This was not a good night. Maybe if we come back on a weekday it will be better. When the food finally got to us.. we had to ask for silverware. By the time we got silverware, all the food was cold. I at one point had to get up and go ask for condiments and a glass of water. Everyone walked right by me like I wasn't there. N ordered the pulled pork sandwich. It came with a side of beans, coleslaw and loaded fries. The fries ended up being a solid mass of fries and cheese 🧀. C kept it simple and ordered a massive cheeseburger with a side of fries. I ordered the salmon. The green beans were cold along with the mashed potatoes. The salmon could have had a little more flavor... but it wasn't bad. I ordered the mojito.. not good at all.. tasted like straight soda water. The birthday tribute at the end was the best.. totally embarrassed N! Awesome! Hard to catch him off guard.

Good food! I liked the fries and the seasoning on them. I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and that tasted good as well. The music in there was a little loud and the floor was pretty uneven around some places ( you'll know what I mean if you go in there). Other than that it was pretty good. I would recommend going and checking it out for yourself!

Great option for Dec. 25th! Everything was very friendly and festive for Christmas 🎄 They offer you a menus for 2 or 3 options, but we prefered to use the menu. The service from Chuckie was great! The menu has Really nice options, and they cooked the burger as we asked. Thank you!

The prices are reasonable but slightly towards the expensive end. Good portion size and taste. Friendly staff, and they offer a complimentary ice cream sundae on your birthday. Nice atmosphere. I recommend visiting.

I ordered the only "vegan" option which was the 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫. It still came with cheese so of course, I had to order it without. Nothing fancy about this burger, wish it had more seasoning. ⁣ ⁣ The onion rings were fried and tasted like an average onion ring, nothing spectacular. ⁣ ⁣ *The drinks weren't strong either so don't go looking for a buzz here. Our server was nice but the person who brought out our food was the complete opposite.

I can not brag more about this place. Everyone we talked to was beyond amazing and helpful. What a great staff they have. The food and merch was great too. Let's start with the store. My dad mentioned he liked Jimmy Hendrix and someone took him to show him the shirt they have of his. The lunch part. The drinks were super delicious! As my son's food was nearing deliveries his water was accidentally spilled on him. The manager and our waitress were so kind and quick to help clean it up and make sure my son was taken care of. (We didn't mind the situation at all, we know accidents happen) but how they all handled it was beyond the call if their duty and we thought they were all wonderful and great! Highly recommend this place. Paris our waitress and Eric the manager. And the food was delicious!

A beautiful restaurant! I loved the memorabilia and music themed decor! My server, Anthony, was amazing, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable! My meal was great. The One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp was scrumptious. My beverage 🍓 & Basil Lemonade was superb. The flavor was bold & enticing. I almost forgot about my dessert. I had the Homemade Apple Crumble to go. It was rich, savory, and deplorably sweet. What a meal 😍 😋

We had an early dinner here on a Saturday around 4 pm. and sat at the bar. Parking was a challenge, like any downtown area, but it was worth it. We both ordered medium rare burgers that came perfectly cooked. We enjoyed looking at all the memorabilia and Hard Rock environment with good music. There was a good selection of draft drinks and cocktails as well.

Everything was perfect from service, food and environment! I parked next to the steak house on Andrew Young and when I got back, Mt window was busted and I was robbed. Waited for Police over TWO HOURS AND LEFT W NO REPORT. another truck was also broken into across from mine. Apparently this happens often as the Sherrifs across the street told me. I paid 15 bucks and a window Plus jewelry and many valuables!!! Be careful

I went there for dinner 1st night in Atlanta and purchased a shirt but the shirt had a hole in it. Returned it before leaving town and Wes the mgr. Refunded the purchase and bought my new one. CLASS ACT you don't see that happen anymore. Food and drinks were good too. Get a hurricane for another souvenir.

It was our first time coming here and I can honestly say that this Hard Rock Cafe location is better than the one in Orlando at Universal City Walk! The food was soooo good and it came out very quickly! The lemonade was very good and the presentation of both the food and drinks was so nice. The service was great! I highly recommend coming here if you want some quick and delicious food.

Hard Rock Cafe is an experience! The atmosphere was fun and energetic. So many different songs to listen to and so much art & history to take in. I decided to try a burger for the first time in a while and it did not disappoint. It’s probably the best burger I’ve ever had. I also had the one night in Bangkok spicy shrimp as a starter, it was amazing. The only thing I did not like was the wait times for my starter and my server forgot to bring our dessert. Our server could not be found and we had waited forever for the dessert to go. Once we looked on our ticket, we saw weren’t charged for the dessert so we left.

Very randomly walking into this restaurant in late evening since it’s the only one open, but surprisingly good experience! Turns out hard rock is a big brand and themed chain restaurants! I ordered the baby back ribs and onion ring, both are pretty good. Especially love the vibe and even the gift store. :p

He food was just ok.. The steak was great but the green beans were too hard to eat, the steak salad was perfect, the drinks were ok abd the nachos were... Different. This seems like a really great place to take kids or have a quick lunch, but it's not a place couples looking for a more upscale or intimate restaurant.

Great food and fast service. Visited twice during my stay in GA and both times were awesome. Hard rock never disappoints and they do great mostly everywhere. You cant go wrong and this one is as good as it gets. Would def recommend it.

The music in this place is awesome. I had a impossible burger it was okay. My love said his ribs were delicious. The cole slaw was nasty and the baked beans. My drink tasted as if it was a virgin. I didnt bother to order another. The service was just okay. I spent most of the time looking for our waitress for things like napkins, a straw, the check. She wasnt attentive. But its just an okay place.

I went to visit the Hard Rock Café Atlanta with my family. I went in the afternoon, so I didn't need to reserve a table or wait at the bar. The place is wonderful, with good music and exceptional service. I ordered a Double Decker, without salad, because I'm on a diet, hahaha... the snack is good, the meat is juicy and it came just right, but I felt like something was missing, maybe because I'm Brazilian, I believe it lacked seasoning, but that's a matter of personal taste... the only "negative" point is that the snack could be bigger, but if you're not as hungry as I am, the size will be good. Souvenirs are extremely expensive, so the memories will just be the photos... so if you like rock music and good food, it's worth visiting.

The experience I had was good. I went with a party of 13 and we all enjoyed each other’s company. All the food we got tasted perfect and the drinks tasted good. When I come back I will definitely be coming back to Hard Rock Cafe to get some merch too.

First time in a Hard Rock Cafe. As soon as we go inside a hostess, help us decide where we can sit. Our waitress was amazing. She described every dish as we had a lot of questions. In the end, we ended requesting the original legendary burger, but one of them was a steak burger topped with One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp, we know is not in the menu but we asked and they said that we can request that, shrimp was awesome is not that spicy and pair to the perfection with the burguer, fries were good too, well seasoned and crispy. The strawberry basil lemonade is something that you want to try next time, fresh strawberry and the sweetness of the basil with notes of pepper pair to the perfection. I will try something different next time.

The steaks are more expensive than most steakhouses. But the flavours aren't bad and the servers are friendly, even refilling drinks on time. You'll have to be lucky to see a show, so be sure to check the schedule. It's a great place to get a taste of America.

On January 13, 2024, I visited HRC and unfortunately, only one person out of the four of us was satisfied with their meal, he said the ribs were good. Although there was no wait time, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered boneless buffalo with fries and a side salad, but my side salad was served last minute. I rated my experience with only one star and suggest that you might have a better experience going to Wendy's for a burger. Least to say, my boneless wings had a funny texture to it, I was really skeptical, I did not eat them. This place is overrated. The shake was good though.

The usual Hard Rock Cafe, but quite smaller than in other cities. They had a 2-hour wait so we chose to dine at the bar instead. It was just as fine. The ribs were delicious, worth the price you pay for them.

I had high expectations for this location but left disappointed. The restaurant is open floor which means is super loud and leaves less room for memorabilia and actually hear the music in the background. Service was phenomenal but the burgers didn't taste special at all, despite their very high cost. A very tiny and overcooked beef patty, smashed bun, barely any mushrooms and onions. Nothing like the Messi burger! Drinks were the only good thing, strong and cold. I don't recommend this place for family with kids. Is great to grab a drink in the bar and that's about it. Their souvenir store was small and nothing really worth buying.

I’ve been to Hardrock Cafes all over the world and the food is usually “meh” however…I was pleasantly surprised that the food was outstanding. If you can make amazing tasting sliders then everything else has got to be amazing! The bar tender Willis was awesome. He had that bar under control. He was attentive and professional and the drinks were great! I would definitely come back here.

Our server was so nice! And when we told him it was my friend's birthday, and that we were from out of town, he brought us the biggest dessert I have ever seen, then refused to charge us for it. It was a really nice surprise.

Good location downtown convenient to hotels and bars. The hotwings were really good, service was average. I got the BBQ Bacon Burger which was mediocre. I enjoy looking at the memorabilia from bands around the restaurant more than anything. The deducted stars are mainly from the lack of options at the bar. They were out of Bud light, Bud heavy and several other beers. Also we asked for hot sauce which apparently they have zero bottles in the entire restaurant or bar. Probably won’t return for another 10 years, maybe it will be better then.

I ordered the southwest salad. I was freshly made and the chicken was abundant. Not a tiny piece like some restaurants. My only thing is that i should have asked for the dressing on the side. But the food was delicious. My company ordered a bunless Burger. They enjoyed their food as well. The atmosphere was laided back. And the music was rock and roll! It was my first time here and I definitely will be back. Also the offer live mucis on some nights!

Met some friends here on a Friday night about 8:45. We were seated after all members of the 3 person party arrived. Short wait but some other friends that arrived at 9pm were turned away. Very busy. The section manager took care of us until our waitress was available. Very good service. Food was ok, nothing extraordinary. Tried the legendary burger and a drink special. It was loud and noisy but there was a lot of interesting memorabilia throughout the restaurant. There is also a gift shop that sells Hard Rock items. Walking distance to the convention center and several hotels.

It's been awhile since I was at this location and they have remodeled. It's a nice atmosphere of rock and roll. I had the Messi Burger, I liked it pretty well, but I didn't really care for the sausages on the top.

Stopped by the next day to get lunch, it was cooler this time. It was a Saturday early afternoon, so there was a wait but I sat on a high top table by the bar so I sat right away. Ordered a BBQ Bacon Burger it was good. Table wasn’t really that clean. There TV all around the bar playing sports & old MTV music videos. They also have a small store located inside. We ordered the Messi chicken sandwich, Messi burger, salmon, sliders, and Kids Mac and cheese. We loved the Messi sandwiches. The chicken sandwich was too big of a bite so I took off one piece and it was perfect! Delicious chicken and burgers. The salmon wasn't too flavorful other than being spicy. The Mac and cheese was all eaten up! The ambiance was great and we loved that we could make reservations ahead of time. Your entire party must be there. Parking was difficult. Think about adding about $20 parking fee in the garages/lots in the area when considering cost. The music is a little loud, but it wasn't as bad this time as a previous time we had come. Usually it can be hard to have conversation. We loved our waitress!

If I could give the host by himself 5 stars I would. He was amazing. The waitress could've been so much better. I drank water from my bag before I ever got waited on. No refills, I had to ask for napkins, a straw and a box. She didn't even bring me my things. She had someone else do it.

Atmosphere like most Hard Rock Cafes. We had the nachos with cheese and 2 types of wings. Although the tastes was ok, the Nachos were luke warm (not really nicely hot) and the wings a bit too dry. Choises of craft beer was also low. Staff was friendly. Toilets acceptable clean. No free parking around. So, expect totally $ 100 - 150 for a small lunch with one beer and payed parking (with 4 people and 1 car).

Hard Rock is a nice place. The food is typically very good. Drinks are decent. Service is a hit or miss. But the servers are usually on top of things. I like all the TVs and music.

my boyfriend and I went here for dinner around 5 something. The servers themselves were really polite, but we didn't get our food until six thirty. It was a little packed, so we understood. It took an hour for someone to actually come over and take our order. When the food came, it was great. Portions are pretty decent. Just pick your times wisely!

Been to 1 Hard Rock before. It was expensive but pretty classy. While in downtown Atlanta I decided to take the love of my life out to dinner and went to the downtown Atlanta Hard Rock. This place was an utter joke! More like a chucky cheese than anything else. 9pm the place was so bright it was blinding, the server staff was so lost that they didn't know what beer was what when it arrived at our table. Children running all over the place unsupervised. It was a disaster! Go to McDonald's! It'll be better! Our waitress said herself... "well, this place is broke so who knows!?" totally believe it! Seriously, avoid this place at all cost!

It was a fun experience. Great staff! The ribs were delicious, and the fudge sunday was huge!! Not very much to choose from on the menu besides burgers though.

This was the worst experience in HRC in my entire life, I ordered online and have to wait 1 h after the time that the app told me my food was ready, after that somebody come to excuse and gave me my order sealed, when I opened in my room not only was wrong, the half or my order wasn't in the bag.

We were at the downtown Atlanta location on a Monday night and the place was semi busy but nothing outrageous. To avoid the 45 min wait, we told the hostess that we would sit at the bar since we were ordering appetizer and drinks. (We were visiting from FL and were meeting with a friend that lives in Atlanta.) The chairs at the bar were empty but somebody had just left and the counter was full of glasses and dirty. We waited for 10 mins for someone to clean the section and decided to sit at another section of the bar which had not been wiped clean yet but had no glasses. After one of the employees cleaned the counter, we were able to finally order drinks and appetizers. We waited for 20 mins for our appetizers, which is acceptable, but the fries and onion rings were cold and had to wait an additional 5 mins for ketchup. These times are accurate as we had a timer going. The place is very unorganized. The employees that looked to be management were scrambling and the rest of the employees were just lost. Very disappointing experience! Would probably never visit again.

Cant say enough good things about the Atlanta Hard Rock Cafe. We were in Atlanta for the SEC Championship game and we went to eat here the Thursday night before the game. The food was excellent, especially the beef fajitas. The staff was very friendly and fast. Lots of cool music memorabilia around the restaurant. Great location. It is within walking distance of many downtown hotels. I had planned on stopping by the Hard Rock Shop before heading back home but I was unable to make it back to get the Atlanta flag bottle opener magnet that I wanted. I called sometime after I got back to see if I could buy one over the phone. The GM, Wes, said he would get one out to me. I wanted to say thanks in advance to Wes for taking care of this for me. I look forward to receiving it. Everyone in Atlanta was so nice and hospitable to us on our visit. Cant wait to go back and visit the Hard Rock Cafe again. Y'all are awesome!

The atmosphere is nice but the food is not worth the price at all. I played it safe and ordered chicken tenders but they are not at all what I was expecting. The fries, dipping sauce, and lemonade were the only good tasting things. They barely have any drink options available. What kind of place in Atlanta doesnt serve sweet tea??? We’re in the south for crying out loud! Wouldn’t go here again.

Another great location with great food and a very friendly staff. This location is in the city, so of course parking will be at a public lot. There is a lot about a block from this location so still very easy to get to. Kahana was our staff member during our visit, very friendly and attentive. We also had the pleasure of speaking with I believe one of the managers (we visited around 2PM on 9/30/2020) and she was just as pleasant as she helped us in the Rock Shop. Would definitely make a point to return to this location on another visit.

Went this week in the (middle aged white guy) in the front almost had a nervous breakdown or possible serious anxiety issues Left just as quickly as I came in. Guy seemed to b under some influence of drugs or unstable. Or possibly just not prepared under "stressful" situations. I require a high level of service so I pay attention to detail. This place just wasn't it. Back in the day it wasn't that bad. Some places in Atlanta just aren't wat they used to be. I guess this is wats expected when your not dining in at 3/4 star🤷‍♂️. It could have been a bad day..bu there is a certain level of respect you should require for yourself and others. No thanks!!!!!!!

I have traveled to many Hard Rock Cafes across the states & frequent several and have never been so disappointed!! First walking in its obvious a warehouse feel, bright lights, hardwood floors, black wooden tables, and wide open with a brightly lit bar, - it feels like a cafeteria or brand new cookie cut out restaraunts. The vibe of going to a rock n roll favorite died more with each step inside because Not only was it Bright without personality, the MUSIC WAS NOT ROCK N ROLL !! It was hip hop, modern. Snoop dog with Kid rock is cool or any artist that crosses genre for songs with rock artist as long as they are playing that song! Next the memorabilia - None and the pictures on the wall not so many and not of rock legends!! Laughed about since we went to have a good time for a special date. So we laughed about how awful the place was - if it were a different name you would not be disappointed. SECOND service- so nice but she disappeared, its covid time - not packed a whole lot less tables busting with servers and cooks but after the first drink and even after our food was delivered no one asked if we needed another drink? We had one drink for first hour we asked another waitress walking by and we were served second drink just before completing our meals. Third the prices are high! Well of course its Hard Rock Cafe! Expected but comes WITHOUT THE EXPERIENCE. So you can't put the HRC prices without experience. Without music. Ok to be fair The food was delicious. So they got 2 stars for friendly and good food, clean. The rock music started at 8 p.m. they played nine inch nails & then Motley Crue we laughed and said oh next time we will come at 8!! And the music changed again after 2 songs of rock to Snoop rap and ither artist not rock at that point we decided to not even take our HRC glass. Its apparently a favorite place to go for celebrating Birthdays you stand on stairs and you cheer them on - which is not bad to put some energy in the room. But for Rock N Roll in any shap NO. special night! So my ex husband if 16 yrs bought me & himself t shirts IT WAS THE BEST !! a perfect shirt for 2020 with zero concerts unfotunately it also reminds me of this Atlanta HRC. MY shirt slogan would also read " 2020 Rekindled Love with Rock. but 2020 NO ROCK at the Hard Rock

The interior design is very neat. They have a cool collection of different singer's outfits, memorabilia, and pictures. The reason that I give it a 3 is because it is VERY loud. I could hardly hear my sister talk even though she was sitting right next to me. It is also NOT family friendly because they have music videos playing on three tv screens that I could see and a wide portion of the videos were not appropriate for kids.
