Felt
very
welcomed
by
FOH
staff
and
group
class
instructors,
but
office
staff
and
personal
trainers
were
'scowly'
and
might
need
to
address
attitude
-
they
gave
a
self
entitled
'influencer'
vibe.
Felt
very
judged
like
I
was
not
worth
their
time
or
that
I
should
be
privileged
to
be
in
their
presence.
Not
ideal
for
first
starters
or
those
unfamiliar
to
the
gym
environment.
The
classes
are
awesome
and
very
immersive
and
encouraging.
The
gym
floor
feels
lacking,
including
the
absence
of
simple
cable
attachments,
adductor/abductor
and
chest/delt
fly
equipment,
and
olympic
platforms.
Les
Mills
are
excellent
marketers,
and
this
experience
feels
more
like
gloss
than
real
substance,
as
a
seasoned
lifter
and
fitness
professional.

quality

This
review
loses
a
star
for
poor
membership
process
experience
from
office
staff,
including
deception
around
promotional
pricing
and
promotional
period
expiry.
