Update: host ignored us while he was on the phone for 7 minutes. Wife ordered steak without salt. She has a medical condition and cannot have salt. Kitchen staff sent a steak out that was so salty a normal person couldn't eat it. Kitchen staff doesn't listen to directions and host needs major training on acknowledging customers, even while speaking in the phone!! Eventually, they sent another steak and made the situation right. The bar tender who took our order was very apologetic and nice. We have been to many Palm restaurant locations throughout the years. This one is located inside a hotel and the service is very good. Devan was our host and really enhances our experience our experience. Thanks Devan.

Beautiful new location inside the Westin. Traditional home style decor. The lobster was tremendous. Professionally served. The bacon as an appetizer was great. The Wedge was great. Service could have been more attentive given the fact there were so few people there- only 3 tables on a Sunday evening.

I stayed at the Westin and ordered a chopped salad to go. $19 and 30 minutes later I get this culinary abortion. Will never be back. Raven is the nicest host but the restaurant sucks.

The Palm left us less than impressed. For the amount of money that we spent, the service level did not match it. The salmon & seabass was tasty and the sides are larger portion enough to share. However, being an upscale restaurant, I expected more of a wow factor! The Palm played wrestling on the television while dined, less than upscale for sure. If a restaurant is going to have such a strict dress code to enter, provide that level of service.

The waitress was very attentive to our party of 8. We had the Nova scotia 🦞 it was huge. It came with a separate salad and dessert. The sides are delightful. The creamed spinach was the best side on the menu. Desserts looked good but were not the best overall . Great dining experience.

I had lunch here today. Shrimp scampi had red sauce and heavily fried shrimp, did not match the menu description and my margarita I ordered was supposed to have Hawaiian black salt according to the menu and the waiter said he’d never seen it since working there. Calamari was good, trout was very over cooked. The waiter was friendly but the restaurant was dead, would not recommend.

Expensive, but worth it! Our server treated us really well, he was kind and gave us a lot of insight into cooking methods since we're on a strict diet. I was impressed that he knew so much about how things are cooked to begin with, above and beyond what I would expect from a server! The food was perfect as far as I know; perfectly charred, perfectly medium rare. Just a quality place.

I Am Shocked That As A Georgia Native, I Am Just Now Discovering The Palm Restaurant. The Atmosphere, The Cuisine, And Most Importantly, The Guest Service Were Remarkably Executed. From The Warm Greeting At The Reservation Podium To The Final Course Of Flourless Chocolate Cake, This Was Truly A Gift Unto Myself. Be Mindful, This Is Upscale Dining So Expect The Prices And Service To Match. I Look Forward To Returning To This Gem Of Buckhead.

My family and I just had dinner here and when I say the service 10/10 Lucky was AMAZING so attentive, funny, thoughtful, professional, and the list can go on.The BEST service i’ve gotten anywhere , the food was also delicious but if you decide to eat here ask for Lucky(Joshua) it will be the best experience he deserves everything. I will definitely be coming back to just to see Lucky. I will say the steak was a bit dry but Lucky made sure I was happy with my meal.

Came here for a quick dinner & it was my first time. The food and drinks were good. Steak was cooked properly & my drink was yummy. However the service could have been a little better considering it was only us in the restaurant

I rolled up to this beautiful location inside the Westin. After working an event, I was exhausted and wanted something good and quick in a nice setting. I got just that. I was professionally greeted, treated, and served. I added a bacon appetizer to the Wedge, which was great. My server was efficient, and let me be, and I didn't feel rushed even tho it was late. I'm not sure what happened to my pictures, but I might have been too hungry for all that! Lol! I'll definitely be back!

I recently ordered the chicken parm after reading so many recommendations. My dinner companion had the bone in filet. The chicken parm was good, but my favorite part was the beef tartare. It was delicious! We weren't sure if my companion was served the correct cut of beef as this was the biggest bone in filet we'd ever seen. Looked more like a bone-in ribeye. Either way, it was cooked correctly and was yummy!

We knew that The Palm has a great reputation after visiting locations in Houston and New York, we were expecting a nice lunch....but what a disappointment we visited about 2:30 pm and it might be a shift change for personnel, we sat down and after a couple of minutes a server came and took our drink order...a Guiness beer in a can and a Lemon Drop....drinks came...Guiness in a can with no glass to pour it, he just left the drinks there and left....had to wave him down and ask for a glass... The Power Lunch is a good option but after being on a cruise recently my wife didn't feel like having Salmon so she order the Lobster Salad and I ordered the Wagyu Burger....We had the Bacon appetizer and the Jumbo shrimp cocktail, they were of a good consistency and great flavor, we noticed that we didn't have any knives and never brought us any bread...after appetizers the food took a long time to come..and the moment that he said that the plate for my burger was very hot I knew it was bad news...the plate was hot because I think it have been under a heat lamp for a while and it showed..I ordered my burger medium rare and it was close to well done and the bun was hard from the heat lamp...lobster salad was big and had some flavor but it is served with iceberg lettuce..Really ??? And some blanched veggies that tasted like from a can...what ever the name of the server was....he never checked on us...we needed more drinks...finally he showed up and gave us a box to put the salad to go and after that we have to chase him to ask for our check...there was only another couple at another table and they were not busy at all... he never came to take our payment so my wife walked to the bar and ask somebody to take care of it and even then the bar tender and the "server" were just talking amongst them selves...we left the customary tip but we shouldn't tip at all....what a terrible place and experience...we were servers and bar tenders before and understand that is a hard job, but we don't see any excuse for them doing such a bad job and serving over priced sub-par food...they were setting up for dinner...but like they say in the food industry.."THE MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER IS THE ONE THAT IS THERE RIGHT NOW, NOT THE ONE THAT MIGHT COME LATER".. Save your self from this type of experience and go somewhere else

This is of course located in the hotel, so it is convenient. If you're not staying at the hotel parking was very easy and close by. The characters on the wall make for great conversation starters. We ordered the calamari, which was delicious and included a variety of other fried peppers. Highly recommend! We also order the shrimp salad, the Bolognese, chicken and shrimp parmesan. All delicious, although the past was mushy in the Bolognese.

Excellent service from the bar staff and our server. Appetizers were good and steaks cooked to perfection. Appreciated the manager checking with us from time to time to ensure everything was good, we'll be back.

This was our first time here and it was very good. We went on a Sunday evening and it was empty, so that gave me a pause but the service by our waiter,Devon, was excellent. He was very courteous and explained the menu knowledgeably. The food was exceptionally tasty but my lobster was cold by the time they delivered it to the table. Overall it was great and I’ll go back soon.

Probably one of the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant/bar. Carlos, the bartender was amazing. Great drinks and great food. The New York strip was well seasoned and the chimichurri was a great addition to it.

The Manager and staff were awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed my birthday. 🎊🎉🥰

Actually, as BEAUTIFUL as this place is…. The service was not great! It took a really long time for one entree to come out…. after the rest of us were finished & boxing up. There was no bread service to go with our bread plates. My son ordered an entree, and was told much later that the item was actually all out. And the meal I had in particular was way too salty. Just thought for the ambiance and cost, it would have been more “bang!”

My family and I have received amazing service and food during our visits to the palms. Having been a patron both for business and personal occasions, I’ve consistently been impressed with the level of care and attention to detail that defines the palms . However, my most recent visit was truly above and beyond, leaving a lasting impression on both my wife and me. I would like to extend a special thank you to Alexandra Knoten. Alexandra’s thoughtfulness and attention to detail made our experience unforgettable. The surprise of roses at the table for my wife’s birthday was a beautiful gesture that touched us deeply 5 star all the way !

Just there Saturday 10/21, I won’t go back because everything was PERFECT!! Wife’s b day, staff, drinks, food, atmosphere, everything was perfect. I can’t go back because they set the bar to high. Highly recommend, and wife is already asking when are we going back. We’ll be back soon. Thank you, The Palm made her b day perfect!

This place has fantastic food and service. I highly suggest checking out this place. This place some great music and a well stock bar.

8/29/21 One of the worst dining experiences I've had in years:( Westin hotel staff highly recommended Sunday brunch. So we showed up just before 11am. We stood at the host stand for several minutes before the hotel manager came over and asked if we had seen any restaurant staff. Finally a server came and told us it would be just a minute. The restaurant was clean and the ambiance was pleasant. We were finally seated and waited and waited for our server to arrive. Roughly 10 minutes goes by and our server arrives and asked if we know what wanted to order. So we decided to start with something to drink. Coffee and water, Sunday morning and all. We waited and waited some more. My wife asked as the server passed by probably 10 minutes or so, if we could have our drinks to which she replied "of course". Few more minutes, the waitress returns to inform us they were out of an item that we didn't even order. My food arrived, well some of it. Had to wait 10 more minutes for my wife's food; which was a fruit plate! Never feed the man before the lady and certainly don't make her wait; and it's fruit!!! Of course some of what she ordered never arrived either. Maybe the Palm management expects their male patrons to eat before the ladies receive their meal, but where I come from (Atlanta food industry) this is beyond rude. So need less to say my meal was cold. We were charged for the missing items, we waited over an hour for an eggs Benedict and a fruit plate, waited at host stand, waited for drinks, waited for meal, missing items, waited on check, overcharged. We were one of 3 tables the entire time. This is a management problem and shame on her (the manager) and shame her her manager. At least for today they have zero concern for the restaurant, her employees, her guests, and the organization as a whole. Will not be back

Food great as always. Service was merely ok. Things had gone smoothly until I ordered decaf coffee. I was told that a fresh pot was being brewed and would be ready in 3-minutes. 25 minutes later, no coffee and the server was still chatting up a couple in a raised booth who had ordered a bottle of wine. During that same time multiple staff people had walked by looked at us and ignored us. Took me raising my hand to get any attention. This is level of service is not up to brand standard. Hope that things improve.

Service, food, and ambiance are all excellent. I love the oeuvre of the celebrity wall. Remember to make reservations and adhere to your reserved time.

This experience was absolutely horrible the food was very salty. We ordered medium well steak 🥩 it came back over cooked with a burned taste. The Mac and cheese was terrible!!!! Wasn’t fresh at all. The waitress was very nice but I will never come back. For the price I expected a top notch entree.

Wonderful dinner, food was amazing & drinks were perfect! Carlos was our personable waiter & bar tender. He was the best & helped to make our early Christmas dinner with our adult children a delightful memory. We had the cold Seafood tower! OMG…delicious & fresh!! Very disappointing dining experience. Dined there Thanksgiving day because I didn’t want a traditional dinner. I ordered sea bass that had a sea salt sauce. It was way too salty. I sent it back and the replacement was undercooked with same salty sauce to the side. Was supposed to be stuffed with crabmeat. It’s stuffed with a inexpensive crab stuffing no crab to be found. The other guest ordered octopus with bone marrow. OVERCOOKED!!! The octopus was like rubber and there was no marrow to be eaten because it was stuck to a crisp on the bone. You can see how overcooked the octopus is. The pasta tasted like it came out of a box with can tomato sauce.The drinks are good. I was so embarrassed for suggesting this place for dinner.

Very personable staff. Nice ambiance. Good choice for celebrating a special occasion. Goes without saying that the food was excellent!

We went for a friends birthday the food was good the crab cakes are delicious however some came out huge and some were miniature the server did get it corrected so overall everything was good.
