    I never liked sports. But since I started working out at Happy Lijf, I've really started to enjoy it! I first started with Personal Training with Ronan and Doff. They motivate you and always give positive feedback. They also like a joke, just like me. I also received help in adjusting my diet. Eventually I also started participating in group lessons. The groups are not too large, so there is always room for personal attention. You can also make the lessons as difficult as you can handle. Experienced people and beginners can all participate. I definitely recommend Happy Body if you want to get motivated to exercise and adjust your diet.

    I really don't like sports, but you will be well guided here. Nice varied group training and you train in small groups. That's nice, they take you into account if you have an injury or simply cannot do something. Then they will help you come up with another exercise. Nice people who work out there and I train at DOFF for group training, he does it nicely and well! I definitely recommend this!

    Exercising at 'Gelukkig Lijf' is not simply "exercising". It is personal and full of attention for YOU. I have a plan for myself, but the professionalism of my Trainer Bas also provides clear steps and intermediate goals. In addition: very flexible in how it is tackled: everything tailored to your own wishes and goals. Critical if necessary, because no goals are achieved with 'sweet cookies'. I can recommend it to everyone. It is a personal and professional organization that really knows what they are doing.

    Started personal training due to persistent back problems. The trainers are knowledgeable and take into account what you can handle, but also challenge you within your limits. In addition to my back problems becoming less, I notice that I am becoming fitter and stronger overall. In addition to the 1-on-1 session, there are also group lessons that are fun to do. If you are unsure whether this is something for you, just try it and contact us for a trial lesson. Doing!

    I was never a fan of sports or group lessons, but exercising here is so different and better than at the gym. The guidance is top notch, you are continuously motivated to get the most out of your guidance. The personal training is very pleasant and completely tailored to your personal situation and the group lessons are also very nice to follow. I have never felt uncomfortable and I actually enjoy going to classes. Highly recommended for everyoneβ˜†

    Wat een fijne tijd heb ik bij Gelukkig Lijf! Vorig jaar begonnen aan een afvaltraject met personal trainer Douwe. Geen dieet maar een leefstijl verandering en dat werpt echt zijn vruchten af!, Nu ben ik al 30kg afgevallen en ik vind sporten nu leuk terwijl ik echt een bloedhekel aan sporten had! Ik ga echt met plezier naar Gelukkig lijf toe. Ze denken mee en ik voel me niet veroordeelt maar aangemoedigt! Echt twijfel niet langer maar maak een afspraak! Groetjes Petra.

    Mijn vriendin en ik komen al jaren met veel plezier bij Gelukkig Lijf om te sporten met persoonlijke begeleiding. Geen enkele training is nog hetzelfde geweest dus het blijft leuk! Voor ons beide worden oefeningen bedacht maar toch train je samen. En erg interessant, een gedeelte wordt vergoed via de zorgverzekeraar.

    At the beginning of September I convinced myself to start working on my general fitness. Not directly with the aim of losing weight, although that was certainly necessary. After telephone contact with Happy Body coach Ronan and a trial lesson, I became completely convinced that Happy Body offers me the right setting with personal coaching in combination with group lessons - even though the latter are currently not possible due to Covid (although they are possible online). Now 15 weeks later and (almost) 15 kilos lighter. Conditionally things are going great! Ronan knows how to motivate me very well and clearly explains what I can take into account. Tips & tricks everywhere! You can also train with other coaches during the group lessons. All driven and fanatical, but with an eye for everyone in the group. In short: recommended!

    Started at Happy Lijf at the end of last year and haven't regretted it for a second! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to work on their health, it has yielded us a lot, we walk through life kilos lighter and a lot fitter! And above all it was a lot of fun, both the personal training and the group lessons, thanks to great and professional trainers! We would like to thank you very much for this!     Now, 1 year after I started at Happy Lijf, I can only conclude that I am more than happy and satisfied with the guidance in both physical and mental areas. I finally feel in control of my weight and food, something I never had before. In addition, partly due to Douwe's good personal guidance, I have started enjoying sports again and I now feel super fit. Anyone who, like me, has tried everything in the past to lose weight, try Happy Body!

    I recently started and even though I am not an athlete at all, I am really looking forward to working with Raymon as a personal trainer for the next 12 weeks. I felt very understood. At Happy Body, in addition to good trainers, you will also find trainers with people skills. I'm going to be challenged even though the bar is not too high (for me).
