As
a
resident
and
local
business
supporter
of
this
community,
I
was
disturbed
by
the
selective
treatment
my
friends
encountered
at
this
establishment
today.
While
some
children
were
happily
enjoying
themselves,
the
manager
singled
out
their
family,
causing
discomfort
and
confusion.
As
I
walked
in
looking
to
see
the
children
I
asked
where
they
were
and
they
said
outside.
It
is
dark
and
chilly
out.
After
learning
of
the
event,
their
family
was
left
to
take
their
children
outside,
although
confused
they
were
kind
about
this.
Meanwhile,
I
saw
other
children
were
allowed
to
freely
engage
in
playful
activities
as
they
waited
for
their
food.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
trying
to
gain
insight
on
the
incident
in
case
there
was
a
misunderstanding
and
he
said
the
children
were
all
over
the
place
and
didn’t
want
them
to
get
hurt
but
as
I
looked
around
other
children
were
being
children
also,
walking
around
the
establishment.one
could
agree
the
same.
One
could
also
argue
their
perspective
or
attack
parenting
styles
but
the
issue
is
that
they
were
singled
out.
It
is
a
weekday
and
families
are
out
for
dinner
with
their
children
and
if
children
aren’t
allowed
that’s
fine
and
if
children
are
damaging
the
property
or
cause
harm
it
should
be
addressed.
But
again,
looking
around
seeing
other
children
being
children
doing
similar
things
I
didn’t
understand.
This
experience
highlights
the
importance
of
service
providers
being
mindful
of
families
during
the
holiday
season
unless
there
is
harm
or
damage
caused.
We
must
remember
that
customers
spend
their
hard-earned
money
to
support
local
businesses
and
expect
quality
service.
Managers
play
a
crucial
role
in
setting
the
tone
for
their
employees
and
the
overall
customer
experience.
So
to
clarify,
it
can
be
addressed
respectfully
and
not
to
one
parent.
Address
all
parents
in
the
establishment.
By
prioritizing
exceptional
service
and
fostering
a
welcoming
environment,
we
can
create
consistent
and
memorable
experiences
while
maintaining
the
integrity
of
the
establishments.
It
is
our
collective
responsibility
to
provide
fair
and
inclusive
treatment
to
all
families,
ensuring
they
feel
valued
and
respected.
When
people
spend
their
resources
and
time,
it
should
be
honored.
No
longer
are
people
accepting
decent
food
and
poor
experiences.
Let
us
advocate
for
conscientious
and
inclusive
customer
service,
where
every
family's
needs
are
considered
and
addressed.
By
doing
so,
we
contribute
to
a
thriving
community
and
a
business
landscape
defined
by
its
commitment
to
exceptional
experiences.
