to see the colour of salmon when I'm eating it.

Really nice little hotel with the service and assortiment you expect from something in old Paris. Really enjoyed it, very helpful personnel and for that price. Made me happy.

I am sorry to say that i haven't been able to find sleep in room 20. There was a lot of sound and light pollution from the corridor because the door has a 2cm gap at the bottom. There was a high-pitched hissing sound from one of the electric appliances that couldn't be switched off. And the overall feel of the bedroom (no separate toilet, no table and chair) doesn't make it worth a 3 star hotel.

Very kind staff, when I called that I will be a little bit later than official check-in hours, the gentleman from the reception said I should not worry and he will wait for me. I had a renovated room and it was nicely designed, it was clean and had anything I could wish for you, including air-co and coffee machine :-)

Only ate here, food wasn't bad for the price.

As for the location is very centered. Service offers support for help with carrying suitcases, even though that the website mentioned no elevator( plus highlight it by the staff) the staircase is very Hazard with its narrow gaps between each step for carrying suitcases or just walking down. The heads-up on the website doesn't justify it. If you are need assistance or wheelchair accessible THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. As for the rooms mine was very close to the outdoor activities of the hotel seated area so unless you are extremely exhausted from your day or not easily bothered by every noise you will struggle to get a good night's sleep. The shower water drain is not as big not well collect the extra water that stays on the floor. Beds ARE NOT DOUBLE BED but 2 beds attached you can accidentally fall during the night in the gap between the two if you have trouble restlessness sleep. NO small fridges are available. But you do get a capsule coffee maker. On the plus side, AC is fantastic. In general, this place has the potential to have even better if improves the quality of access for needed assistance and sorts out the noise issues and adds small fridges, and changes the beds if instead of attaching two beds to one get a bed that is qualified for it and add elevator even if it's outdoor towards inside but find away if anything from inside isn't adjustable. Even if it means replacing the hazardous stairs

Overal: prepayment at checkin, way to steep stairs, reception in the middle of the restaurant. You hear everything going on in other rooms and on the stairs, being quiet during the week at night doesn’t seem to be a thing. There was loud screaming laughing talking and running around around 3.30am continuous.. Door to the outdoor stairway was open all night so it was very cold, also in the room. Wouldn’t stay here ever again. Update: complained at reception the day after. I quote never happened before and it’s too late they can’t help. No compensation, just a poor sorry and promise it wouldn’t happen again. Without any employees being there at night I don’t know how they plan to ensure it would happen again.. 1 star is too much to give here.

Rooms are at least for 4 star hotel, they are very modern and fancy. I stayed in this hotel two times and l really enjoyed every single moment of it. Breakfast is good and restaurant for the evening serves excellent meals. In Apeldoorn, l stayed once in Bastion and even though Bastion has 4 stars, compared to Paris et la Cafe, it should have one star. It is best value for money that you can get.

The pictures don't represent the place. No elevator, hazard stairs up , no service, staff not friendly, definitely not a family place, or anyone's for that matter. Not for disabled people at all. Not coming back there! There are so many better places to stay.

The hotel offers a nice spacy room. Good large and soft beds. I actually really liked the open "closet", feels less of an effort to hang your stuff there. Also a good working airco, which was nice on a warm day.

The room was too cold, and the heater didn't have enough power to heat the room.

The hotel is located Apeldoorn downtown, close to everything. The service is full of polite people, which are easy to deal with. The room is relatively big, but there’s no fridge inside all of them. I stayed in two different rooms, and there was a fridge in one of them only. The breakfast is amazing, with eggs, omelettes, fruit and bread. The hotel is also a restaurant, which serves a special food. I recomend both.

The hotel part appears to be a side business of the restaurant. No clear hotel reception when arriving and furthermore self service. Rooms are fine, great shower, bed not so much.

Nice terrace, spacious, enough room between tables and good food. The staff was very good. They speak English.

Nice place for tea/coffee. However, the selection of cakes available at opening time was disappointingly small.

Very good service, good kitchen, and the cheese cake is the best in the world!
