After paying for the room directly online, reception attempted to charge us again upon arrival. When receipts were shown Management allowed us access to the room and said it was no problem, but upon check out reception once again would not allow us to leave until we were charged again, and refused to communicate with management from yesterday regarding the approved stay. Simply unacceptable.

Hotel is quite far out of Paris. Upon arrival we were told not to take the Metro as it is too dangerous at that time of night (10pm) - we took it anyway as we didn't want to be stuck inside with not a lot around. Shower Gel and soap were both empty so we had to go down and ask for more. We asked for more pillows but were told they had already given them all out. Location to Metro is good but if you want to explore Paris City Centre it is worth paying more and staying closer to the centre as you end up paying just as much to get the Metro in and out.

Great location. Just outside the city with free parking areas. The rooms are small bit clean. The service is minimaal. The subway is literally 10meters from the hotel

Clean! Beautiful bakery on the corner open for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Extremely small rooms, perfect for a visit to Paris on a budget.

Very good staff, clean hotel, newly built. And value for money. They were pleasant and helped with sites to see in Paris. I would highly recommend it. I stayed there for 3-4 days in August 2023.

Great for a quick trip in and out for games at the stadium. Rooms were clean and modern although small (as expected).

Location-Location-Location If you’re the traveler or explorer looking for cheap but comfortable night inn then this is the perfect fit. Just at the door step of Front Populaire metro station that takes direct to Concord in 30 minutes and you’re there in Paris! There is a very nice bakery or cafe just across the square so breakfast are sorted. The staff are professional but the budget regulations are very strict so if you don’t get similar services to a 3 or 4 stars then must not be surprised. Small but clean room, comfortable bed and some city view from top floors - best value for money. The kitchen staff and Jules or Julian at reception are great asset to the hotel.

Booked and paid for 2 rooms, they emailed to enquire if correct 3 days before and upon checking said they only have 1 room available and told us to share (did email apparent just before we arrived also). Did no effort to find alternative accomodation. Said they will refund room and offered free breakfast. Had to book alternative hotels and our group was split over 2 hotels - Easy hotel did not offer any assistance besides refund of cancelled room and free breakfast. Was 3rd time in months staying there and will not stay again, was lucky to find self other hotel close by.

Great service. We went for the rugby game and there was face paint at the reception. Super friendly staff!!

Basic rooms. Even though metre outside hotel quite a way from central paris. Approx 40 / 50 euro by taxi to airport. Rooms very basic, but clean. staff were okay when needed for anything. Nice coffee shop bakery across the road.

Stayed here for the World Cup rugby final. Perfect location for the event. Brasserie close by. Metro literally across the street. 20 mins from center of Paris. Highly recommend it for events at Stade De France

Brilliant value and excellent staff (especially Lamin who was extremely helpful). The metro just outside the hotel made it extremely easy to commute into Paris. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room is perfect and met our needs. Clean and modern. Stayed for the Rugby world cup final so the location was perfect for walking distance to the stadium and an easy 15min metro train into Paris. Service was great and the staff were super friendly. We were very happy with our experience.

Overrated & disappointing! We liked the location, it was perfect: a metro station infront of the hotel's entrance. There was also a grocery store and a cozy italian restaurant that helped us a lot during the holiday. Comfortable area. The hotel is new build, we liked it. The TV had an access for YouTube! Four nights = almost 500€, and not worth at all. Our stay included one cleaning, but they only changed one towel scince we had 3! They did not even vacuum the floor or make the bed. We were not provided with an additional duvet having a double bed. We were not provided with proper inthernet scince they had some technical issues. The hotel had no bottle openers, and it is in France! Like how in the world?! Staff speaks very poor english, especially at the reception. Would perefer more friendly customer service. The toilet had no toilet brush! Breakfast almost 9€ and no warm dishes availiable, not even boiled eggs. We had to pay for luggage storage extra 5€, even though we were hotel guests. Very poor expierence, just do not go there to be disappointed. Zero recommendations.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Hotel is clean, basic, and good for the price. It's located just in front tod the metro station (M12) which is super convenient. It is easy to get from there in the metro to the most touristic zones in Paris. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out was at 10 a.m. easy and efficient. Travel to the airport was fast and easy (by Uber).

The hotel is new, and the rooms look good. The main plus is the location, the metro is as close as possible and reaching any part of the city is not a problem. The impression was killed by poor service, unfortunately: we did not get an additional blanket (although we asked about it a long in advance and were told to ask on arrival). Cleaning was terrible: the cleaner did not touch the bed, did not clean the floor, and did not do anything besides taking away the dirty towels and leaving us one new towel set instead of two. The breakfast is overpriced: for 9 euro you gen only sandwiches, a local store will provide you much better and cheaper breakfast. Wi-Fi did not work for one day and a half during our staying and the staff did not work hard on fixing it. I would recommend this hotel if you need a place to sleep and do not expect anything from the service, but still, even for the basic level, the service is poor.

Basic but new and clean, with modern plumbing and everything you need right there, and a metro stop across the street to get you downtown. Easy bus+train connection to CDG. Fifth star for the extremely friendly and helpful service!

It is a new hotel, very clean rooms and lobby. The staff is polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is right on the metro 12 station. Very convenient to take public transport. The room was clean but the bathroom had a very bad smell. The breakfast options are very limited, it is overpriced, surely not worth 8.90 euros.

L’hôtel est situé juste à côté du métro ce qui est très pratique, l’accueil était plutôt sympathique (le monsieur qui était là le soir était très gentil). Petit bémol, le ménage n’est effectué qu’au bout de 4 jours de réservation ce qui est un peu limite je trouve.. La chambre était propre à l’arrivée, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas car l’antenne « devait être réparé la semaine prochaine »

Check in was quick and efficient, staff were lovely more than helpful, room very clean, more than adequate, we stayed 3 nights and paid for late checkout, staff said checkout was 13.30hrs. 11am reception staff knocking to say we need to checkout, went to reception to be told that we had not paid. Staff on dayshift 23/3/23 not at all helpful or friendly, they checked again to find that we had infact paid for the late checkout. No apology given and they then said we had to checkout at 12 rather than 13.30hrs. The 2 staff members let their whole staff team down. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Went on opening week so everything was super super clean and new and the deal we got was unreal so I would recommend but mileage may vary, also it's right next to a station and the main attractions of they city are only like 20 min away.
