Roz made my dental experience amazing as she is so comforting and really makes you feel like she wants to do the best job possible - which she absolutely did! I love my new teeth and love that I can now smile confidently. She gave me great advice regarding my new teeth procedures which really made me feel like she cared and wasn't just trying to get the job done quickly. Very good service, very happy with Roz’s workmanship, receptionists are very friendly also. We had a small hiccup with the design of the new veneers, I wasn’t entirely happy with them, so Roz gave me some options to work with. Lady at the reception yesterday morning was suggesting racist behaviour towards customers and behaving quite rudely. Talking nice to white customers, and rudely to asian and pasifika customers. I thought receptionists were meant to be welcoming? and helpful?

Quay St Dental is the place to go. The receptionist was lovely and friendly and got me in asap. I met with Roz and she examined some poor work I'd had done. She got me looking much better, even though they will have to be completely redone. What Roz did in 1 hour, was 1000 times better that what had been done in 3 dental visits and 6hrs at a previous surgery. I wish I'd just started here.
