I always go through Drive thru & get the kids meal. Service is fast & food is fresh. No complaints. I go there 3-5 times a wk.

Normally this location is spot on. Except this time I went inside because the drive thru had so many vehicles not moving, so after 10 minutes I went inside. I ordered the same items as always but my order wasn't complete. I caught the drink but didn't learn about my hash brown until I got home. 😕 I highly recommend going through the drive thru.

What is this trend of fast food places having customers drive around to the front of building to wait for their food even though no one else is in line? Why does it take so long to get the food out? I received no straw for my drink, asked for taco sauce, got none, no napkins and had to go inside to ask for my receipt and to retrieve my food it took so long. Food was mildly warm. Not coming back.

Plain burger came with everything on it. There was no one on the drive through. I don’t get why they always mess up.

Horrible customer service. "Maya" working the drive thru didn't sound like she knew what she was doing. Sold me a salad and had to go back thru the drive thru only to be told "we're out of ranch". So why was I charged?? Trash.

The food is consistently good. Most employees are friendly and the wait isn't too bad.

Really good food, good prices. I absolutely love the chicken cluck. Yesenia provided great service, we even made small talk! Will be back again 100%
