Very nice location, clean hotel Hard way to the pool and the food at restaurant needs to be improved Overall nice stay

The hotel is fine. The staff welcomed us with interest. The price of the room was normal in my opinion as it has a lake view. I also like the cleanliness. Sheets and bathroom were clean. There was no cigarette smell in the room. It was ventilated. I didn't have any hot water issues either.

A beautiful place, comfortable and clean but small rooms, good food but limited menu, boats but no swimming. I had a problem with flies in my room. The manager's fix was to close the sliding door, which made the room unbearably hot. Otherwise, I had a pleasant two night stay.

Restaurant is very nice located near to a heavenly nice lake, Karagöl.. Fish was great.. People are friendly.. We have not stayed in the hotel as we had booked another place, unfortunately..

The rooms are small yet have everything you need. Definitely get a room overlooking Karagol. What a view to wake up to. People are kind and responsive. Hope to be back again.

Nice view but bad food quality. The salad was basically rotten, the wine was also not good.

The lake is beautiful. That's it do not go to the restaurant and to the hotel. The food has zero taste, the service is horrible, prices are high... I asked for Americano but they gave me nescafe.... Go to the lake but not to the building....
