I like the work that have done but I felt like right away they trying to push and rush you to buy something and get many treatments even if you don’t need thank god the nurse was nice and didn’t try to push anything then what needed , I didn’t like the rush and the fact that I’m in the room with sally and the nurse , I said yes and to do the fillers and she right away push her Machine so I will pay right away , Very uncomfortable and unprofessional feelt like this place is money hungry, love the stuff tho , I don’t think I will ever come back after the 2 weeks follow up . hopefully will be fine and better service Cus I felt super uncomfortable today .. as a sale person i never personally doing business like that ..hopefully this review will make them do better

Sally and Carmen are amazing, so informative, professional and caring. Sally always lets me know of any upcoming promotions and promptly gets back to me if I have any questions or want to book an appt. She is also very well versed in the process of procedures and can easily answer any questions I have. Carmen has done many different procedures on me , she does an amazing job, I'm always comfortable in her care and she also answers any questions I may have with so much clarity. It's a great group at New You in Richmond Hill. They have competitive prices and a great facility. I highly recommend.

Sally met with me immediately when i arrived early. She listened carefully and thoughtfully and gave me answers to my questions that were directly and uniquely relevant to my questions. Her answers include generic information and then information particularly relevant to my needs. No extraneous information. Her answers were comprehensive and answered every question I had. My emotional response was that I was dealing with a polished professional who knew her craft intimately. I was relaxed and felt safe and secure with the proposed treatment. It was because of her professionalism that I decided to go ahead with the procedure at the Spa. I am looking forward to the results.

Very very happy with my experience. I’ve received lip filler and Botox, I’m obsessed with my face. I’ve gone back to New You Spa so many times and I will be a client for life. The prices are absolutely amazing for the quality of product you are getting. I’ve gone to other medical spas in the past for lip filler and it never lasted. Absolutely amazing service!! I never write reviews, but this was worth the review. The staff are so sweet and professional. I have a fear of needles and I decided it would be a good idea to get them in my lips... but they made me feel so comfortable I was able to get through the process with little to no discomfort. I am extremely happy with the results of my lips and definitely plan to come back in the future.

I went to this spa today and got some lip filler. I can't be anymore happier with my experience. The spa is super clean and everyone who I've spoken to over the phone has been knowledgable and kind. CARMEN was the nurse who injected me. She is absolutely wonderful. She took time to explain everything to me, while keeping me relaxed and confident in the procedure. Honestly this was the best experience I’ve ever had with Botox. Had my 11s done by Carmen and as someone that is absolutely horrified of needles she was amazing! Felt barely anything and she was super quick and best part is that the results were exactly what I wanted. Sally was really nice too and nice about the payment options. Highly recommend.

I visited New You at the Richmond hill location a couple weeks ago and I felt the need to share my experience with Maria! I came for laser hair removal treatment. This was my first time doing laser and she explained thoroughly and educated me on what to do pre and post treatment. Not to mention the laser session was quick, effective and I’m already seeing amazing results! I cant wait for my next session with Maria and I recommend this location!

I had my experience with Nurse Panta and she was amazing! I got lip filler done for the first time and I was really nervous about it because the last time I went to someone for my face (eyebrow tattoos) they literally ruined my life. I definitely did not have that experience with nurse Panta. She made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. It's been a few weeks and my lips look so good! I am definitely going back!

I had my appointment with Maria today at the Richmond Hill location I knew I wanted the fat cell freezing done on my abdomen but knew nothing about the tx or what to expect. Her caring manner made me feel so comfortable, she explained what she would be doing, how she would be placing things on me, what I should expect to feel and what I shouldn't be feeling. The room had a TV so I was able to watch a Netflix episode of my show while I was having my tx. Maria came back into the room immediately when I pushed the call button.
