Amazing hotel - new and stylish, everything is well thought of all the way to the very last detail. Service was flawless - from the very first moment we sat in the reception, the excellent drinks in the cozy bar (got a coupon for two drinks!) and the legendary breakfast. This was by far one of the best breakfasts we had and a perfect value for money. Rooms were in the right size and very clean. Only downside with the rooms was the fact there was construction work in the next building so there were some noises early in the morning. We will definitely come back for another mid-week getaway :)

Great boutique hotel housed in a historic building. It’s conveniently located in the centre of Tel Aviv close to restaurants and bars. Very welcoming service and a very unique and tasty breakfast.

Warm recommendation We stayed at the hotel for one night during the weekend. It was a wonderful experience, accompanied by service above and beyond all expectations. The welcome when we arrived, the service, the attitude, the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast, the generosity and the small details that make the stay experiential and enjoyable. The concept of the hotel is reflected in every item that is placed on the table, in the setting and lighting. In short, a stay that is a wonderful experience! Many thanks to the wonderful team for the kind, pleasant and heartwarming service. I would like to add that the location is excellent!

The hotel was an awesome experience! Great location, super friendly and very attentive staff, delicious breakfast, upscale rooms. Many aspects around the hotel are theatre-themed, but it's always very nice and fun and never too much. The view from the window isn't much, but that didn't bother us.

I was so disappointed at this hotel. The customer service is absolutely appalling. Only one Israeli girl at the front desk knows how to treat customers. At the breakfast the eggs are a disaster. They don’t know how to make pouches eggs. I was shocked. When I complained the waiter said that this is how they make them there. The chef definitely needs to be changed. Our room was at the fifth floor what to get there you need to get a staircase, no one offer to help with the luggages. They need to learn what customer service means

I love staying at the Backstage Hotel. All Atlas hotels are amazing. The culture and level of hospitality is far beyond anywhere else. Management and all staff are exceptional. Free Nespresso, wine, mini bar and happy hour. Never seen that before anywhere. Thank you!

Amazing hotel in a very good location in Tel Aviv, 10 minutes walking to the beach and around 15 minutes to Carmel Market. In the past it was an old theater and still retains its charm. The treatment of the hotel staff is second to none. The buffet breakfast is varied and of high quality. In the afternoon there is happy hour where there is a discount on food and drinks. The rooms are very complete and well soundproofed. As soon as I get back to Tel Aviv I'll repeat.

I must say that I cannot relate to all the great reviews here. The hotel was ok, but nothing more. The service in particular, I don't think that anyone noticed that I was even there. I stayed 2 nights, with breakfast. On the first morning the staff made me understand that the food on the menu was an extra, and I only got a coffee and cake for breakfast.. No one even paid attention to this! I realized that I can choose from the menu only on the second morning. I told the woman in charge, which basically told me that she's sorry.. I was offered an extra cake as a "compensation", which was funny, since there is a buffet full with free cakes. I hardly saw any staff during my stay there and even in the check out, the guy didn't even look at me.

The hotel is really great experience! It’s located very close to most Tel Aviv major attractions. The staff are very friendly, great welcoming drinks, great complimentary happy hour drinks and delicious breakfast. Roof Terrace is a very nice place to relax. I like to mention few drawbacks to consider…Rooms are relatively small, not enough towels hangers in bathroom, no cabinets for clothing so the only place is above the coffee tray and last you should ask for a quite room in the next few months due to construction in the neighborhood. We got up around 7:00 am from the working noise.

This Hotel is located at a prime location! the best place in Tel aviv in a quiet street. The hotel stuff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G even in Israel scale

Unreal. Breakfast 10/10, staff was nice, room was clean, drink vouchers were a wonderful gift, mini fridge being free was great. First hotel I’ve stayed at that didn’t charge for every little thing. Worth every penny

The welcome was good, staff were always helpful and free drink at the bar every day. Helped sort out a tour and even looked at swapping a room when I wasn't sure about it in the first place. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't go for breakfast option. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and room service did a great job. Location is fantastic, literally a couple of minutes walk to Dizengoff Square and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stop again.

BackStage Hotel exemplifies sophistication from its distinctive architecture to its impeccable hospitality. Their thoughtful amenities, including beach-ready towels and an exquisite happy hour, are commendable. The breakfast is of superior quality. The staff, with their blend of professionalism and warmth, elevate the experience. I eagerly anticipate my return and highly recommend this establishment.

Our stay in Backstage was so far the best in Tel Aviv. The hotel is new, clean with a lot of spacious interior features. We loved the welcoming, the Photo Booth, free drink Happy Hour 😉, room service. And the price is moderate for this level of service and cleanness in Tel Aviv

Wonderful place, clean, nice atmosphere, good service, they think about all the little things, Bluetooth speaker, rooftop. Had a beautiful time. Moreover, they said that if you find cheaper price for the room they will give you a better one. Breakfast was good and delicious.

Wow! Everthing was perfect! It started with a call on the morning of the check in telling us we can come early because the room is ready. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got lovely little things throughout our stay. Great room. Bar isn't working like was in the past so very quite. Breakfast was so good! Highly recommended!

Top notch hotel. Upon arrival, we were a few hours early and not expecting our room to be ready. To our surprise it was! We were offered an arrival beverage and they had delicious macarons in the lobby. The hotel is adorable and has great aesthetics. The guestroom was comfortable and spacious, we booked a room that had the living area on one level and the bed up on another level. This gave us room to hang out and relax. The location was ideal. Located close to lots of shopping, food and the beach. The hotel provided a bag with towels and water for the beach. We got to keep the bag! They even had flip flops available in the room. The beverages in the mini bar were included with our stay. The bed was very comfortable. They also had a photobooth to take pics in and a rooftop space. I wish we had more days at this hotel. Great luxury hotel with friendly service!

Another great Atlas hotel. As always with this brand- the service is superb! Our room was perfect, and the breakfast is a real delight. Also it is very well located in the center of Tel Aviv and within a walking distance to the beach. Would definitely return!

Great location, clean, nice decorated modern rooms, beds and pillows very comfortable, we had a quiet, restful night. The hotel is lovely and not noisy at all. I definitely recommend to stay here and the staff were very kind and helpful. We were granted an upgrade on our room the first night, thank you.

We absolutely loved the Backstage. The ex-theatre thing is played to the hilt, with apropos quotations from various plays everywhere. The fixtures etc all seemed in new condition while maintaining the style of the 1930s. And the staff are terrific - friendly, helpful, professional. Some of the rooms are a bit small, but they are really lovely. Do yourself a favor and stay here - we already want to go back!

Really hard to fault this lovely boutique hotel. The room I had was only lacking proper hanging space for clothes - over the coffee maker just wasn't the best and could also have used a hook or two in the bathroom - but didn't spoil my experience. Staff amazingly friendly and accommodating, service was above and beyond and their breakfast was 11 out of 10 🙌

From the minute we arrived and were served champagne the experience at the Backstage was amazing! The service from reception, thank you Itamar, to the breakfast service to our wonderful cocktail waitress was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and the bed and bedding was so cozy! Loved, loved, loved the location- and the special perks - a bag with towels and water for the beach-- This may be one of the best Atlas properties yet!

I loved this hotel from the moment I stepped in. Service and hospitality were top notch and location was excellent (8 minutes from Frishman beach), they offered us bags and towels for the beach, and they were always willing to accommodate our needs. Cleanliness was top as well. I particularly liked the playlist they make for you in your room and the elevator, which funnily feels you welcomed in the place. I will always remember this elevator!!! One minor thing to have in mind (not at all important for us) is that the room we stayed in was rather small and without a wardrobe. However, we had hangers for a few clothes. The room was very unique and stylish and we would definitely come back.

I’d give this 4.7 stars. Perfect location, service, decor, cleanliness. The only negatives are 1) rooms don’t have wardrobes or anything of the kind, so it wouldn’t be a great hotel for long-term stays, 2) reception randomly gave me a 7am wake up call that I didn’t request. Other than that, perfect.

Getting out of an elevator will never be the same again. The level of service was excellent, the staff super kind. They’ve agreed to keep our luggage for nearly 40hrs after checking out so that we can make a Petra tour. The rooms are in general small and the only negative is that there was no wardrobe in our room, but there is some space provided to hang clothes and in general we managed well in the small space. The rooms were very clean and the place is very stylish and unique. Location is excellent, right on Dizengoff near great restaurant options and only a 10’ walk from the beach. They also provide you with beach towels and a beach bag when you tell them you’re going to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting tel aviv. Thank you backstage hotel, all the best to you!

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday . Not the first time we choose Atlas Hotels chain , and we know why - top quality service , nice and cosy rooms with fantastic happy-hour events . This hotel is brand new - with an amazing `backstage` concept - it got a unique scenery with furniture , props and themes. even got their own photo booth (recommended!) The service was top class (thanks Natalie and Nicolas) , Room (404) was clean and breakfast was something special. Location was great (Kikar Dizingoff) and we even got 50% off the expensive parking of `Henyon Hakikar` . Classic 5 stars review. See you on our next vacation !

The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Tel Aviv. A few minutes walk to Dizengoff Square, bars and restaurants. The staff was welcoming and kind. The food was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and designed as a backstage of a theater, down to the smallest details, including a Photo Booth complete with dress ups and costumes. We came straight out of our wedding, and the service was so good.

I checked in to the hotel around 1am on the morning, an all i wanted is hot shower and clean bed. Oh well...I did not have hot water. I asked to fix it on the reception. i was promised that problem will be fixed first thing on the morning. It was not fixed. And as many time as i asked as many time it was told that it will be fixed, but it never was. The room was so small that I could not open my luggage. The sink was stuck too. water will not go through.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Tel Aviv. All the staff have been so friendly and accommodating (special mention to Nicolas who has looked after us at breakfast every morning!). Really beautiful decor and comfortable rooms. Nice touches including fresh towels and water for the beach everyday. And can't go without mentioning the breakfast- it's really special.

Fantastic hotel! Really beautiful inside, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nicely decorated. The breakfast is a must, absolutely delicious! Thank you so much for a wonderful time in Tel Aviv, we'll be back!

Great design, amazing decor. The rooms are very comfortable and the location can't be beaten. You are steps away from the beach, Dizengoff square and the business district. Best breakfast I've had in Israel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back.

Visited during the soft opening. The theme is backstage/behind the scenes of the live theater. There were some technical issues, which can be expected, so this didn't hamper our experience. Helpful and pleasant members of staff. Great table-service breakfast (not a buffet) with plenty of drinks and food, comfortable seating. Happy hour at the bar. Nice rooms. And a photo booth!
