Great family room for a good price. Breakfast good, although sausages weren't to my liking. Fabulous croissants. My only gripe is the bathroom which is just too small. Shower curtain didn't reach across the shower and it was tricky to get to the toilet.

Well located on the outskirts of Arras if you are staying for a stopover. There are a good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance and an Auchan nearby.

Bare minimum hotel but very clean and good security system on the door entrance, you get your access code to your room on the receipt as well as gate entry access to the car park which might cause you a problem getting in if you do not have this in advance. The elevator and stairs give you access to the other floors. Room access, use the code panel on the door. The room was very basic with an en suite but very clean and tidy. Morning arrived with available self service breakfast which was tea, coffee, with various delicious croissants french bread, fruit juices, yoghurts to jam and butter all lovely quality tasting french food. The gated car park was a good size to be able to park anywhere. Close to town centre in Arras with lots of places to go and eat close by.

Great value basic hotel for two separate overnight stays either side of visiting Disneyland Paris. The rooms were comfortable and clean and a great price.

We arrived late at the hotel, but it was okay, as earlier that day I'd received the four check-in codes that myself and my friends could use to get into our rooms I followed the process and had to pay a tax (which was less than one euro) which I did successfully on my credit card. The check-in machine then printed a code which is used to access the car park, front door and my room The machine then spat out a 2 metre long piece of paper that I thought might be my toilet paper ration My friends then had a go. They got to the point where they were expected to use the card terminal to pay the tax, but the card terminal had crashed I used the intercom to call for help. The first person gave up. The second person who answered gave up. The third person I spoke to did contact the hotel manager, but the hotel manager said we'd have to sort it out at the reception desk…in the morning So my three friends were suddenly without a room for the night I managed to find them an Ibis hotel some 40 minutes back in the direction we had just come from but it was midnight and I had to do something Everyone was tired and B&B did NOTHING to help. Surely they could have generated some codes and we could have paid the tax the next day? The machine-based check-in seems to be becoming the norm, so after this experience, I'll be doing my best to find hotels that have humans behind the front desk to welcome me to the hotel, rather than malfunction and refuse entry

We have stayed at Arras B&B several times now. The staff are very helpful with translation and directions of local amenities. Highly recommended

Absolutely everything I needed for a one night stop. Efficient reception service, room a good size, perfectly clean and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent. I would happily return & recommend to those visiting Arras.

Came across this hotel in Arras by chance and booked 3 nights to stay with my family. Lovely and clean rooms, comfortable. Affordable was great having a room code and being able to pre check in online so didn’t have to mess about getting room cards ect and could come in and out as pleased. Had its own private locked car park free of charge. Would stay here again if I ever visit Arass again. Lots of shops close by.

Great hotel which was really needed after not a gret night beforehand in a different chain of hotels in france. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfy. Bathroom is great and its nice to have space to shower/go the toilet/ get changed etc. The rooms are very clean and we are all very impressed and looking forward to a great night stay. Edit: (above was written before sleeping) A really great night's sleep. beds were super comfy and everyone feels refreshed and ready for a day of travelling back to England

Pleasant room, breakfast service was worth the extra payment. Out of town location but with plenty of restaurants located near by. Car parking is on site and free.

The hotel was good for the money we paid. Rooms were tiny, but functional and fine for an overnight stay. Toilets are very small, almost too small for a room with 4 person capacity. As we were travelling with children this wasn't too much of an issue, but may have been had we been staying longer than one night. Breakfast served it's purpose and we were satisfied with the limited selection of food available. Staff were fantastic though. Very welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to others for short stays.

Stayed here previously but experienced similar issue as others. So this will be the last visit. The smell of smoking drifts into the building and it's of no concern to the manager who permits it to go on 1 meter from the hotel door.

Very easy to check in, even though we arrived late. Clean, comfortable room. Only downside was that there was no soap in the bathroom which considering the current situation would have thought that this would have been available.

Nice, reasonable priced hotel, just an hour from Calais if you have to take the tunnel next day

The entrance was difficult, reception was closed when we will arrive and we got an email totally in French (Thank God for Google Translate); the incheckmachine didn't function; we called for help, it took for a while. thanks to 2 French girls which arrived after us who called for help also and than the receptionguy understood that the trouble was caused by the machine. The beds were totally okay. The Bathroom was very small. We also booked breakfast, we missed the sliced meat, but the rest was enough to chose.

Basic hotel in northern France. Secure parking. Recommend checking in online so that you have the access code to hotel and room. There is no-one to check-in /out all the time, just select hours. Breakfast was basic and plentiful.

Basic with safe parking. Rooms are quite small, good for a base to travel around with wide selectionof top end eating places well within walking distance. Breakfast was not up too much though. Would stay here again but not both with breakfast.
