FOOD WAS BURNT!!!! all the sides were burnt black!! totally inedible, tried to contact via website, got an auto email back saying it would 3-4 days before anyone got in touch. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Avoid this place at all costs, staff was incredibly rude, pretty sure they were using a different eftpos machine to skim money as they were extremely reluctant to hand over any form of receipt too! CAN"T GET HOLD OF ANYONE TO COMPLAIN!!!

Worst experience ever. They insisted on not receiving my online order I placed and paid an hour ago. One of the staff members swearing to me for asking for refund instead of waiting for my order which they haven’t made. Manager didn’t to anything at all. Not recommended to anyone.

All staff are wearing hats with hair coming out, NO hair nets being worn( cost saving?) I found two hairs in my pizza, on the second to last slice!!!

Arrived a bit late but the food was still fresh and hot. Was a bit disappointed with the basic cheese pizza but other then that, was decent for what I got. Liked that it was quiet too, hate crowded places.

Every time I order from here pizzas are always fresh az, the dough is so soft and fresh i only order here around 12pm if wanting pizza maybe thats the secret to getting yummy fresh pizza is to order at a certain time lols. 5stars from me. Have not had a bad experience with them yet.

bruh i ordered online and got in and paid for it and when my food was done they put it to the side and let it get cold while i was standing there. ordered apricot chicken pizza and when i got home half of it was slathered in bbq sauce and there was the tiniest bit of apricot sauce on it. 0/10 do not recommend this branch. pukekohe is much nicer and quicker!

Quality of pizzas not great-always a rushed job- place always looks dirty. Parking is horrendous!

Ordered the "Limo" for pick up while we were on the way to a friend's house. They prepared it fresh and hot, and ready upon pick up! Good job!
