Plaisio is the most overprised computer store in Greece. Would never recommend. Use Skroutz or amazon. It's actually worth buying from Amazon Germany or UK, and paying for transportation. IT WORKS OUT CHEAPER believe it or not. The technicians are only decent for very basic troubleshooting. When it comes to checking computer components and finding the source of the damage, they're bad. I gave them a motherboard, CPU and ram for inspection and after a week of not receiving any update, and several calls from my end, I popped by the store, only to find out that they did not have the equipment to test my components. Avoid at any cost. The shop's target audience are people who don't know much about computers, kids, parents, and older generations.

a) Pay your people better. The technicians try hard to do their job and they get paid peanuts. The salespeople are forced to smile all the time and it's cruel (and they also get paid peanuts). b) Change the aroma in the store. It's disgusting.

Good variety of computers (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones) and their components and peripherals. Sufficient expertise, fast service. Prices are fine and there ate a lot of products on exhibition to try out

Fast & reliavle service, quality technology products.

Lots of alternative toner suppliers around the area, as plaisio does not longer recycle the toners with exchange of a voucher .They just keep your empty toners without any exchange as they used to do. In stationery department they don't have availability of products presented in the website.

Good store, verity of products, close to city center. Ok prices.

Very beautiful place for everyone.It has a variety of things and new techology.It has many stuff for the artistic people that want to find some cheap,great quality stuff. For the little kids it has many toys and many home decorations for everyone.It has a stock for the house including tables,chairs,comptuters and other. And of course the prices are the best.!

Best place to visit . They have everything. Most importantly they r humans that understand your needs.

Some employees were kinda rude but it's usually the opposite. Good prices mostly and a good selection with many options of stuff

The best electronics store

I had bad experience with repairing department. More than 1 month gave them a dehumidifier on 17/12/22 untill now no one gave me a correct answer. Went 3 times to repairing telling there is no update yet Even sent them 5 emails no one are responding. That how your treatment.....
