😠 Way overpriced!! We took our 3 kids aged 3, 5 and 8 so as you can imagine we moved fairly slow but even then we were out through the maze in 10mins. We paid $110! They 1hr long pass would be better value for money but I don't see any reason anyone would want to go back through once you've finished i... Awesome family experience for the adults and kids too. There are some experiences where it us pitch black, so it may not be suitable for younger kids. It took us about 20 mins approx to go through, so make sure you go again to do it all again. Even more fun the second time round

They 1hr long pass would be better value for money but I don't see any reason anyone would want to go back through once you've finished it. Such a shame because it has potential to be the highlight of your visit to the city. Instead it feels like the biggest rip off in the city.

This place is very very very small. It took me and my son 10 minutes to complete. My son was quite disappointed when we push the door and it's the exit already. It's fun thou. Some pictures are misleading because they don't belong to Auckland branch but Queenstown. The staff was very friendly. It was fun but probably worth maximum $10 per person plus parking in city.

The first fun maze challenge was finding the place. They certainly don't make it obvious from the direction we came from. Next surprise: shoes off, hand in your phone, keys, wallet, and bags. That's a tough one to leave behind... But it makes sense - I can imagine people losing personal belongings in there and staff having to shut the place down and spend ages digging them back up out of.... Well, you go look where. Enjoyable and challenging in places, some stages fell a little flat. In the end, perhaps a little too short. Did it twice, second time without the vision distorting "goggles". Friendly staff, certainly a great wet-weather activity and awesome for the younger ones.

Get ready to be amazed by this amazing maze. A fun filled activity to indulge in with friends and families. The wall of mirros was a tough 1 to get out from though. Loved every bit of the place and had a run twice.

Booked online for an 11am session to arrive today with the place closed. Received no call about any changes to session. They had no problem taking the money out of my account. Would not recommend to anyone.

Absolute joke of an outfit. From when we arrived with 12 kids untill when we left was disorganized and misleading. Told our group after 30 minutes that they had to finish as needed to get ready for burger fuel which hadn't been organized in the first place. Charged us $300 yet only provided 50% of the package offer. Avoid at all costs and take time to read their reviews as alot of people have the same or similar experiences. Will be taking this matter further.

Highly recommend for families. Our girls went around this maze 5 times in the hour. Once is definitely enough for parents though, so Don't bother buying 1hr ticket for parents. Lots of comments about being hard to find this place, which I agree with. Needs more signs on the street. Took us ages to find. A few more chairs for parents to sit on while waiting for kids would go a long way too. But well worth it.

My daughter loves Odyssey! We’ve been a couple of times now. It’s such a great way to spend a rainy day and still keeping the kids active! My daughter is 8 and confident to go through the maze by herself - keeping parents at ease that there’s cameras all through the maze, so you know your little ones are safe! I love odyssey & we will definitely be back soon!

We visited the Auckland Odyssey Sensory Maze today. Our almost Mr 5 is on the Autism Spectrum, so I was a little nervous as to how he would go in the maze. The 2 young employees (10/4/22- 2pm) at the admission desk were very helpful and accommodating. Our little one does have some motor control weakness, but we were able to navigate the maze just fine with some parental help. A few parts of the maze were little scary for our little man, but we got through them quickly, and the fun parts outweighed the scary bits. Overall good fun little outing. Little mans highlight though was the ride in the rocket lift down to Odyssey. It wouldn't suit everyone on the Autism spectrum, so I recommend checking out the videos online to assess suitability for your Awesomely Autistic person.

This is an interesting experience, especially for older primary aged children and up. Reason for the rating overall: We booked in advance online to the Auckland venue and were checked in at our start time. The staff were super friendly. To give context to how long this experience is though, at least the first 5 ish minutes is check in and briefing then a minute or so video before you enter. 25 mins past our booking time we were out and getting our things… it is really expensive for the length and overall quality of the experience (some parts are definitely much more invested in than others and they’re good, and interesting, but it’s somewhat let down by the more basic sections). For something different if you’re in the city, and you can find a discount to improve the cost/value, then it’s a quick outing to do. Wouldn’t recommend this being your only thing to do though if you’re planning a special trip in to town! Dress appropriately (you’ll be climbing and sliding at times so skirts/dresses are not ideal!).

It was 10 minutes of fun for me and my 2 little kids for $64, so basically a rip off. Much better value to be found at the mini bowling lanes and karaoke upstairs.

Was a great experience that I didn't expect. Great fun for all ages. Only downside is that you can't take a phone inside to take pictures but then again it is for the safety of our own belongings!

It was absolutely so much fun but I was expecting it to be way longer! The rooms were very exciting but on Google, there were way more rooms for this specific place in the city. I wish it was longer but it was very fun, worth it with a friend! Xx

Very underwhelming, especially for the cost. 3 adults and 3 kids for $137. Kids went through a few times, but it's only a 10minute circuit the first time and can be done in 5mins after that. Adults went through one time then realised they paid almost $30 for the 10minute experience.

I brought my little one there and what else can i say other than what a brilliant experience it was. The Team is insanely Cool and Professional, happy to do what they do and offering some memorable times for all. Just GO there you won't regret :)

Found out about it after an event with friends a few years back. Loved it then and loved it now! Went with my partner and we both enjoyed the sensory experiences on offer. Worth noting that there are a few rules about what you can take in and that they have special gloves that need to be worn but it honestly makes it an experience that requires more presence and being in the moment. Lots of fun all around, good for all ages :D

Took my 11 and 13 year olds there in the weekend because they had both been before when they were younger and enjoyed it. They also talked me into joining them this time. IT WAS THE WORST $70 I SPENT IN A LONG TIME. The experience lasted less than 10 mins. It was just a collection of dark rooms with some cheap props. Walked out feeling really underwhelmed and ripped-off. The $70 would have been better spend at the movies or GameOn upstairs and would have been much better value. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$ AND AVOID THIS PLACE. On a positive note, the young (and only) attendant there was lovely and professional.

Pretty fun to do and was reasonably priced. I would come back everyday if I could but I'm leaving Auckland. Entry is through the sky world entry. Awesome for kids and I highly recommend.

My nephew and I had so much fun here!! We took our time in every room and had so many laughs. Staff were so friendly and helpful, I am especially grateful to them for finding my watch after the broken strap meant I lost it somewhere in the maze! Will definitely visit here again when I'm next in Auckland.

It's a lot of money for 15 min of fun. The experience is fine but don't pay full price. Staff were excellent.

Had an extremely bad experience today. The staff said, if we are unable to go through the maze we should look at the camera and wave for help. 30secs into the maze my 8 year old boy was hell scared!! Instantly I found a camera and started waving and shouting for help. After 5 to 8mins of waving and screaming still no staff turned up to our rescue. My boy was crying and I thought I would literally faint. I went against the instruction of not opening a door with a knob and good heavens I did that just to find a way out!! If not for me finding the exit door, we would have been stranded there until we pass out out of desperation. Worst for last, just for the 30secs I spent $64!!! Not a penny was refunded for the staffs horrific act of not attending to us in time!!! I thank my stars for deciding to join my kids instead of leaving them alone to navigate. How much ever I say, is less for the horrible experience we had. Less than 1 star.

The kids absolutely loved it and went through multiple times. The staff were friendly, helpful and made the experience even better. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re a family visiting central Auckland.

I loved it! Went there with family and at first it was a bit scary because you can't really see what's coming next, overall a really cool experience!

Kids in absolute tears. Signage to even find the place seems none existant. Stood in line behind another family at counter for 25 mins while they demanded to see the manger, for what ever reason, only to be told when we finally got to the counter ourselves that we needed to have a pre booking. Kids burst into tears as they had been so excited to go.

Our 2 boys absolutely loved this place. The only negative they gave it was it wasn't long enough. On the website they mention a room being pitch black but it actually wasn't. My 8 year old said nothing scared him. I would recommend it for 5 plus kids.

Came here on a date with my partner and we had so much fun! All of the rooms are so exciting and fun to take your time and wonder around using all your senses! Definitely recommend to do with some friends or your partner!

Went with my daughter and a friend. We enjoyed it thoroughly. We went round twice. No photos though as you can't take anything in. Wear socks and don't wear a skirt.

Turned up here for our booked on time and no one was here at 12, it's closed and no one is answering phone calls or emails. We traveled from Hawkes Bay for a concert and thought this would be a fun activity to do. We are left very disappointed and planned our day around doing this activity. After reading reviews this has happened multiple times to people. Very unimpressed!! Thanks for wasting our time 😵🤬

Really an awesome experience, go there during the week while most kids are at school so it's like you're the only ones, I'm 60 this year and thoroughly enjoyed it
