The store manager Joey was one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. If you have an issue with a customer you don’t speak badly about them to other employees right in front of them and make it obvious. He was cocky and condescending and has zero business dealing with customers.

Was overcharged on purchase and installation of new grips for my golfclubs. I purchased 9 new grips and the photo of my receipt shows 10. What can you do to compensate me?

Pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in. Displays were well maintained and everything was easily shoppable. I even saw one guy laying on the floor with a spray bottle cleaning under a fixture, so yes, I'm impressed. One could spend a fortune in here.

I went to the shoe section to get me some Air Max's that were grey. I told some Asian guy to get me the ones I asked and returned with blue shoes. He obviously didn't give me the one's I wanted to try out so I asked someone else to bring me the Grey Air Max Dawn's. Next thing you know they took about 14 minutes to get a pair of shoes. I heard the workers talking in their and on their phones waiting for the store to close because it was 8:30 pm. The shoe section department can definitely hire new people!

We had a great customer service from Tyler . He clearly explained the difference between tennis shoes and athletic shoes . And guided us on which shoe would be comfortable for my child’s foot type . Thank you very much ! She feels very comfortable using it.

I was in there looking for football gear for my son as he plays for a league in Zion. We walked in and were immediately greeted with enthusiasm by Joey (I believe that was his name)! I believe he is the store manager. He took his time and helped us find everything we needed, anything we could not find he offered to find at a different location or order it for us. It was such a pleasant experience. He joked around with my kiddo and made him feel as if he was the only customer in the store. This is the kind of customer service that deserves recognition. For the 15mins that I spent looking at treadmills, it seem liked the store had no associates. I was not able to get assistance on the NordicTrack treadmill that I was interested in. It felt like being in a Chuck E. Cheese with the basketballs being bounced all over the store

My husband and I came in to buy shoes and were helped by a lovely young lady named Denise. She was super helpful in finding the proper shoes that fit my husband's fat foot and now we are equipped to run away from all of our problems in these new Brooks shoes. Stellar service Denise!!
