I never write Google reviews (this may actually be my first) but the service here is so horrific I had to write one. First of all, the receptionists don't answer their phone. Out of six phone calls in the days prior to the appointment, one was answered. Their text message system doesn't work - prompts you to confirm with Y or cancel with N at least 24 hours in advance. However, if you attempt to cancel (even prior to 24 hours in advance), an error message shows up telling you to call the clinic (i.e. phone the receptionists who don't answer). If you end up here - save your text messages with time stamps if you cancel or confirm 24 hours (min) in advance indicating that you adhered to their policies so that they have absolutely zero grounds to come after you for a fee. Parking lot was jam packed - absolutely zero spots. Receptionist was horrible about it. I will never be booking another appointment here. If you cannot be kind to patients (and obviously this receptionist cannot since numerous reviews are describing the maltreatment and straight up rudeness that they received from her/them) - you should not be working in an industry where people have the displeasure of interacting with you. Should you choose to go here (and I strongly, strongly recommend you don't) be prepared for them to either not answer the phone or to be nasty if they do. Wish I had read the other many reviews of this clinic before booking here. Will be asking my family doctor for a referral absolutely anywhere else.

I haven't been there since the pandemic, but this clinic is okay, depending on who you are seeing. The esthetician is friendly and knowledgeable. The one who was an esthetician and now promoted is sometimes friendly and sometimes not. She is sort of arrogant though. Even though I was paying for their service, I felt like I needed to prove to her that I was good enough for her to serve me. Dr. B - I saw people leaving bad reviews for her, and I totally agree. She is the ABSOLUTELY WORST DOCTOR ever, who is arrogant, cold, unsympathetic, rude and impatient. I am not sure if she is still practicing there and I hope she isn't. As for the receptionists, well, it depended on the day if they were friendly or not. If they were in a good mood, they were friendly. I have the impression that since I was a regular client, they were nice to me. I spent over $10k there over the years. If you spend over $10k, they will be nice to you. Well, not Dr. B though. Money cannot buy her respect for you.

I would give zero star if I could, I was referred to Baibergenova through my family doctor and it was horrible experience. She has no idea what she is talking about, she is google searching to see what can she find to prescribe for me . She said 3 different things in 5 minutes, running to go to new patient. What a joke of a doctor? I read the reviews late otherwise I would not waste my time and lose one day of work because of incompetent doctor . I will make sure to tell my family doctor don't refer anyone to her . Don't waste time and money to go there !

ATTENTION TO ANY FAMILY DOCTOR READING THIS. These people are not patient friendly. They only care about their bottom line which is money. No one answers a phone and they have a ridiculous policy about being 15 minutes late. Family doctor recommended this place which is a whole hour and a half distance and even with the first time going they show NO leniency. Send you patients to clinics that actually wish to help. Not time and gas wasters who only care about $$$

I had the worst experience dealing with this clinic! I didn’t even have a chance to see Dr. Corbo who I was referred to from Sunnybrook dermatology clinic for phototherapy . My condition is urgent and I’m suffering and My referral was originally sent on June 14th, after 3 weeks of not receiving any phone calls from them, I followed up with them they told me they don’t have my referral , I asked sunnybrook to resend the referral again and they did it several times. In this clinic, Out of 10 phone calls, 1 might get answered, the receptionist (lady with dark short hair) is very rude and unprofessional. After a month of waiting and being told that they don’t have my referral I personally walked into the clinic today to see what the issue is. She was very rude and didn’t even let me finish and asked me to move from the way so I don’t make line-ups! I called sunnybrook dermatology clinic while I was there and asked the lady to communicate to the receptionist so they can solve this issue after a month and the receptionist refused to even talk to her again in a rude manner. I have to mention that they tired to contact this clinic few times already and again no answer. My referral has been successfully sent to them several times (I tripled check the fax number and everything and was correct) and the receptionist kept saying we don’t have it and was refusing to check their system correctly ( She told me that they receive 50 referrals per day and she doesn’t have time to find mine)! It was very obvious to me that she didn’t care at all and was not willing to cooperate. I will ask my doctor to refer me to another phototherapy clinic as I am not willing to deal with such rude people when it comes to my health. People like her should not be allowed to work in health industry. I will let my doctor know about this issue and I’m very sure that he won’t refer anyone else to this clinic.

Dr. Akerke Baibergenova is to be avoided at all cost. I went to see her for a suspicious mole. She didn't want to remove it and said "I don't think it's cancer" and told me to come back 6 months later. When I went back, she removed the mole straight away and I was diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma, it had already spread to the lymph nodes. I have been battling cancer for 8 years now (with two relapses) because of that woman. Should not be a doctor.

First off it seems like many people have identical issues as I do. First time I went to the clinic Dr. Corbo removed the wrong mole. There was a giant one but he removed one a tiny one beside it. I was asked to pay another $75 dollars. I refused so he did the right one. Yesterday, I went for an appointment. Back story: I had an appointment two months ago. When I showed up the secretary with the short dark hair told me I was half an hour late. We argued and eventually I said why can’t the doctor see me anyway? She said he was on lunch. I made another appointment for yesterday. Same receptionist said I owed them $75 for missing last appointment. Again an argument ensues where I say I showed up but it was not the right right time. I did not miss the appointment. She told me to sit down. After a long while, she said Dr. Corbo refused to see me because I owed them $75 dollars. I told her that by this line of argument, they owed me hundreds of dollars after taking two sons for acne treatments and waiting for extended periods of time for THEM. THEY ARE INHUMAN AND RUDE. THE SECRETARY SEEMS PREPPED FOR AN ARGUMENT. Needless to say I left and will never return.

We saw dermatologist AKERKE BAIBERGENOVA 4 years ago. My 17 years old son had acne. She prescribed him an ACCUTANE. She said - don't worry, it's just a vitamin A. We have never heard about this medication before, decided to trust this doctor, how the vitamin can harm, right? After taking an Accutane for 6 months his acne returned and she prescribed it again. My son started losing his hair in couple weeks. He is 21 years old now and still half bold, dry irritated eyes, dry throat, he is getting cold all the time, body aches, loss of focus etc. etc. Has she mentioned all these side effects? NO! None of them! She said - don't believe things what you read about these drugs! Ha ha ha...He was almost never sick before, had a perfect immune system and a nice blond hair! She didn't even ask what he was eating, suggested supplements or any face treatments like peels or anything else. Accutane right away! She definitely gets a good money for prescribing this poison to our kids! People, stay away from her, I will regret my whole life we went to see her then! After doing a huge research I figured out that thousands of people were damaged by this poison and they know that and continue prescribing this drug! I wanted to sue her but decided to waste my energy on healing my son, for now! Dear parents, never let your child to take an ACCUTANE! It's one of the worst drugs in the world and is very toxic in higher dosages!

My dad had an appointment with Dr Baibergenova this afternoon. He was given a 5 MIN appointment, which in itself is an outrage. He had been prescribed medication to help with a full body reaction to strong cancer treatment medication and this was a follow up appointment. He was concerned with a large growth on the back of his hand. When he arrived at the clinic today, he was ushered into the treatment room where the growth was cut off without compassion. The doctor didn’t even wait to cauterize the wound but called a nurse in to tend to it. On her way out of the room, she reminded my father that he was only given a 5 minute appointment but the procedure took 10 minutes. It’s obvious that her focus is seeing as many patients as possible and not the care that each of them needs and deserves. He has no intention of returning to Dr Baibergenova and frankly don’t think she cares one way or the other

I like the clinic, Dr. Rathee is awesome, but the one star is for Dr B. What in the world. To see her took months, then when I got there, she met me in the hall way, not even in the room, she looked at me, asked what I was there for, I explained to her, which she should already know because you need a referral... duh. Then she just says, "Keep an eye on it and and walked away." Didn't even look at my issue. Her assistant said that was the end of the appointment. I was in total disbelief. I was there for 5 minutes at the most. What the hell? 5 minutes!? How does she have a medical license? It seems she has bought her way through medical school because she obviously has never attended one class. Terrible "Doctor"

I have had such a great experience with Oak Ridges in the last year that I have been coming here. Everyone is always so pleasant and so amazing when it comes to answering questions. The doctor, Michael Corbo always goes above and beyond to make the patient feel comfortable, seen, heard and validated. I have often seen medical professionals who dismiss my concerns but that is NEVER the case with Dr. Corbo. The staff answers emails within 24 hours and is always pleasant. Thank you to everyone working at Oak Ridges for everything they do. I would recommend Oak Ridges to anyone and everyone I know.

Always a great experience with this office. Always on time and friendly staff. The negative reviews are usually from ignorant patients expecting to be coddled after being rude. Trust me, I see how people act towards staff and it's deplorable. And by the way, your not a customer your a patient. We all have issues. That's why we are there. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Reception is not in sync with the doctors and the appointments you are given not aligning with Doctor’s schedule. After waiting 4.5 month and driving 1.5 hours to get there, I was told that my appointment was supposed to be 9 minutes earlier and no matter what the doctor WOULD NOT SEE me NOR TALK TO ME! What a disrespect and a waste of time!

I've been seeing Dr. Michael Corbo for 3 years, he's very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Noteworthy is his 'happy disposition' and wonderfully engaging manner....I strongly recommend him. Cheers, Cliff Randall

I do not recommend this clinic to anybody unless you want to be treated badly and waste your money. The rating is too LOW 2.9. The only good about this clinic is Dr. Corbo, who is very good. The rest of the clinic is terrible. Never take Lida as your Aesthetician. On Monday, June 26 at 2 PM was a nightmare. Receptionists at the first appointment welcome you; for the repeating time are rude and impatient and stone-hearted. This is what happened to me 2 months ago I needed an appointment with Lida (the aesthetician) to correct her filthy job. On June 26, 2023, at 2 PM I realized that Lida the Aesthetician is the worst, unprofessional, and greedy I have ever seen. She does not complete her job, and, not only she does not stand behind her filthy/incomplete job, but also she wants more money (greedy and dishonest). Lida made me so mad that I walked out with a headache and heart pain. I will not go back to them ever again.

Took my mom and my daughter there. Girls at reception are very friendly and helpful. I called before and they helped a lot with scheduling . Dr. Corbo is amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. He answered all questions with no rushing. I recommend this clinic and Dr Corbo with no hesitation

Dr Corbo is really knowledgeable and nice, unfortunately one of the receptionist is not helpful and had no compassion. The receptions are dealing with sick people the should be more understandable. Not helpful at all.

Rood and Ignorant reception lady's! I was told to call for cancelations, I did call and was given appointment for 4PM on May 4th, It is a fare long drive, when I arrived they told me that I have NO APPOINTMENT and my Referal was from 2020.

First time to see Dr. Corbo.. It was a very positive meeting, and he answered all my questions about my skin autoiommune disease.. I well defintely be returning.

I had a great experience at this clinic unlike other health services they were very on time on my all 3 appointments which was really a big surprise also they have a very friendly staff and dr Kassirian was amazing, over all very clean clinic , nice people

Visited here a couple of months ago and had a great experience. Staff was friendly, the appointment was on time (I barely waited in the waiting room!), and the doctor was quickly able to help me with my issue!

Just visited this clinic for the first time and had nothing but a positive experience. The desk staff were pleasant and friendly, they were punctual (my appt was on time) and Dr Corbo was friendly, informative, listened to my questions and responded in simple terms while offering various options for me. I would not hesitate recommending this clinic to anyone. Two thumbs up!

Terrible terrible experience ...attention to all family doctors and new patients! Never go to this clinic, especially to Dr.Akerke Baibergenova. She is not a patient-friendly doctor. My Mom is 80 years old and had an asthma attack which caused her to be late for 10 minutes for her appointment with Dr. Baibergenova, the doctor refused to see her causing even more stress. I think it's rude and disrespectful to the older person who needs medical help and attention. I was very upset because I spent almost an hour driving to that faraway place, and spent time from my business which pays taxes to support OHIP and "free" doctors like Dr. Baibergenova. I think we sometimes have to remind healthcare professionals that their main purpose is to serve patients but not their needs. Dr. Beibergergenova refused to see my Mom because she was rushing for her lunch!!! So rude and disrespectful!

Save your time, and your money. This is one of the most unprofessional offices in terms of policy I have been too. 15 minute appointment window? Arrived 13 minutes, again 13 minutes past my appointment despite calling and leaving a message due higher then normal traffic related to construction on King Rd. No one picks up the phone, line up to check in. How many times have I waited as a patient for 15, 30, even upwards of 40 minutes at this clinic. I should be invoicing the clinic for wasting my time, and money on commute to get here. Extremely disappointing regards towards patients. Save yourself the hassle and go to a respectable dermatology clinic.

I have a very bad experience with dr. Corbo. He didn’t even look at me. Apparently, I have a rosacea. My nose is deformed, I have a bump. He been sitting far away from me and told me that he treats only skin condition. Rosacea is treated by dermatologist. He is a young guy and probably interested to earn as much money as possible.
