Emergency room

😠 If I could give 0 stars I would have done so for sure. I arrived at the emergency room for a headache for a while which was more and more intense every day and for which a simple paracetamol was not having any effect. The nurse who is in charge of hospitalizations yells at me like: “we really wonder... People often mention pour, emergency, room, patients, time, care, bien,

In January 2024, I came here to get help for my son. He received first aid immediately, for which I am very grateful to the doctors. We didn't wait very long for the doctor, but there were a lot of patients at the time. The only thing I would recommend to potential patients is to go to the emergency room on time and immediately, especially in cases of emergency in children. Thank you for your understanding and help. The medical staff is friendly, competent, attentive. The entrance to the reception is accessible, there were even free parking spaces.

Disgusted. First time I sent the firefighters for severe chest pain, they ended up taking me to the hospital. Once I arrive, I am asked to explain what I have, I am cut off and the doctor leaves without ever coming back??? Another comes back after 3/4 of an hour. I explain again. People thought I was crazy when I explained that what I had came suddenly. In the end I left, without even knowing what I had. Support is very limited. I felt like I was lying when I explained my symptoms. I find that stupid because I think given my age and my lack of health concerns that I could still be taken seriously. It’s a shame not to put your patients in a reassuring atmosphere. Right now I still have the same pain.

4 trips to the emergency room in 3 weeks for my 7 month old baby...during the last visit in the night, the intern finally deigns to take photos of the swelling for an ENT opinion in Lille. Result of emergency intervention the next morning for abscess to Jeanne de Flandres! Lots of anger at the carelessness with which my daughter was “taken care of”. When you are not competent, at least make sure to direct users correctly!

I don't even understand how this emergency department can remain open with so much incompetence, not to mention the reception nurses and those passing through who think they're Nobel Prize winners in medicine, go back down a little, you're ONLY there to give a Doliprane and record the entries. Recruitment and management to be reviewed!

What a horror the emergency department my daughter arrives at 11 a.m. for her 11 month old baby who has a fever of 40 they put him in the waiting room they do a Covid flu test baby who only sleeps in her arms burning with fever the Doliprane not acting she goes to the nurses office asks to be taken care of I specify it was 4 p.m. we slammed the door in her face telling her it's not just your children and then she has to stay calm it's up to them to recover in short in the end knowing at 6 p.m. who has the flu we want to let her go out with her baby at 10 p.m. but what are her emergencies in the end stay 10 hours in the emergency room to finally let her out in short what a shame we will never go to the emergency room again Arras 😡😡

Terrible despite 'nice' staff. Arrival at 5:30 p.m., taken care of by a trainee who doesn't know how to inject, we start again and again, for the blood test. We are sent back to the waiting room, 1 hour later we are picked up to put mom in a box. Midnight, a doctor comes to examine mom then we have to wait for an x-ray. 3 a.m., finally the radio. At 11am, after breakfast we are still waiting for someone and the results. Despite a lot of patience, I decide to react and try to see a nurse. Surprise! She is having her coffee while chatting with a colleague..... She ends up telling me that we have to wait for the doctor's visit. At what time ? She doesn't know that of course... I only have one recommendation, don't come to the emergency room!!! Incomprehensible to live in such a situation, when on top of that there are almost no patients!!

The horror hospital... Following an accident at work, I arrived here urgently... After more than 10 hours spent in the emergency room hall, I was moved to a salon. Having a terrible leg fracture, the next morning I was prepared by a nurse for surgery, but about an hour later a doctor entered the room and told me that I would not be operated on and, contrary to all expectations, I would be discharged. As a truck driver, I had to leave it loaded in the parking lot because I could no longer drive. I was helped by someone to reach the airport and with terrible pain I had to reach Romania with superhuman physical efforts. When I got home, I went to the hospital where I underwent emergency surgery. The Romanian doctors couldn't believe how much lack of professionalism, empathy and possibly racial hatred the doctors in this hospital showed. Of course, things will not remain like this and I will address the competent bodies with the hope that in the future no one will be treated in this way and put on the street thousands of kilometers from home in terrible pain, without a companion and with a European ID card. valid insurance

Cordialement Mr Tentelier l

If I could give 0 stars I would have done so for sure. I arrived at the emergency room for a headache for a while which was more and more intense every day and for which a simple paracetamol was not having any effect. The nurse who is in charge of hospitalizations yells at me like: “we really wonder why people come to the emergency room for stupid things like this” followed by “well we should go and see his attending physician instead of coming to clutter the emergency room” (I should point out it was Sunday… and during the week I go to class) in short, I am taken care of, no one really takes me seriously, they do a scan on me and put me on IV drip. The doctor comes to me and says: “normal scan result” with a very annoyed look and prescribes me a Doliprane even though I told them it didn't matter to me and sends me home. 1 week later I went to another hospital: another scanner, blood test etc., result of the blood test not good at all and result of the scan 2 sinusitis (frontal and sphenoidal) which was starting to encroach on the brain and which would have could have been fatal to me. So there’s no point in being rude to your patients. You have no right to speak to us like this. You're supposed to be here to heal us. I can understand that it's not easy every day. But do your job well and speak well at least. Today I'm doing +/- well, I'm not even recovered yet and the fact of not having been diagnosed in time (due to your "medical error" or just your arrogance) caused me complications which I 'hope will dissipate with time 🤞🏽
