I arranged for a group dinner of 35 people, walked to the restaurant the night before and then called to place the orders today and was told the reservation was cancelled. The menu looked good, staff was friendly last night but today was not a good experience. I would not recommend this to anyone based on that, you’re in a beautiful square that has lots of great options. The view of the square is beautiful.

Went in in person the day before to make a reservation for 35 people. (30 youth and 5 adults) all traveling from Canada to visit world war monuments and cemeteries. The restaurant confirmed they have a room that would fit us all and gave us a menu to take home to show everyone. We told them we would give only a few options to choose from and call at lunch time the next day to place the order ahead of time giving the kitchen several hours to prepare our food and speeding up the service time allowing us to eat and leave quickly. When we called the next day to place the order they refused to take us, cancellation the reservation giving so reason as to why. The person who answered the phone simply talked to the coworker saying “the group is calling again, what do I tell them” in French thinking we either couldn’t hear or couldn’t understand them. It was rude and left our group without any restaurant in the area that could fit us all together. We were forced the spread out across several places with the adults running between them all to make sure everything was ok and paying the bills. Strongly suggest no one goes here.

My group of 35 had a reservation booked with this restaurant. We attended the restaurant a day prior and recieved a menu so we could have our meals planned prior to arriving. Only a few hours before our reservation we called to confirm our arrival time and were told that our reservation was cancelled, with no notice to us. This left our large group to find another place to eat dinner. In the end we weren't able to find another restaurant to accommodate us and had to split among multiple restaurants. I'm very displeased with the customer service of this restaurant and will not be eating here in the future.

We had a family of 4 persons dinner on Sunday night. The waiter made a special effort to get a vegan salad specially prepared as they did not have any vegan options on the menu. I also popped in on the Saturday night with my younger daughter for dinner. She had the entrecote steak which she said was cooked to perfection. I wasn't hungry so opted for the croque monsieur.

Had lunch here on our visit to Arras. The food was good but the service was not the best.

We went there twice, once to have a drink and the other to eat. I can not say that its great but correct.. waitresses could be more welcoming and smiling. I ordered a plate with fries on a side and it was super greasy. Its ok if you want to eat quickly but that's it.

The food was amazing! For the price i felt they overserved us. Ot was really good and there was a looot in our plates. And the waiters were really nice

It's really called Cafe Leffe serving most of the Leffe beers. The menu has the basic as well as local dishes.

To be honest, I ducked in here out of the rain and, not having had breakfast, thought I'd try "Le Welsh Complet" an intriguing take on Welsh Rarebit, introduced to Flanders during the 1st World War. It turned out to be rather different from the original, but quite delicious and very good value. Glad I tried it!

A fork that wasn't clean, some little insect in my drink, a pizza that came out of a box, served by someone who takes no pride....we should never have walked in, but it was cold outside. Rubbish eating establishment. Restaurant is not the word to describe it.
