At the Warkworth Farmer Market on Anzac weekend, I bought two coffees and waited for a quite a long time. my coffee did not come, but a few people after me received their coffee. I questioned the staff. the owner and two girls said they did not do coffee in orders, that they made single coffees first, then when they have time they made group coffees at their convenience. I questioned their ordering process. they said take your money and Fxxx off. the girl at the counter was very aggressive and said she would not serve me coffee. While I was insisting I need my coffee, all three in the shop keep using very nasty words try to kick me out. I finally received my coffee, however it was the worst business service I have ever encountered.

Disappointed with the customer service, no updates on my order, no messages or emails have been replied to and their website has no shipping information, they say my order was getting shipped today after I called them but still no updates. Safe to say I won't be ordering from here ever again. No reviews on the coffee, wondering if I will even get it. Update: no resolution, never got my order. Shocking service from Ella Gray at Flight coffee. Beware purchasing from here! Would definitely not recommend to anyone, purchasing coffee elsewhere, sad I gave Flight Coffee a chance.

I loved flight coffee and have a supscription, however, the courior company is terrible the no long will deliver to me. It has been almost 3 weeks and 2x orders have not arrived, no resolution from either flight coffee team or the courior company :(

If customer service is important to you, avoid this company like the plague. They won't reply to any messages despite having read them.

Very good coffee, especially on public holidays and weekends in the city, when it is difficult to find a decent brew, they will be open.

I ordered single origin beans on the 7th of November. They were sent on the 10th and arrived on the 13th. I was very disappointed to see these had been roasted three weeks ago on the 24th. At $25 for a 200g bag I expected something 7-10 days after roast date as flavour tend to peak at 14 days and drop off quickly. I emailed flight but have been ignored. Reading other reviews it seems this is their usual modus operandi. I would avoid.
