Puff & Petals is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL restaurant! The ambiance is amazing, the drinks are delicious and the food is GREAT! While this is so, the customer service was TERRIBLE! Our waitress was Mandy. It was my friend's birthday dinner and there were 4 of us. Mandy was very impatient and rude. My friend didn't like her meal and wanted to return it for another item, but Mandy, very rudely, told us that she just works here and they have a strict no return and no exchange policy. While that's fine, her delivery was terrible and she had an attitude. When we asked to speak to a manager, she walked away and didn't bring one over for at least 15min. We ended up ordering another round of drinks and another pasta but it never came. Instead, they brought us our tabs and walked away. I won't be back and that's unfortunate because the restaurant is beautiful and the drinks are great

Very cute decor. Food was very good! Everything was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. There were some snafus, but the server/bartender handled them well. As everyone has mentioned, it is in an area that has lots of other venues, but very high homeless population around. I would suggest owner tightening on staff being prepared when the doors open and address the odor there which in my opinion is coming from outside, in order to provide a better customer experience

I went here for my Birthday this past weekend with all high hopes that everything would be great! Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. The food was horrible and the waitress was rude and not knowledgeable of their menu. She didn’t even come to check on us as often as she could. I will not be returning here. If u want to look cute while u drinking than this is the place for you. It’s a real girly girl place. The drinks have special effects, really cool. Other than that. I’m disappointed and I love K.Michelle! 😀😩

I jotted some notes down that summed up my visit here: - no napkins when food came out - Small water cups (I commented on how thirsty I was and asked for a larger cup, but was told the water cups are small) only filled my glass up twice (I saw larger cups behind the bar) - $14 fish & chips - waiters held personal conversation instead of filling up glasses - Chips were better than the fish - Passed out napkins after I finished my food - 18% in gratuity charged automatically, though server was inattentive There’s a feminine, cozy atmosphere. I was disappointment in my lack of service. I heard the drinks were great. I wish I had gotten one instead of the food. I wouldn’t come here with more than 3 people. I came with 5 others and it was an awkward set up.

Wonderful drinks... I had the flower bomb and lemon pepper wings. Lambs chops were absolutely delicious. A wait but worth it. Great atmosphere inside. Check it out when in Atl.

I am a stickler for good service, great food, and great atmosphere/vibes. I enjoyed the music, the decor (no flower wall anymore), food, drinks, and the service. We ate the Loaded Petals (chips with shrimp) which were great. Good drinks we tried: Cigar on the Beach and the Flower Bomb. Not so great drinks: K's Bath Water (the cream was strange) and The Illusion. However, all the drinks order had an AMAZING presentation!!! We had a new server, which I wish would have stayed. There was another server with long blonde hair that came and took over. She was "okay" after a while but was not personable. So we turned up with the new server from afar. However, I loved the details of the restaurant from food to vibes to decor!

The number one thing about this place was the drinks. the drinks were absolutely amazing and very unique the place is a small place which is why I understand having reservations and having such a short amount of time there. I think the best idea is to have reservations for the end of the night so nobody is after you and you don't have to rush to eat or have fun with your friends the atmosphere was amazing the music was amazing the food was spectacular the shrimp and grits was my fav I think it was a curry paste based sauce but it was one of the better dishes for sure. But beyond that the drinks were amazing especially the cigar on the beach oh my goodness you must have that

I went to this restaurant a few years ago for my birthday. It was really cute on the inside, the bartender was great but everytime I try to go back it’s closed. I think it’s open one whole day a week now. It’s very small, and girly on the inside. If you can stop by when they’re actually open, you may be able to get a spot at the bar without reservations. Good luck.

I must say the place is very cute, but very small almost cramped just to give you an idea. I tried the shrimps and grits and I'm sad to say I've had better...i really wanted it to be everything and more but it wasn't. I'm a foodie and this did not make me dance. Now, the drinks were EVERYTHING!!! Great presentation, great taste and it definitely made me tipsy lol. The menu was more of just 2 choices of a 3 coarse meal. Ones name is BEGINNERS LUCK and the other is HIGHROLLER. I do wish I had options to just order but I understand the kitchen can only take so much. The customer service was okay just because the hostess didn't stay at her station after notifying us that our table was ready. We had to wait on her to be seated, but once we were seated great customer service from the waiters and waitresses. The MUSIC was sooooo good it really was a vibe the whole time we were there. You can tell that K.Michelle is all about music. This was definitely an experience and I will try it again even though there was some hiccups. Overall it a great place for a girls day or night out. Pink pink pink everything PINK which is the cutest thing ever! I'll give it 3 stars for now.

Puff & Petals was amazing!! My girls and I went for a bachelorette dinner, the food, drinks and service (thanks to Antonio) was great! Along with having delicious food, drinks and awesome service, Antonio even gave all of us a little game to play that was the cherry on top of the night! The facility is small but it's an experience. I enjoyed the thought put into the plating of the food, creative and beautiful. I will definitely visit again.

I went to birthday party yesterday. First they said they don't serve water you have to buy bottle water for 4 dollars. Keep in mine I pay in advance $51:24 to hold my spot. Second the little but food you get. You be hungry after leaving this place. The building is nice that's it. The chicken have to much salt. Please everybody don't have no event at this place.

Was visiting family and friends in Atlanta. Decided to try this spot out. The food, drinks, and service was amazing. My waitress Mandy was the absolute best. I would definitely go back again.

My experience at Puff & Petals was beyond amazing! I am from Houston, so this was my 2nd time in Atlanta and this was definitely on my “places to go” list. It was a three course meal (appetizer, entree, dessert) for either $35 or $45. Pricing was fair based on the size of the plate. I ordered the “Puff Devils” which are PINK deviled eggs with a twist. Very tasty. Entree was “Bring the Heat” which is a shrimp Cajun style pasta! It was really good and left me stuffed! I barely had room for dessert; which was the banana pudding cheesecake... YUMMY!!! The drinks were good and strong !! The bartender got us together ! I had two, “Glamorous Life” which comes in a tall martini glass with diamonds on the rim (hence the name) and my second drink was the “Green Light” which comes out in a flashing green lightbulb and it will definitely get you LIT! The music was good it kept us moving and groovin’ .. Our server’s name was Francis and she was really sweet. Place is small but very cute! If you have a party of 4 or more, reservations are strongly recommended, especially if it’s a Friday or Saturday. I will be sure to return when I Make I come back to Atlanta ❤️.

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CAN...
