This was my 1st time at this location. I used to go to the old site all of the time. There is MUCH BETTER parking here (large lot) and a more extensive menu. It is connected to the landmark diner (hence the more extensive menu). The drinks were nice and strong & Alvaro was an excellent server. The wings & fries weren’t the greatest, but the fried artichoke hearts were delicious! We appreciated the free slice of cake for my mom's bday. Every seat has a great view. All comedians were great (the first one in all previous shows wasn’t always the greatest). I miss the coupon codes they used to leave on the table way back in the day cause I’d love to come back (without the $17 handling online fee). Overall great experience!

I’ve been here 2-3 times and it’s always been a great experience! But be prepared to spend money if you’re hungry/thirsty. The wings come in more flavors than the menu says. It’s a 2 item minimum —possibly a $25 surcharge if not doing two items but I can’t remember. The food is good and the service is pretty good. I know the servers work hard! It’s free parking in Atlanta…you literally can’t beat that! If you want a good night out, definitely catch a show here!

When you end up at the Landmark Diner you are not at the wrong place! It is inside to the left. We thought iur GPS is taking us to a diner. Lol. The show started a little late, but way worth the wait. Too funny Kiki opened for Craig Shoemaker. Both were super funny. Had the shrimp cocktail and wings both were good! Excellent night for laughs with friends.

This was a complete shock for a comedy club! It is literally in the back of a diner (🤔) in Roswell. Which explains why there's a TWO ITEM minimum 😋 If you do go, you MUST order their Waffle Sundaé. It is the most masterful concoction of ingredients ever! It will not disappoint! Absolutely wonderful place for first timers to watch a comedian. My friend and I had never been to a comedy show before & Craig Shoemaker did NOT disappoint!! So funny! Best experience so far.. hopefully we'll see many others!

Love the comedy club at Punchline. Good Quality comedy! Interesting celebrity fact: Kevin Hart was performing my here in his early years of comedy

This place is what you would expect from a comedy club on the side of a diner. The comedians were on point. The staff was fast and responsive. For food you have the diner's menu. Don't come out here on a first date, but a great place to hang out if there's nothing else to do. Many of the seats have your back facing the stage so pay attention to that when you're booking tickets.

This place was awesome!!! We came for our 24th anniversary tonight and arrived early to eat at the diner. The food was spot on! From my husband's well done bacon cheese burger to my shrimp and grits, everything was cooked to perfection!! The staff was super friendly and kept our drinks nice and full, and the place was just like a diner straight out of the 50's! After our dinner we went to the show next door and omg I was in tears!!! If you have never been I recommend adding this place to your bucket list! You won't regret it!!!!!

The show tonight was pretty good. The main comedian was pretty funny. Come for the show and nothing else. You'll regret you wasted your money. The food is just mediocre at best. They charge $4 for water! The prices are absolutely insane considering the quality of the dishes. What they advertise on their menu is not necessarily what they bring you, so be sure you speak up for what is missing. You are already paying way too much for the food and certainly too much for them to leave off food. Also, make sure to double check your bill. My husband noticed that they charged more for all items on the bill than what was stated on their menu. Complete waste of money. What we spent would have bought us a nice meal and drinks at a fine dining establishment. We will never eat here again.

We always have a great time at punchline for comedy shows. They bring in great talent and have quick service for dinner and drinks. Parking is also super convenient, compared to most venues we have been to around town.

They lost 2 stars cause the food is.... it's like they TRY to make the food disgusting... it's extremely annoying. The garlic bread even had a nasty after taste... The keylime pie was gross... the best thing was the shirley temple...

The show was fantastic.. the server took about 20 minutes to get to us.. and once we finally ordered, she came back with our drinks.. and we didn't see her again for 20 more minues.minutes.. at which time she asked us.. "You didn't get your food yet?".. oh well.. food was decent. Drinks were stiff. Entertainment was great. All in all, it was a good night out.

Saw Wellington Juwku and Ryan Hamilton and they were awesome! The talent was fantastic! The venue is ok - cheap tables and chairs packed into a small room with two bathrooms (like two stalls total) available for 200 people. You are required to purchase two menu items and, while the menu is large, the quality is mediocre and the prices are high (considering the quality). So three audience members decided to fill their quota (and more) with alcohol and were not able to contain themselves until the end of the show. Ryan handled it very well. The four stars are for the comedians. That's what we went for anyway.

NO SECURITY. DO NOT GO HERE. We spent 95$ on 2 tickets to a Saturday night show, another $120+ on food and drinks only to walk out after the show at 11:45pm and have our car window broken into and over 1500$ worth of items stolen out of the car. There were 3 or 4 other cars broken into at the same time. Now i understand things happen and its on me for leaving anything in my car. But if we spend over 200$ to see a national act i'd expect some sort of security in the private parking lot. No one cared when we went inside to ask about cameras or security in the parking lot. I heard a "welcome to Atlanta" in the background as i expressed my frustrations. Police did not show up until 3am we wasted our entire date night dealing w this. The following day cost me another $650 to have my window replaced. Doesn't matter how funny the comedians are if this happens when you leave. i cant remember one punchline.. but i keep finding broken glass in my car.

If you go here, look closely at your check. They will charge you for things u didn't order. Comedy. Was great, staff was absolute trash. First and last time going here, especially when the waitress told us gratuity was not included. Yea 0 for you.

Outside is sketchy looking but inside is nice and clean. Would recommend, just don't expect much until you're inside. Food is delish. Drinks are pricey and small but service is good. Definitely pregame prior

Watch your ticket and your server. Our server tried taking our card before giving a receipt, to which we asked for a ticket. He brings us one with another order that ended up having more drinks than we ordered. When we noticed I asked for what we ordered, he took the ticket and crumpled it up saying it was a better deal and walked off. He came back with one that had what we ordered but it was well more than the first ticket. Of course we said since the tickets can be “made up” we’d take the cheaper ticket, but he said verbatim “you missed out on the better deal and there isn’t anything I can’t do”. It just seems extremely sketchy that servers can do whatever they want, and makes you wonder who else they have potentially taken advantage of. I’m more than willing to pay what I drank, but do not tell me I can have another price then take it back. It’s just all super sketchy. The show was great though!

Not a bad seat in the house. I would love to come back for another comedy show.

Comedy show itself was good. Venue was dated but not in a cool, vintage way. Reserved a seat at the bar, which wasn't in the same location as the website map. They just lined up the seats side by side, facing away from the bar. Staff was complaining because my seat was in the way of their drink pick-up location. Had to hold my drink the entire show because there was no table; just the bar behind me. 2 drink minimum is a suggestion, not a requirement. Next time, I'll stay away from the bar.

Comedian was great but the surprise 2 item minimum was kind of bull but I get it. I asked for well liquor but was given "top shelf" by "accident". Ended up paying $90 for 4 drinks. They got their money but I won't be back. Or I'll just be ordering two $4 water bottles.

  • 4/5 Muyun Y. 10 months ago on Google
I went to a show there yesterday. The comedians were wonderful. Service was up to par. There was a minimum two items policy in front of the door, but you can easily bypass it with two bottles of water. It's only four stars because the $12 cheese cake I got smelled like fridge. I would be cautious ordering any food and recommend sticking to drinks since the diner looks like a dying business.

Booked he 10pm show. Arrived an hour early (says doors open early) We sat in the restaurant for drinks (was not a fan). Then they finally let us in about 10:15pm. Venue was large but only about 1/3 full. The comedians were great! Just seemed a little unorganized and our group would like to have been able to be seated and have a drink before the show.

Comedians were & are awesome- take nothing from the shows. When leaving the show we discovered our vehicle (and two others) had been broken into and the staff was NO help at all. Multiple cameras, but not for safety or help to customers. When making the police report the officer stated this ‘happens every night.’ Wait- EVERY NIGHT!? In conclusion, if you visit- UBER/Lyft for the show, b/c your vehicle is obviously very targeted.

A vodka soda is 16 dollars (prices are not printed on the menu, and there's a 2 drink min) and your ticket is 40. After drinks tax tip, my total bill for the evening was nearly 100 dollars. Comedy was fine, but a comedy show should not be 100 dollars a person in Atlanta. Just absolutely insane pricing.

The Punchline is attached to the Landmark Diner and is a great place to enjoy comedy, but the food has gone downhill. My wife and I have enjoyed the stand-up comedy at The Punchline for years. We have also enjoyed the diner food many times. However, in the last year, we have noticed a decline in the quality of ingredients, a decline in the appearance, and overall taste of the food. It's a diner, but the food was better a few years ago. So, go to the Punchline to enjoy stand-up comedy, but eat some place else.

I've been meaning to get out here for a while and I'm so glad we were finally able to make it! Such a fun intimate club. The comics were great too.

Great venue. Friendly staff, but I was charged for 3 drinks when I ordered 2. I asked for house vodka and was charged for top shelf. Pay attention to your checks. The bartenders are unscrupulous.

We really enjoyed our time at Punchline. We had perfect seats to the stage and the audio/visual was clear. The seat are crammed in there but no issues really and service was good. The drinks were way too strong in my book - when does anyone ever complain about that so, take it as you like. The club included a free parking lot if you can find space and that was a win for us. The big drawback was the door opening. We were the 2nd show and we had to wait 40 minutes past our showtime to get in due to stragglers from the first show. There is very little room to wait to be removed from the elements and there was constant chaos in that little lobby, from the restaurant patron's entrance/exit and the show entrance.

Warning… don’t laugh unless it’s at the expense of the jokes of the comedian ! Don’t sit up front.. it you talk at all ,you will be reprimanded for “chatting” even though the comedian is interacting with you..and you are discussing the show amongst others you will be asked to stop taking… my how things have changed. Stick to the comedy club! They are chill stay away from the punch line !

Great time last night! Good food & drinks off the diner menu. I was all the way on the side and the sound was pretty muffled. I have good hearing. My wife would have been miserable because her hearing isn't as good as mine.

First time going to a comedy club.. the show was insanely good. I couldn't stop crying and laughing. The wait staff was fantastic and they worked so hard. The Greek diner built into/beside the club had an amazing menu and the food was fantastic. I was truely blown away and I will definitely be going back again for more food and a great show.

Very close seats like most comedy clubs. You can hear a leak in the roof as it drips. If you have covid fears it may not be a good place to go because only staff had on mask.

Watched a good comedy show here but they are not on time with the shows. They state you need to claim your tickets 15 minutes before the show starts but we didn't even get let in until after the time the show was supposed to start so show started about 45 minutes late. Tables are very crowded. You don't get to pick your seats. Drinks are super expensive. Positive is that you can see the stage good from pretty much anywhere they seat you.

Tonight was my first time attending a comedy show at The Punchline and I absolutely loved it. It didn’t take a long time to get seated. The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and the comedians were hilarious. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  • 4/5 Anne R. 2 years ago on Google
Great show! The server seemed a little overwhelmed, the food was ok, but the rest of it was good! My long island was really well done, the music before the show was nice, and the comic was off the charts. I left with my sides hurting from laughing (and isn't that what it's about? ).

First time at the Punchline to see Dan Cummins. Upon walking up we thought that this was going to be a cool place because it's an old 50 like style diner with half converted into a comedy club. Got there early as it recommended to on the ticket and we figured it would be busy. Waited quite a while and didn't get let in until 15 minutes after the show was supposed to start and the lady who did so had a huge attitude and couldn't find our names at first. Were seated in the very back where it was so tight every time staff or people walked by I was smacked or ran into. Intimate, more like packed in like sardines. The show went on without any issues and all was well until the bill came. For just four drinks and a bottle of water the bill was $70. Way over priced for very low quality drinks. No prices listed and dinner drinks are normally more but wow. Last before leaving the bathroom situation was atrocious. No paper towels. Pee all over toilets and the floors just plain gross and unkept. If they would take the money they make on overcharging they could do some simple updates to the room and it could be a little nicer. Over all not a great experience except for the show itself. Won't ever come back to this location to see anyone in the future. Just not worth it.

I had the most fun I've had in a long time at the Punchline Comedy Club. The service was great and the atmosphere was even better. The cozy environment made it seem like you were just there with a group of friends. The highlight of the night was Alonzo Bodden. He is, without a doubt, an amazing comedian! He's the best comedian I've ever seen. It was obvious by the response of the crowd that every minute of the show was hilarious. I could have listened to him all night. I would highly recommend the Punchline Comedy Club and making sure you get to see Alonzo Bodden. You will not be disappointed!

I had a great time. Good parking that was free and secure. The food was decent. My only complaint was that the seats at the bar were very small and touching each other. Very close.

Attended the Jeff Justice Alumni comedy show! It was such a great event and lots of fun. We didn't eat but did have drinks. The bathroom could use a bit of service though.

  • 5/5 Patricia P. 1 year ago on Google
Good show. Love that they're bringing in comedians. The space is a little cramped and the map makes that hard to envision when you buy tickets. Bar tickets are literally at the bar but swung around so you see the stage.

Went here with my boyfriend to the open mic night! Super funny show! Loved the commentator Hank. He would give the newbies very kind advice which I found very cool. Would recommend this place! Drinks very pricey, but that was expected

Comedy was great but they charged us $55 for this horribly cheap bottle of wine. Barefoot is $6 in the store and a cheap bottle and they charged us $55! Very confused, feel like I was taken advantage of. Be aware.

I really rate this venue 0 stars. First, let me say that comedian Rodman was AMAZINGLY HILARIOUS!! However, the food and drinks were way over priced for the taste! Even the fries were horrible! If I go back, I'll order 2-$4 bottles of Kroger water and that will be my 2 item minimum. Punchline Comedy Club, do better!!

😠 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Terrible service! The server cannot remember what you ordered…it cannot be that hard to write it down.
