Went there on a Tuesday evening at ~20:00, pretty busy but service was OK time-wise and very friendly. Tried the Welsh-burger which was an interesting twist =) Good food and large portion, especially with all the cheese. I would recommend others to go here.

Lovely food, alpine-esque. The kids loved it. Friendly staff, a good option whilst we were passing through Arras. Would be lovely and cosy in winter.

Lunch with friends and a very enjoyable experience indeed. The service was excellent and the food equally so. The more traditional burger meals and the more alpine tartiflette style meals were of equally high quality and excellent value for money.

There were 9 of us in our party and we all loved it. The food and service were great. Thank you for looking after us so well.

We visited here for the first time in 2016 and loved the raclette cheese. So we returned this year and we're delighted that it was still just as good. The great food, atmosphere and service makes this place very popular so it's a good idea to book a table in advance. Highly recommended!

I visited Ch'ti Charivari seven years ago and loved it, so on this trip to France we detoured just to go back. The fondue is the best I've ever tasted and the raclette is fun! It was pretty busy but the staff were excellent, friendly and polite. The prices are reasonable and the decor and ambience perfect. Highly recommended 👌😊

Visited during the RWC 23 while staying in Arras. Was one of only a few restaurants open on a Sunday night. Went in and was shown to a table, ordered a beer each and looked at the menu. Decided on the flaming steak tower (see photo) between 3 of us- came with a small salad cheese potatoes and we ordered an extra bowl of fries. Couple of bottles of red to accompany. The tower came out and has warm whisky poured over and set alight. Very theatrical and created a wonderful aroma. Even managed to set a napkin alight. Nice big chunks of prime beef that was very tasty, potatoes also very delicious. Took a while to settle, but after a break we chose desserts - 2 crème brûlée and a tiramisu. Great place to eat, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. There is a lack of taxis in Arras on a Sunday night - but during the walk back to out apartment we found a bar - so all was good in the end!

Excellent rustic french food, friendly service. Reasonable prices and they cater for kids.

Great lunch here, you could be in the mountains. Appreciate as well the service and also communication when we pre booked a few months before our visit. Been twice now and it’s one to tick off if in Arras!

Lovely little place in the main square at Arras. Food was exceptional and well priced. Owner and son were a delight. Highly recommend.

Good atmosphere and quick food though could taste better. Carbonnade flamande was bland and too sweet with no sour taste or other herbs. I’d like more onion some more herbs and a dash of cidre added before serving. Less meat more flavour please and I’ll come again.

Good atmosphere, friendly staff, nice decor

We were here a few times with family and friends. The waiters are genuinely very friendly and they are really willing to speak in English. The daily menu is local and great and not expensive, the local burgers are very good. If the sun is shining even late fall you can have a fantastic lunch outside. The steak tartare is fantastic, I could say that it is even better than the Anagram which is a very very high bar. Based on my modest wine and beer experience, I’d go for the local beers instead of some fancy IPA from abroad. If you spend a few days in Arras and wanna taste a great local food I can strongly recommend this place. They have a great beer for the weekly menu, not that heavy, it is not a bad choice to try it if you wanna get a beer with your lunch but you still have work to get done in the afternoon.
