Overall experience is still great, service is efficient and warm. Food is as tasty as expected aside from the overcooked over and easy egg on the Facts-Tree big breakfast. Ginger latte tasted fantastic... shall come back for other stuff.

I came here with my mother and partner to have a nice afternoon brunch. The atmosphere of the restaurant is quite pleasant and spacious. The staff are quite friendly as well and promptly sat us down at a table. Mum ordered the Eggs Benedict and me and my partner ordered the Scotch Steak Sandwich. We also ordered the caramel frappe which was perfectly balanced in terms of sweetness. The food came to our table in about 20 minutes, which is acceptable and well worth the wait. They are quite generous with their portion sizes and the steak was cooked beautifully. We really enjoyed our visit here and if you happen to be in Sunnynook, then definitely give this place a shot! Very delicious and healthy too. We got the blueberry pancake with caramelised banana, along with the fruit and icecream. Plenty of tasty fruits and candyfloss was beautiful and delicious also. An abundant & tasty brunch. I went with what most reviewers were noting - Eggs Benedict. It didn’t disappoint.. egg was perfect & bacon crispy.. rosti potato & creamed spinach a great compliment. I felt welcome to hang out & read/write while sipping on my second cappuccino.

Wonderful food and kind staff. Been going here for 2+ years, as of now I usually go with my boyfriend. Since we’re both broke uni students we split meals, and its pretty affordable for the quality you get. The pulled-pork burger is our favourite and I get the salted caramel latte almost weekly. Absolutely amazing stuff :)

Fact-Tree serves delicious brunch meals that are affordable and good serving portion. Staff has always been friendly and attentive. They are one of our go-to cafés in the North Shore. Weekends can be quite busy for them. Must try: Horseradish Creamy Mushroom and Seafood Chowder. They serve great coffee too!

We ate breakfast here and it was a lovely dining experience. Quaint peaceful atmosphere. Coffee and food were delicious. We had the bacon bagel and the big breakfast. Plated presentation was well done, and overall recommended for a morning breakfast.

Food was ok, nothing mind blowing but not terrible. A little annoying that our meals didn’t get brought to us at the same time after being asked if that was what we wanted, probably wouldn’t have minded otherwise but if you offer something, it’s nice to deliver on it. Overall, not a bad spot for a quick bite.

Lost a customer of 9 years. Spent $60+ for a scheduled Uber fact-tree delivery that never came. First fact tree got the order wrong by trying to send it an hour early. When asking them to send it for the time I asked, they were unhelpful and got Uber to call me to tell me fact tree had cancelled my order, 12 minutes before I needed it. I asked for another delivery driver, who turned up with nothing in hand. It was just a scam to show they had “attempted” to deliver something. I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years but you will never see me again. Horrific.

Super nice cafe with friendly service. Place if very popular and filled up quickly. The meal was top quality and the eggs were done 100% what I ordered. Ample parking next door.

Decent little cafe nestled within the burbs of Sunnynook. Friendly staff, good food and some outdoor seating available. Plenty of parking with a park situated next door to the block of shops. If you’re in the area it’s worth giving it a gander.
