The food and restaurant was 5/5 no complaints at all. The shrimp fettuccine was so delicious and seasoned to perfection and the steak was cooked to perfection. We were seated right away and our waitress was awesome.

It's a late late late review :) I went there long time ago for dinner, I don't think I have pictures. But everything taste delicious, staffs are friendly, the amount of food and the quality everything just amazing. So me and my husband decide to order our Thanksgiving dinner from them. Wow! That is the best Thanksgiving dinner I ever had! I'll rate 6 stars :) Even though I had the can cranberry this time but I still love their cranberry sauce.

This was a very cool spot. 😎 indoor, outdoor and cigar area to smoke. Great selection of food and a few secret menu items you should inquire about. The crab claws were outstanding and the Mac and Cheese was no slouch.

I haven’t been here in years & so glad I decided to bring my dad here for Father’s Day. The food was amazing & so was the service. We sat on the patio it was extremely warm this day. Our food was delicious & my dad said his drink was too, I could smell the bourbon. He ordered the “peach tree “ drink. The crab claws tasted a bit charred I don’t recommend these but everything else was delicious. I’ll be back.

We thought it would be a nice restaurant. It’s basically a smokey sports bar. Chill atmosphere but don’t come here on a date night expecting great service or anything. Food is not great, but for a decent halal steak it’s one of the only options in town. Asked for ribeye med-rare and got med-well. Tasted fine but obviously a little dry. Wife got the beef skewer things and they were steak slices dipped in A1 sauce. lol

We went on Easter. The food was so good and the server was excellent. The crab fingers were so yummy and so was the pasta. It wasn't on the menu, it was a server suggestion, but I got the salmon pasta with the crab meat. The rum punch was good too.

This was our first time here and it was mediocre. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were great. However we were immediately disturbed upon arrival because we called prior to and was advised there was a business casual dress code. We arrived and saw patrons in sweat pants, fitted caps etc. We ordered the Peppered salmon and requested it blackened. It came out barely cooked and not blacked at all. They “remade” the salmon and it came back burnt..still no seasoning! Blackened does NOT mean cooking it until it’s black..it’s simply a season. For $30+ I decided to take it home and I’ll correct it myself to get my monies worth.

First let me say that I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dantanna’s. The staff is amazing! Sarah our waitress was the best! I had a birthday dinner for my honey and it was 12 of us. Everyone loved their food and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We’ll definitely be back! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you guys so much for being so accommodating!

Okay, where do I begin. I love space with good food, better service, and the freedom to smoke a cigar with a nice glass of Scotch. The shrimp were so delicious they stole center stage despite the rare combination of all my other favorite things. There seemed like no way this restaurant could miss. Finally, a major shout-out to my waiter; despite the packed house and the vibrant environment, she made us feel like we were all that mattered at the moment. If you are in Buckhead, you have to check them out.

Everything about this experience was great. The drinks, the food, the atmosphere. I wish we were able to hang out longer but were heading to a concert. I had Rib eye, sautéed mushrooms & spinach. My husband cioppono and we shared blackened crab claws.

Verdict: Nice halal steaks 🥩 Food: I don’t remember the exact cut I got, but it was cooked exactly as I had asked. It was nicely seasoned and very tender. Some of my cousins took the server up on the offer to make their seasoning spicy but their steaks did not taste as good with that seasoning Service: Our server was excellent. He was very patient with a large group, many of whom had never had steak before. He was also knowledgeable of halal which is a nice plus Ambiance: it’s definitely a little dated inside. It’s still upscale, but you can tell it’s an old restaurant. Still nicer than most establishments were you might find halal cuisine. Price: most cuts are $50/person. Pretty fair given halal meat, upscale restaurant in Buckhead

The food was good, the staff was great the inside though was VERY COLD. I understand we were there during the cold snap but I had to keep my jacket on and the bathrooms were FREEZING. Either way would recommend and go back though!

Amazing all around! Our server - Hollywood, she was the best! She gave us her suggestions from the drinks to the appetizers, to the entrees, to the desserts. And all her options were dead on! She told us about the crab claws that weren’t listed on the menu and they were great. We got the egg rolls too and they were so delicious! My husband ordered an old fashion and I had a Hennessy drink that was spot on! They are not cheap with the liquor nor filling the glasses up to the top! For entrees, I got the this chili sea-bass and my husband got the lamb chops!!! Everything was delicious 🤤 and we had plenty left over to bring home! We will be going back! Service was fast and fresh. The general manager even came over and held a brief conversation with us!!! If you in the area, pleases go and eat here. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for Hollywood, again, she’s the best!!!

While I was expecting an upscale restaurant, in reality it resembles more of a dressed-up sports bar. The ambiance is not excessively loud, however, can get slightly boisterous. Hey, it’s a sports bar after all. The dim lighting created too dark of an atmosphere that just seemed out of place. The staff, while making an effort, fails to meet expectations. Large lapses in attention from our waiter resulted in moments where we had to actively seek assistance, resorting to asking another staff member to locate our waiter. It would be forgivable if the place was packed but on this night it was under 50% occupancy. The food falls in the acceptable category, but the prices are incongruous to the taste. One appetizer, two entrees, and tip resulted in an $80 expense, which, considering the overall experience, felt disproportionate. It is worth mentioning, if you are looking for halal food, this is one of the few halal American food options around. They also need to catch up to modern times. No mobile payment options at the table, instead you have to go to the order-taking stations by the wall, or hand off your card for an out-of-sight transaction (uh, no thanks). For an establishment that bills itself upscale, plus elevated menu prices, this was both inconvenient and disappointing.

Amazing food, The Korean fried Chiken wings were a wonderful starter, the Wasabi Tuna was amazing and perfectly balanced. The Pan-Charred Okra was fabulous and huge. I have never seen such size. The steaks, both the New York Strip and the Ribeye were made to perfection and the salmon was excellent. The desserts were the perfect ending to a perfect meal. We tried the Key Lime Pie, which was refreshing and sweet, the Brown Butter Brownie - delicious, the Bread Pudding was fantastic, and the Creme Brulee was amazing! Our server, Dina, was eager to cater to our every need with a smile. If you are ever in Atlanta - go and eat there!

My husband took me here for my birthday and we truly enjoyed the drinks, the food and the service. I did not get our waitress name but she was so pleasant. I highly recommend getting a side of crab meat with butter with your steak, it had my taste buds dancing. Please be aware that it is $25 for the addition of crab. The only reason I didn't regret getting it is because it was so good. It is pricey here but we knew that going in. I have no complaints.

Very nice place to go! Our waitress was very helpful. The food was really good. First time visiting and there were plenty of parking spaces available. The manager was really nice and helped us take pictures of the family. I'm glad they had vegan options as well. If you are a meat eater, their ribs were super large, lol!

*Halal steak* had one of the best ribeye steaks i have tried anywhere (mostly overseas due to not that many halal options available) I got medium well and it was perfect light pink inside which I always craved for.. It was recommended by our server Trey! ask for Trey, amazing service provided to our family! Chicken pasta was best! Kids had tenders and fries. Trey also validated for us that steaks (beef) and chicken are halal.. atmosphere is a little dark but that’s how any of them are planned out so not a problem for us.

Amazing restaurant experience! I am a foodie and honestly this place has some of the best food and service I've ever had hands-down! Nobody in our large group was disappointed. Our waitress, Jasmine, was phenomenal! She was very attentive to our needs and friendly. We will definitely return again and again when in the ATL!

I heard from many sources that Dantanna’s has Halal steak, so had to come and try it. We came as group of friends and everybody ordered Ribeye steak. First reason was that’s the only thing we wanted to try and second reason was that cowboy steak was $60, which seems quite costly. Ribeye seemed costly as well to me as i am big streak fan and i was comparing with Longhorn, who have similar items for way less price. Anyhow we got our food on time, server was nice but for me the food flavor was just ok. I would prefer Longhorn any day. Also one thing I don’t like is mandatory gratuity that is 20%. Suggestion for owner: Please stop charging 20% gratuity, in the long run it’s hurting business. Specially when your food is already overpriced. Suggestion for Customers: Keep the mandatory gratuity in mind for you budgeting as it’s 20%. Flavor - Star - 7 / 10 Authenticity of Flavor - No Star - 6 / 10 Cleanliness - Star - 7 / 10 Service - Star - 7 / 10 Value for Money - No Star - 6 / 10 Above format would be best to justify my review so i will hopefully continue to keep this for all my next reviews.

This place made no good sense. Every single thing was delicious…to the point where you keep ordering, knowing good and well you don’t even need it. I loved everything I ordered. 🖤

It was a really good experience there from a good dinner to good drinks and great bar service. It made me feel like an upscale steak and sea food restaurant slash sports bar.

Absolutely Amazing. I tried to order the crab fingers for pickup but noticed they were not on the menu but I saw a picture someone posted. I only knew of them from a previous trip were I didn't like my entree but LOVED the crab fingers. For months I tried to search my reviews to find the restaurant but was unable to due to me not posting a picture of my actual meal. After finding the restaurant (TheStairsAreWhatIRemembered) and calling in I was informed you could order the crab fingers but had to actually come in and order either from the bar or while sitting at a table. It was well worth the trip. I equate it to Starbucks secret menu. So if you're looking for them don't be surprised if you're not able to find them. Just Trust Me, They're There. ASLO, MAKE SURE TO GET THE DIPPING SAUCE THAT COMES WITH THEM. I think they have another sauce you can request that I'll try another time, but the sauce they come with; Oh My Atlanta!!!

Had a nice date night meal at Dantanna's. Dantanna's is an upscale Steak/Seafood Sports Bar. Great steak and seafood options with a lot of televisions throughout to not miss any action. One side of the restaurant is the bar area and the other side is the dining room. Glad that we made a reservation as we were seated immediately. Apart from the occassional cigar smell in the dining room, we had a very nice experience.

I had the chicken parm and it was pretty good. They bread the chicken in house, you get a nice portion, and just need just a little salt and pepper. The customer service was amazing. Everybody was so friendly. Other servers were checking on me throughout my lunch. I had an amazing cocktail. I think it was called the raven. Literally amazing. The crazy part is I work across the street for 2.5 years and this was my first visit. Definitely will be coming back and I'm being friends this time.

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down. Friends waited for (Hennessy) drinks…at the same table for an hour and 15min. It took the bartender 3 tries….It took over an hour to get food even with a reservation. YOU CAN...
