I gave birth to my daughter here at the height of the coronavirus pandemic. The staff was ok on average, some excellent and others really bad. Plus....The price you pay is TOTALLY is not worth what you get (and my husband and I were in a double room all to ourselves, thanks to the pandemic...still not worth what we paid). The food sucks. Really, it does. If I had it to do again, would have gone elsewhere.

Same as our baby, coming prematurely, short of 24 weeks, did not get a chance to live, so my original urge to write a negative review didn't last.. The isolated poor customer service or at times inconsiderate behaviour by a few staff members to patient companions; possibly driven by prolonged tiredness from the unfolding pandemic, the hast and reactive procedures from the hospital to the situation or lack of training on customer interaction; simply could not outlive the human touch, the interest and the affection shown by doctors, midwifes, the various hospital care team members and administration throughout our stay. I do not know if Leto is the best maternity clinic in Athens, but it surely does feel like one of the best. If you end, in a situation like ours, having to choose an emergency maternity hospital away from home, I would surely recommend it. There is always scope for improvement but you will not be let down by the service provided.

Not as professional as advertised. Unfriendly medical staff such as the cardiologist and anesthesiologist plus unpleasant surroundings made my experience not as memorable especially considering it is a private hospital, I had higher expectations I don't think I will visit again.

We chose it with my hus for giving birth for our son just after 1st visit. It was so quite there, nurses were very polite and smiling. After 4 days of staying there i had my son on the hands and feeling like i spend vacs in good resort 🥰

I gave birth in Litw on 28/11/2017 and I can say that it was really a great experience. If I decide to do it again I will definitely go again to Litw. I loved the family atmosphere and really good care they provided to both, baby and me.

I gave birth in Leto hospital July, 7th, 2023 and finally processed the experience. Leto is a rather small hospital which is well equipped, some professionals working there are really good in what they do, others could be good but don't care to. For paid hospitals it has not extremely high prices but you get a lot of mess: 1) in my case birth was cesarean section following the physiological procedure and after the surgery I was placed to wait first in special facility for less than half an hour where all women were recovering after birth, but then suddenly moved to an empty surgery room- freezing cold (16 degrees Celsius) while I was still sleepy after antihistamines and under pain blockage that removes feelings of cold after surgery and left me like that for 2 over hours without a cover, anyone attending or being connected to any health monitoring devices, without phone to connect with anyone or document their neglect! After 2 hours the pain blockage and antihistamines started to wear off and I realised how cold I am so I started calling for help, then a nurse came for a moment turned off AC, didn't even give a blanket and left for another hour! By that time I was really very worried, cried and begged for help, so another nurse - male this time- came (room temperature rose to 23 degrees by then, but still very cold for a person with only a poliester robe and without blanket) and finally moved me to my room. Later they told me it's because one of nurses was finishing her shift and there wasn't any else women at the time at that room. So basing on their explanation if you're going to finish labour at shift end, expect to be gifted a pneumonia or at least very unpleasant experience. I thought of legal action but because I didn't end up receiving that severe health problems decided to not go with it . 2) when I was requesting tea or any drink (including water), I often needed over 3 hours for them to bring it (not like i asked once and they forgot, but me reminding them every 15 minutes). 3) they lost one of the documents required for birth certificate and created the situation when instead of greeting my daughter to the world and recovering after surgery I had to urgently arrange making and passing me the duplicate. 4) they didn't finalize the application for child money despite claiming that they did, so I lost 2000 euros. 5) I was in birth room place in between another patient and door so to get to her everyone would pass by me and obviously I didn't get the advertised natural light the morning I was there, but additionally when they did checking me up the husband of another person could pass by me (as well as other husbands in the corridor could and did see me when they passed by) because they didn't close the door.

Leto is a place designed to be a Maternity Hospital. Not a general hospital, not a parking lot converted. The architecture assists the service which is excellent. A bit pricey. Recommended for complicated cases. The logo hides a bad symbol, please change.

We gave birth there in 2021 and unfortunately it was not worth it at all. On the contrary in 2024 for the 2nd child we went to Alexandra and I can say that the staff was more knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally, in the measurement of jaundice in a newborn, they made a mistake and it's good that we understood it and did another one. Anywhere else but never again in Leto.

I gave birth to my son 11/01/2024 and had not only a quick and painless delivery but also an excellent stay and care from the girls on the second floor. Whenever I needed them for help with the baby and especially with breastfeeding, they were always there. In general, it is the second time I have been hospitalized at this maternity hospital and I am really very pleased with the facilities. What I found is that there are very specific midwives who spend several hours explaining how to breastfeed and generally giving you advice about the baby. If you're lucky and get one of them, it's worth it. As far as the pediatricians are concerned, they made the worst impression as they don't explain the details to you, they just say that the child has something and you are left with the question.

By far the best maternity hospital! (Compared to the experience my friends had in other well-known maternity hospitals in the same year). 24 hours a day there were midwives who would come as soon as you called them to show you how to breastfeed as many times a day as they needed over and over again! All the staff were very kind and helpful and the food was amazing.

I gave birth to my first child at the Leto clinic. Overall the experience was good. I didn't have a personal midwife whenever the floor midwives helped me. In the delivery preparation room, all the nursing staff were very helpful and helpful with a smile. The same on the second floor that we moved to afterwards. The girls on the 2nd floor and the supervisors also helped me a lot with breastfeeding. The only complaint was from the pediatric staff. Of course, many thanks to my doctor K. Peristeris!

👍 Always crowded but with very professional staff, doctors and nurses. I took my first Pfizer vax here and was surprised by the excellent coordination of the whole procedure and the efficiency of the medical staff. Nothing of the usual "greek" problems here. Congrats to the organizers !

😠 The most unorganized, unhelpful and rude staff I have encountered in a public hospital.
