I wanted to love this place, I do think Dr. Li is a nice doctor. But seriously, the lack of organization here is a HUGE problem. Everything from scheduling to making payments has been a nightmare. Got here this morning for my 7:45am apt. Lights off, door locked. This place isn't even open. Now 45 minutes later I am about to get the injection I need, because it has to come to room temp. I expected this appointment to take 30 mins, now I will be here at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. This will be my last appointment here, switching to a different Allergist all together.

Switched here because its closer to my new house but hard to feel like you arent being denied care. Ive been getting treated for asthma for 30+ years and have never had such difficulties with an office. Constantly trying to get you in for testing and anything that costs money. Dr. Dave is very nice and personable to your face, but wouldnt fill a 90 day supply my insurance requested despite me being on these exact medications for years. Dr. Dave said in my initial appointment he would fill them at our first visit and only sent 1. When I called for refills, at first the office said I needed more breathing testing (despite me being tested 2 months ago) then changed it to a Telehealth which proves they dont really need to see you. A rescue inhaler Ive been taking forever is for emergencies and medically necessary, how they can withhold that until you take a breathing test is absolutely ludicrous. My prior asthma doctors were so supportive and helpful, they would fill existing medications no questions asked as long as you visited and tested once a year. They never tried to shove allergy testing or shots in your face like this office did. Very sad and discouraging. I will just be making the longer trip to Colorado Allergy and Asthma instead, very happy with them.

My allergy care cost more than tripled when I switched to this allergist vs my south Denver care. I was expected to pay a significant amount of allergy serum cost out of pocket (which I had never needed to do before), cluster shot appointments cost $800 (a 5x increase vs my last provider), and I needed significantly more office visits for my care. My appointments and shots were regularly 10-15+ minutes late, even after having to schedule my shots. The billing department can't accept online payments, and had major issues will billing, causing several frustrating calls to them as well as my insurance. Overall it was a expensive and time intensive headache. Dr. Dave was very knowledgeable and friendly, but that was the only redeeming part of my experience.

We have been seeing Dr Davé now for 9 months. We have been happy with the staff, overall experience and specifically Dr Davé. He has built a good doctor patient relationship with my son. The best part is now we are seeing both allergies and asthma under control. We are thankful to our pediatrician for referring us to Flatirons Asthma and Allergy.

Dr. Dave was very efficient and helpful in the treatment of both of my children. He was also very kind and gentle with the kiddos. I had some billing issues with our Pediatrician sending an incorrect referral and thankfully, Flatirons (Tina, Sadie and Dr. Dave) resolved the issue, even though it wasn't their fault. I really appreciate their efforts and candor through the whole experience. Very professional!

Got my allergies under control and continue to keep my asthma at bay. I enjoy the time and attention Dr. Dave takes with me. Would recommend.

Overall received great care from Dr. Shoban Dave. Appointments and allergy shots were never delayed.

Dr. Dave is the type of doctor we all hope to find when perusing reviews. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had in my life. He always takes his time, asks lots of questions and then actually listens to your answers before formulating a treatment plan. I feel so much better than I did when I first went to his practice. I was really suffering with horrible allergies, asthma, and super low energy. All that is behind me now and I feel like a different person. I’m definitely a success story. I highly recommend Dr. Dave and Flatiron Allergy.
