I was looking for a specific necklace as a gift, and rang the store to see if it was in stock. Eve let me know that it wasn't in stock and that this necklace was a soon-to-be discontinued line. Rather than leaving it there, she made some calls to see she could get one in, and I was thrilled when she rang me back to say that she'd made this happen. I've just collected this beautiful necklace from the North West store today and am very happy. Eve provided me with exceptional customer service from the first phone call and I'd totally recommend this store - easy parking, beautifully presented store, and warm, welcoming staff. Click and collect is always great with Walker and Hall. Chose to pick up from NorthWest branch this time. Great vibe instore, happy and cheerful team. Looking for an engagement ring was a reasonably difficult task - seeing the diamond clarity, cut, color...but choosing one from a wide array of options was even more difficult. Angela from Northwest has made this process so much easier, patiently showing me all the available options and asking questions about my partner to help me narrow down on that perfect ring. I never felt forced to make a decision and I am very happy with my choice that she helped narrow it down to. She is very knowledgeable, flexible, and great to work with. Highly recommended!
