My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Nolan & Vada for an engagement ring, every step of the way! Our first encounter involved working virtually with Rachel from the design team (we're in the US). Rachel showcased her friendly demeanor and enthusiasm while guiding us through the process of selecting a ring style and center stone. She was down to earth and communicated with us in a way that did not feel pushy or rushed. Furthermore, she was incredibly patient when I asked to view multiple sapphires that had caught my eye on the website. After the appointment, she promptly answered any lingering questions that my partner and I had via email. Before long, the ring itself arrived beautifully packaged. Although I thought I had the sizing spot-on, I was slightly off and my ring had to be resized. The team at N&V helped guide me through the process of sending the ring to a trusted US-based jewelry repair/resizing company, free of charge. The company is a trusted provider for N&V and did a great job of resizing the ring in a timely manner. All around, my experience as a non-NZ based customer has been lovely and I recommend working with N&V!

I bought a ring through Nolan and Vada while I was in Australia. The team and Nolan and Vada went above and beyond to craft the perfect ring. They did an amazing job from helping me finding the perfect sapphire to customising it to my specifications. The ring was sent without any issues and when I first saw it in person it was nothing short of perfect. I would recommend them to anyone!

The N&V team are super helpful and made our ring design experience a breeze! The stone they helped us pick out is incredible - full of life and constantly changing colour from an almost electric blue to a warm green, (and everything in between!) They were super accommodating when we asked to alter the side profile of the design right before manufacturing, and it feels like I couldn't have ended up with a ring that felt more "me" than this one.

I stumbled on the N&V website while searching for green sapphires and ended up ordering a stone and setting without customization or consultation, because I live fast and dangerous like that hah. The included videos of the stone gave me confidence in the color play and how large the stone would sit on my finger. Happy to report that what I received was accurately represented, and maybe even better irl??! Idk, I had been staring at the ring all day yesterday and still today because of how perfect it is. My phone camera doesn't do this ring any justice. Shoutout to Jae who has been very communicative from day 1 with updates and the shipping process.

I worked with Chloe from N&V exclusively online and via email to choose and purchase a sapphire, and have a custom engagement ring designed and made; 4 weeks leading up to Christmas time, and asking for the ring before Christmas. Chloe and the team at N&V were very happy to help with this time restricted request, no issues at all. Their replies, support and updates throughout the process were timely, and the service was true to its efficiency promise. It was truly seamless and hassle free. The N&V team created a perfect ring for my engagement. It was truly beautiful and everything I had hoped for. My fiance was very very happy. They had exactly what I was looking for in sapphires. The ring designs are also excellent. I am from the US and was a little hesitant in ordering from overseas but it was no inconvenience at all. The design team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Engagement rings are so difficult with most guys having no idea what they're doing except for a couple screenshots their partner has sent them. Bought our engagement ring from Nolan and Vada a few months ago and the ring and the experience were both amazing. Rachel was fantastic to deal with and really helped me in the selection/customization process, and kept me updated during manufacturing.
