Je tenais à faire part de mon entière satisfaction suite aux consultations en médecine esthétique effectuées au sein de la Clinique Clémenceau. Le docteur David est un professionnel de santé comme il y en a peu ,très à l'écoute , bienveillant et qui prend le temps de vous rassurer et de répondre à toutes vos questions . Je suis de plus très satisfaite des résultats obtenus et je ne manquerai pas d'y revenir .

I went to the clinic for my second permanent hair removal session. The clinic is superb and clean both in Marcq and in Arras, Samantha is great!! she is gentle, pleasant, attentive. I dreaded my first appointment, I was afraid of being uncomfortable and embarrassed, but she made us feel so comfortable that I went back today without any apprehension and everything went wonderfully. I'm on my 5th hair removal session with the titanium laser and the result is already impressive. No more hair on the legs. Samantha is a superb person who knows how to put you at ease throughout the session! You can go there with your eyes closed, I recommend +++ Margaux

Une superbe expérience dans un environnement très agréable. Suite à ma visite au sein de cette nouvelle clinique dédiée à la médecine esthétique, j'ai pu découvrir le dernier laser epilatoire nouvelle génération. Un réel plaisir une epilation laser bien plus confortable et un résultat déjà bluffant !

Soin hydrafacial fait par Barbara qui est très professionnelle, 1h de détente entre ses mains, je recommande sans hésitations !

Le docteur Samy David-Moumen est très professionnel. Il vous met à l'aise tout de suite, il est très rassurant, et répond à toutes vos questions de manière très pertinente. Ses gestes sont précis. Je suis très satisfait de la prestation. Les assistantes sont également très agréables et souriantes. Je recommande fortement ce lieu!!

No consideration for the customer! After taking a day off on purpose, having to park very far from the clinic due to a lack of available parking spaces and having made arrangements to arrive on time (14 minutes early in the end), I had to justify of my presence in the waiting room by showing the appointment confirmation SMS from doctolib. The secretary didn't feel embarrassed at all when she saw that I was right. "ah anyway the doctor won't be able to be there at that time, he operated this morning". Having been warned of nothing, I express my astonishment for an appointment made 4 months ago! the secretary leaves without keeping us informed of what happened next... stunned by her disdainful attitude, I ended up having to get up and return to the office to find out what was going on. She simply said that she didn't know without seeming embarrassed in the least and contradicted herself with lame explanations. Going to such lengths to be treated like that, I would have been better off staying at home!

Tellement déçue . Je m’y suis rendue pour me renseigner sur le soin hydro facial. La seule réponse que j’ai eu a été " Pour vous il faut passer direct aux injections " Merci pour le tact et la finesse.

Épilation laser super confortable, première séance au top avec un accueil parfait. Merci beaucoup !

Je recommande fortement la Clinique Clemenceau d'Arras (ainsi que celle de Lille) pour vos traitements en médecine ou chirurgie esthétique. Elle regroupe une équipe de professionnels qualifiés et bienveillants dans leur domaine. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Very warm welcome from the assistant in charge of the permanent hair removal sessions from which I benefited, the setting is warm and calm, I highly recommend it, when I think that I suffered for years removing hair from waxing, I wish I had done these sessions sooner! A flawless one for me, well done!

Very well received and recommended 😉. The hydrafacial treatment already allows good deep cleansing in one session, should give very good results after several sessions.
