Such a unique park, love the design. We had such a great time! They have multiple activities. Very neat restrooms. A great seating area to sit and relax while the kids play. They have a great view of the full moon a must see! 😍 My son and I absolutely loved this park! ❀️ Definitely going again and again. Recommend this park for people who enjoy fresh air and views.

Nice park that's centrally located with plenty of benches and sitting areas. It's pretty big and offers more than enough to keep the kids busy. There's also a Splash Pad to keep the kids cool on those Houston HOT days! The old Oak Tree in the center of the playground provides plenty of shade which is a plus. There's also a Dog playground which is nice. If you get thirsty or hungry there's always Food Trucks on-site as well. I'm not 100% certain, but I think those rotate out to provide a variety to keep everyone satisfied. The park is well kept and I like how they provide carts with different activities for the kids. The Restrooms are kept clean also, huge plus. We don't live close to this park, but if we're in the area and it's a nice day we'll do our best to visit because the kids really like it. It's definitely one of the nicest parks in the city and worth a visit. Almost forgot, plenty of parking also!

Wow. I came to visit my friend in Houston and he said we should take our kids to this park. I am VERY impressed. I wish my city had something like this. Cool minds the kids can wear themselves out on, coloring pages, putt putt, ping pong, blocks, etc. This work has it all.

Definitely the best Park for families in the area. Plenty of space, clean bathrooms, food trucks, water feature, ping pong tables, giant building blocks, plenty of benches and bistro tables, the whole playing area (which is huge) has a foam like flooring that softens impact. There’s climbing walls, free activities all the time, reading areas indoor and outdoors, a solar piano, books available for everyone! This park has it all. It gets pretty crowded, but I always find free street parking.

I am in love with Levy Park! It's a full family park in the middle of Houston! There is a splash pad area turning off at 8 pm and great for Houston weather. The play structures are fantastic! The climbing structure was loved by my 3 year old! The wall climbing and slide were loved by my two children, 5 and 3 years old. We arrived after 7 pm, when the heat and humidity are less. There was a good crowd of people. A workout class was going on. Way to go everyone! Then the lanterns came on between the trees and they made the park look beautiful. Romantic like, almost. But it's a family park. There is a dog park, food trucks line-up on some days, and outdoor movies are shown monthly. Love the idea! There were two issues we found, though, we forgot our water bottles and the bending machines on-site were non-working. They only took credit cards and it said "too many transactions" as the error. So we went up to the only food truck on-site which sold sno-cones just to find out the personnel not available. We knocked twice, no one came out. The water fountains were not working, either. Luckily, I had a water bottle in my car and we went to get it. Parking is on the street. At the time we went we found parking across the street by the garage parking and apartment parking entrance. Definitely a ark to visit, but don't forget your water bottles πŸ˜‰!

Levy Park stands out as a true gem in Houston, offering a delightful blend of charm, amenities, and warmth. The well-designed dog park, thoughtfully separated for small and large dogs, attests to the consideration put into creating a welcoming space for furry companions. The owners' friendliness and attentiveness add a personal touch, making every visit a pleasant experience. The park's facilities are diverse and cater to a wide range of interests. From a miniature putting area to climbing structures and swings for kids, there's something for every age group. The variety of games and facilities, including a restaurant, create a dynamic environment that transforms with the weather, providing an enjoyable open space for all. Levy Park's unique features, like the art cart, elevate it beyond a traditional park experience. Whether drawing, playing board games, or engaging in various creative activities, both children and adults can find inspiration in this artistic corner. Despite not being vast in size, the park's beauty is unmatched, radiating a boutique charm that captivates visitors. The spacious layout invites people to wander, sightsee, or simply enjoy some people-watching. Levy Park, with its blend of natural beauty and thoughtful amenities, has a magnetic charm that makes it a must-visit destination. I'm certainly looking forward to bringing my dog back for more enchanting moments in this beautiful and charming oasis.

Great family park and it’s fun for all ages. Very nice kids playground with rock wall and a small water park. They have ping pong, Mini golf, Foosball table, different carts with coloring, blocks and other interesting activities for kids. There are few food venues for sandwiches, burgers, nachos, etc no few other options in walkable distances. Lots of shade to play and relax. Clean and dog friendly park.

Came on a Friday afternoon. The weather was perfect for an outing with the kids. Lots of moms and their younger children out. The park is well kept, the security guard was super friendly and greeted everyone he passed. Bathrooms are very clean and there's plenty of space to sit down and relax.

I had been curious about this park because it seemed small but there are tons of reviews, and now I know why. There are lots of activities and some entertainments and food options, too. There is kind of a path to walk/run but not quite a real trail, and everybody was mostly busy with kids' play area or work out class. We came here around 10am on Saturday and were lucky to find someone was leaving from a free parking space.

It was a very nice park that we went to hang. We took my best friend's son and my two kids and boy they were busy! They climb they ran they ran some more. I like the fact that there's so many things to do in one place so they don't really get bored while they're there it was a very good place to be we will definitely be back.

Such a live, lovely place. There’s a nice dog park, a water park and playground for kids, a movie being projected, food trucks, you name it. Such a fun summer spot for sure. Even with so many people, the walkways were clear enough to walk a dog and not feel crowded!

Such a fun park for all ages! Kids, adults, and young teens looking to get away and be outside for a bit! I love how they have games for everyone to enjoy, and everyone uses the honor system to put them back after playing. There is also a small water park area for kids to run around during the Texas heat and enjoy! Lots of green space area for picnics, too. Parking is tough here- it’s street parking, and the garage costs money after 30 minutes.

This is a great park in the middle of a busy urban area. There are food places for BBQ, sandwiches, burgers, nachos, etc. The playground is very nicely built and can provide entertainment for the kids for literally HOURS. There is a stage and numerous tables and chairs. There are numerous events that are held here year round. This is a great place to relax, have a bite to eat, bring the kids, and spend the day. I highly recommend this park.

Such a cute place for a stroll and a date. Good food. Lots of places to walk, interact with nature, and a cute place to have a date. Great place to bring your kids too. I’m not a dog owner, but many people also brought their dogs and there’s a small enclosed area for them to play as well. Shoutout to Mexican Bites here for their awesome mangonada margaritas.

Levy Park in Houston is a delightful oasis for families and kids, especially during the summer months. The park's splash pad is a major highlight, providing a fun and refreshing escape from the heat. It's an ideal spot for children to play and cool off. Throughout the year, Levy Park hosts various events, particularly during holiday seasons, making it a lively and engaging community hub. These events often include family-friendly activities, performances, and more, adding to the park's appeal. One of the park's strengths is its well-maintained and diverse facilities. There are play areas for children, spacious green lawns for picnics or relaxing, and walking paths for leisurely strolls. The park's design and landscaping are commendable, offering a visually pleasing and comfortable environment. However, Levy Park can become quite crowded, especially during events or on weekends. This might be a downside for those seeking a quiet, less busy space. Additionally, parking can sometimes be a challenge, so planning your visit with this in mind is recommended. Overall, Levy Park is a fantastic destination in Houston for families and anyone looking to enjoy a well-kept urban park. It's a great place to spend a day outdoors, whether you're enjoying the splash pad, attending a special event, or simply relaxing in the green spaces.

This is actually a nice size park that caters to kidd (and dogs). I take my kids here often because they also offer a variety of activities for kiddos! If your kid likes games they offer board and card games. If your child likes to draw they have chalk available for them to draw on the sidewalk. If your child loves to read around the corner are a variety of children's books (and books and magazines for adults to enjoy as well) They have a mini size golf area, a ping pong table, huge Styrofoam blocks for kids to play and build with. There's a splash pad for kids to cool down in this Houston heat. Just so many different activities to choose from that'll keep your kids busy for a few hours. Be mindful people bring their dogs to this park as well (there's a dog play area nearby) Parking can sometimes be a hassle to find but I always park behind the restaurant (or what was the restaurant it looks to be closed down when we visited today). I wish there were more food trucks. I've been to Levy Park several times and today was the only time I saw food trucks (actually there were only 2 trucks out that looked to both be selling ice cream) Overall this is a great park for kids!

Went here back on June 2nd, my first grandbabies birthday and had an absolute blast!!!! Waterpark was great and I couldn't believe it was FREE! All around nice environment. Kids played well with each other and parents greeted one another. It was refreshing! The restaurant, which was only moments away and in walking distance, was great as well! Our server was fantastic and the food was delish!!!! We just had a really good time. Very memorable!!!

Nice park but unfortunately there is no playground suitable for toddlers. The only thing we found attractive is the movies on Saturday nights and the fun activities for kids in the morning. There are limited tables and chairs in the shed. The splash pads are nice

I went here seeing pics from my friend's social media post. It was looking great in pictures. The area is small but it's fun as vibe is great and they tried to put everything like small golf area, foos ball area, kids area, chain of restaurants so overall it's good weekend getaway for people who live near downtown.

Beautiful park with plenty of cool activities for the whole family! They have a big nice playground for the kids and during the hot summer they have a water park. During the weekends they usually have a lot of different activities to offer the community that are usually free. There are so many free events, just go to their website and check their calendar. They have an area where they show movies and have little concerts. Definitely worth checking out!! We love it!! Plenty of spaces for a picnic as well. They also have different carts with activities such as coloring, blocks, and other various things to play with around the park! Parking can be a little frustrating but someone is always leaving so drive through and try again if needed. Great park to bring your dog and you can go observe the community garden while you stroll the park.

Beautiful and well maintained city park. Small but well developed areas for kids and one of the best dog parks in town. I do not frequent this park often as it is not close to where i live but the few times i have been there, you can tell the surrounding community thrives. If you are new or have a family in Houston i recommend visiting!
