Wow. This is the absolute worst Ross I have ever stepped foot in. The pictures speak for themselves. Not a single employee working on picking up anything and waited in line for 20 minutes. Pick another location, any other location...

Very rude and unprofessional employee working here. She seemed like she was having a bad day giving all customers attitude and being snappy. She was on register 2 on 5/1/22. I walked in with a sweater my daughter was gifted for easter and a sensor was forgotten to be removed. Again it was a gift so I did not have the receipt. She refused to help me and accused me of stealing it infront of a very long line. She proceeded to tell me that who ever bought it should have made sure all sensors were removed. Which I dont agree with, the employee should have made sure of it being they are the ones checking the customer out. I will not be returning to this location due to her lack of respect and unprofessionalism.

We visited this location on sunday the 22nd of may. This location has REALLY turned around. About a year ago we had left a negative review due to a staff member named rick. I cant believe how much better this store is. The staff is great especially the very nice African American cashier. 2 visits now and she helped us.our last visit while she was helping us the manager was literally hounding the cashiers saying"we need to pick it up! We are the worst in the district".....i told the cashier not to worry because her customer service was great and we now love coming to this store because of her. I wish i could remember her name but you cant miss her. She is probably the nicest lady in there. I felt the need to write this review due to the managers treatment of this kind lady and the other cashier.THEY ARE DOING GREAT! at least rick isn't there anymore. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We spent $1000 at this grand ave Gurnee location for home goods, but they didn’t give us our 3 bedsheets and still took the money for it. We tried going back to the location and tried to resolve this situation. However, the manager was not professional at all and didn’t cooperate. This situation was not solved.He thought we were laying for couple of 💵 $ .Manager was showing us bad attitude very rude…. Be aware when you go this location check every item before you leave !!!! We will complain regional Manager as well regarding this kind of situation!!!!

Great prices and large variety of shoes, clothes, frames and other products. Amazing customer service and large parking lot.

It is good for when your in a pinch. Found great sun dresses for my teenager she loved them. Paid less for two then I did for one that she bought at the mall.

I was harass by employee name David, yelling at get out of store going to police accusing me of opening a package cause me embarrassment. I called corporate field complaints.

It's a hit or miss whenever you go. Sometimes they'll have cute stuff or things won't be in your size. But it's still a good store to go

Very nice store. Not dirty and stinky like most Ross stores, very well kept. Fast in and out, great sales and variety for whole family

The staff is usually nice. The store is more organized than most but could use a little improvement. Parking is adequate. Also, they have a decent home section with cute decor options. Overall, 8/10 experience

Anna the racist manger Anna was very unprofessional and rude. I got racially profiled for an item she claimed i “stole”. Went to the store to try to return item and she claimed she never seen the item before and she was gonna have to see the cameras to see if i actually purchased it from there. Even though the tag was still in item and the receipt match the item i was trying to return. She claimed she know every item in the store and never seen the item i was looking to return. AGAIN THE RECEIPT MATCH THE ITEM but she thought i stole it so she needed to confirm with the cameras that i had purchased the item i was trying to return, Anna proceeds to have me wait in the front for 20+ mins while she “checks the cameras” to come back and tell me “your fine i’ll give your your return” overall this was a horrible experience for me and i will never be back! Me being a customer that’s shops there pretty often. They completely lost my business and i will tell others to not shop there as well.

Very hit or miss store. Some times it has a ton. Other times shelf after shelf are empty.

Overwhelming, they have several cameras throughout the store that make loud, obnoxious noises anytime anyone is anywhere near them.

2 cashiers working stood at the return counter for 10 minutes neither of them told me I had to go to the cashier line to return items. They walked past me 2x and said nothing. Horrible customer service here!

I went to Kohl’s and JC Penny’s to buy a nice sweater for Thanksgiving and a few casuals sweaters for everyday use, I found a couple each $29.99- $49.00. I decided before buying it, to go to Ross Dress for less and I found so many really nice casual sweaters $8.99 each so I bought 3 for the price of 1, at Kohl’s 😊

I can always find a fragrance here that is a respectable price. I buy a pair of tennis shoes here every spring to use at Mt job over the summer. The price keeps me coming. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was ok, a bit out of place but you can see it wasn't the employees fault. The weekend your most likely to fined a wreck, but during the week it's pretty clean and organized. Was able to find a few items for the kids. Still couldn't find much for bigger sizes. Fare prices, all in all didn't have a bad experience.

Love this place, nice prices. A bit of a mess and only 2 cashiers but if you have patience it's all good.

Great selection and prices! Honestly, the appearance of the store is not as attractive as a TJ Maxx or Home Goods but they have some decent brands. CK AND Kenneth Cole NY.
