Se trata de un hostal y no de un hotel con un sitio muy céntrico y con salidas hacia todos lados de arcos, muy buena localización. Relación calidad precio bastante caro. El servicio amable. En cuanto a la habitación es bastante pequeña y faltan muchas cosas.... gel, papel higiénico, el aire no funciona bien, la puerta no cierra bien por ser una madera antigua y queda unos milímetros abierta, la cama no es de matrimonio sino dos pequeñas unidas, la tv enana que no se ve a mas de un metro de distancia, y es bastante ruidosa por tener justo al lado una calle donde pasa la gente de vuelta de fiesta liándola, además de no tener ascensor y si tienes que subir a la segunda planta cuesta aunque tienen una segunda entrada para poder acceder a esta segunda planta. El hostal es para estar todo el día fuera y volver a dormir y ya. No tiene restaurante dentro, ni cafetería. En general para pasar una noche y ya. Arcos muy bonito.

Returned in 2022, but sadly not return if the hotel stays like this. Staff is superfriendly, but the hotel is hardly active. No breakfast at the hotel, but at breakfastbar nearby. Hotel well decorated, but needs improvement. City itself feels like it is going slightly downwards, like old time glory.//A nice hotel with a tremendous welcoming, helpfull staff. The staff makes your very welcome and will provide you plenty of tips about the city and iets surrounding. The hotel is well decorated with very nice corridors. Rooms are good, the doors and walls not very thick. Shower in my room: that one could be replaced. Overal: a nice place to come back to.

Hotel typique décoré à la marocaine. À noter: la réception ferme à 21h. Toutefois pour les réservations de dernières minutes sur internet il suffit d'appeler un N°affiché sur la porte principale et vous serez accueillis. Le propriétaire parle excellemment le Francais et est une mine d'or pour les bonnes adresses de la ville. Les chambres sont propres et bien équipée ( climat efficace entre autre). C'est un hôtel sur plusieurs étages sans ascenseur aspect à prendre en compte.

Estaba visitando Arcos y decidimos entrar para informarnos para la próxima vez que vayamos a Arcos. El recepcionista ha sido tan amable de enseñarnos una habitación. El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones únicas y espaciosas.
