Given longstanding and unpredictable evolving covid restrictions, we decided to find a semi-suitable window for me to fly back to New Zealand and get married. We had a lot to organise in just under a month, one of which was to have a matching couple ring for the upcoming wedding. We visited several jewellery stores but struggled to find a store that offered matching couple rings, let alone ones that we felt connected to. Upon visiting the Britomart Tiffany store, we were immediately greeted by Vivian who spent several hours with us, patiently introducing various rings before we stumbled across the perfect T collection couple ring. Vivian was a pleasure to speak to; she was full of energy and gave genuine advice that was thoughtful and considered. Once we placed our order, Vivian was in regular contact with us all throughout and she went above and beyond to make it happen for our special day. We are so grateful for Vivian’s assistance and would recommend her to anyone coming into Tiffany to find the perfect gift.

Great place to look for diamond. Diamond 1 crt, it’s so beautiful! Classic building design adding an elegant vibrance. Strategic location in city center, Britomart area, plenty of public transport available here, but if you drive it will be hard to look for roadside parking. Friendly & great service. They also have branch in T Galleria, the duty free shop nearby. If you are a tourist, like myself, you can get a 15% discount for the tax deduction, feel free to contact the store for further information.

Saw a lovely necklace and pendant online. I wanted it for a special birthday gift for someone and wanted to take them in-store to try it on. Phoned the 0800 number and was told it wasn't available at their Auckland store. That was it! There was no offer from the call centre rep for any alternative, no encouragement to buy online, no invitation to go in-store and browse for something else. Just a great big nothing! No apology either for not being able to supply. Certainly did not expect such poor service from Tiffanys! Appalling response from a supposedly reputable brand! Shop elsewhere.

I found it interesting how the staff pass you off to different staff without talking to you. I got my gold Tiffany's necklace engraved and they did it very quickly and they lady was lovely who talked me through the different options. The store is just gorgeous.

Really listened to what I was after and she was happy to let me try on anything that I liked. I visited this place with a friend on Saturday to buy my wedding rings. The store was busy but we were welcomed by all staff. Vicky Zhang was very helpful, she spent nearly an hour with us, showed us different ring styles. She listened to my concerns and respected my choice. She sent me an email with all information about the rings I liked. Her customer service is outstanding.

Perfect experience! I could not fault the team at Tiffany NZ. From helping me find the perfect ring for my birthday present, to collecting the ring, everything was perfect. Their customer service is always exceptional. They make a special moment even more special. The thought that went into my collection, knowing it was a birthday present, they went over and above. They even presented me with a birthday cake and birthday card as part of the experience. Special shout out to Jen at Tiffany, who was amazing through the whole process. I am having a bad experience with tiffany&co after sales service. We made an appointment with one of the staff to resize the ring. We made an appointment at 11am and we arrived 5 mins late. We been told by one of the staff, the staff we booked is busy. So the staff arranged us to the VIP room while waiting the staff we booked. The VIP room is cozy, water and chocolate is served. After 25mins wait, we decided to have a walk in the morning market instead of staying in the room. We finished the walk in the market and still haven't receive any call or msg. When we abt to leave the place and the staff contacted us. However we decided to leave as we have sth to do next. We waited for 45 -50mins in total. I would like to know what is the point of making an appointment with tiffany&co? Made an appointment still need to wait for abt an hour? Can't any others staff serving us if the staff we booked was busy? The staff we booked, don't u know your booking time with us and you served others? The price of the jewellery doesn't match the quality of service (after sale). We ended up didn't manage to resize the ring and delayed our schedule.

Another great experience at Tiffany on Sunday. Big shoutout to the SA Jen who assisted us. Went in for a very small Bday gift for family member, so the value was not high or anything this time. And yet, still felt super welcomed and friendly the whole time, Jen showed us a few more options as well on top of our options within our price ranges, went with the one she showed us in the end. Super happy! Also, she was soo patient enough to show me the alternative ring that I might want to get for our big day in the future, and helped us try on the LOCK collection as well. I recently bought an engagement ring from Tiffany & Co for my partner. Liz helped me to look up the suitable ring and transfer it from Europe. It was so hard to find a diamond that match my birthday within the budget and satisfying all of our requirements,and she did it. My partner & I were so happy about it. We have been to the shore to talk in person for many times and I also asked a lot of questions after hours(being so annoying). She was being patient all the time. Lizzzzzz u r amazing!!!

I purchased a surprise Xmas gift for my husband. Chloe Li assisted me with the whole process - and I can’t recommend her enough!!! I wanted my husband to collect his surprise- Chloe was very patient with our ever changing schedule, played her part really well to keep my hubby in the dark until the moment of truth… the bubbles were a lovely touch too! Had an amazing experience shopping at Tiffany. Liz Mu was particularly helpful with our order and even delivered our gift to the post office herself to make sure that our gift would arrive in time. I've had such a lovely experience with Tiffany & Co especially Liz. She initially helped me out when I was 1 week away from proposing to my partner. One of the rings hadn't arrived on time but she provided me alternatives for other rings. She really helped out when it was quite desperate & made things so smooth. All I can say is my partner is happy with the engagement ring, the experience when coming in again for a small celebration was truly an amazing experience. Definitely worth every penny to see my partner smile :)
