Bed is extremely uncomfortable. Shower flooded. Bathroom door doesn't close. TV doesn't work. Mediocre at best. Only thing going for it is location. Will not come back here, do not recommend.

No enough room for us when checking in. Let us share a room. Change room for several times during our stay, even gave me a key with people already living inside. No lock on the door and stuff come to my room freely. This is totally a joke. I’ll never choose this place again.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL "nightmare hotel". The geographic location is nice and located in center of the city. But, the hotel doesn't even deserve 3 stars hotel and the prices are very high regarding the product and service quality. 1-The rooms are very tight 2-having very old equipments without maintenance 3-The bathrooms equipment are rusted 4- You cannot sleep at nights because of the noisy music of the night-club....etc The only nice person is the breakfaste maker woman that was alone preparing the breakfasts, serving guests and cleaning floors.

Spot on most perfect location in Casablanca, whether it is for business leisure tourism... It just makes everything easier for us and the team is super nice and will bend over backwards for you! Will be back soon!

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL NO MATTER WHAT! I arrived on Sunday morning. The room did not have towels neither sandals for shower. When I asked for these, they did not bring until my second call for this request. When I wanted to take a shower the bathroom did not have hot water. I contacted the reception about this topic and they told me that it would be fixed on Monday. When I took a shower on Monday, nothing was changed. I talked to the reception again and they told me that they would fix it. When I arrived to my room today, I realized that my room was changed with all my belongings without taking my permission. It is totally unacceptable , still I accept in order to make things easy. I tried to take a shower in the new room, there is still no hot water. I want full refund. No one is taking care of the situation. I will not be staying in this hotel. It is totally not acceptable that this hotel is within your recomennded hotels. A huge shame for booking.com.

If possible to put zero star i would. Nothing works in this hotel, seems a high problem to provide hot water and working wifi

Nice hotel with good services. Had one issue and they resolved it very quickly and provided a good solution. We came as a family with 2 kids and a baby and had no issues with sound etc like some reviews suggest.

Very helpful and take great care of customers.

The place is clean and close to shopping centre. Money Exchange is around the corner but closed on Sundays. The grand mosque is a 30 min walk or 50DH taxi. Same for Corniche. Place Mohammed is another 20 min walk. Pros Easy to find Shuttle service for 300DH from airport. Licensed Restaurant on site Clean and comfortable bed Very good customer service Mini bar Cons Very small room and not enough lighting especially side table lamps or reading lamps. Smallish balcony with no chairs to sit in. No safe in room. Not adequate lighting in toilet. No hair dryer. The place is small and compact as you can see from pictures but clean and good hospitality especially English speaking helpful and polite staff. Just need a few extra touches to make it a bit more workable including side lamps, more lighting in toilet, ironing facilities, kettle/tea making facilities and perhaps local guide maps etc. Could really do with a safe in room to leave valuables. The disco in the restaurant on weekends can be loud upto midnight. Perhaps a proper closing door for the toilet and not a sliding one for privacy. But I guess as long as the place feels safe, helpful and is clean I am happy. The beds are very nice comfortable and clean. No smells or damp in the room. 2 pillows each person and a nice duvet. Working aircon/heating. All marble flooring and decent fresh decor. It would help to have a screening curtain which blocks visibility but let in light since the hotel is in the middle of a residential street. I could stay here again if the need be. :)

Upgrade my room for free due to faulty power switch. Very friendly personnel and brilliantly located in Casablanca for a central base.
