5 Star Experience. I believe her name is Cat. Great Customer Service. Smiles & explained everything in a nice friendly manner. My 12 year old wanted his ears pierced. Saw that she disinfects area of work station. Explained how to treat area after piercing. I brought it to her attention that she gave GREAT customer service & thanked her for it. Wish more people were like her. Definitely will return with my daughter & other family members

I got my ear pierced here and going to get a 2nd piercing here again I would recommend Claire's

All the employees take their break at the same time, the store was closed on sunday at 12:30 pm, two ladies made visual contact, their break was until 1:30pm.

Nice and clean, great customer service, AND they do birthday parties!! Who knew? We didn't, but it's in our future plans! Perfect party place for 3rd-5th graders (maybe older?).

I went yesterday to repierce my ear and it was very clean the process and without pain fully recomended.

Store is super cute for little girls. My daughter had her ears pieced with no problems at all. the girls are always nice and friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean too.

My 6 month old baby girl got her ear piercings done by Sam. I was super excited but nervous since this is my first daughter but Sam's personality and knowledge made me feel comfortable. I'm am super pleased with how everything went. The process was quick and my daughter received a cute little paper crown. Definitely recommend! Thank you Sam!!❤️
