I honestly don’t even know where to start. They take forever to make a simple ice coffee sometimes when you tell them you’ve been waiting for a while they just give it to you without the ice. They get your order wrong. They ask you if you want any sauces, you tell them and yet they still don’t put it in the bag. Honestly i only go cause its the closest thing to where i work. They need to check the order’s before giving it to the customer. I know its fast food but it wouldn’t kill you to just check! A simple iced coffee 10-15 minutes 😂

Even the Manager is terrible. McDonald's makes you call the location to cancel a mobile app order and she had the audacity to say "you have to cancel it yourself" I'm sure as the Manager she knows McDonald's doesn't allow you to do that. She also interjected before I could finish explaining I was directed to call the location to keep interrupting and refusing to cancel it claiming she "doesn't have access" $40 down the drain

The new management has really slowed down the drive thru. This used to be the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to, but now they are quite slow. They occasionally have unnecessary employees standing outside the window which only slows down the process.

Ordered a med number 3 with a small oreo mcflurry($3.79). Got a large #3 with half the fries in the container and a oreo McCurry in a Sunday cup not spun or mixed. Surly for $3.79 it should have been a tad bigger. When I asked if that was correct, the lady just said yes my order was right.

I placed an order for delivery via Grubhub. When the food arrived it was in a tamper proof bag that contained everything. Everything was stacked so neatly. The food was still hot when it arrived. The sweet tea was delicious! Super sweet and not watered down! I was pleased with the order !

My kids love this place ! So it’s a treat for them when we can take them out , however it’s extremely frustrating when the drive -thru employee has absolutely no understanding of what I’m ordering because they. can”t understand the english language so I end up repeating myself at least three times before my order is completed , But Hey if repeating it three times is going to get my kids their happy meals then it was All Worth It !!!!

Terrible customer service. Went through the drive thru and interacted with 4 people at this location. Order taker, money taker, food delivery person and the manager. Not one of them asked what type of dipping sauce I wanted with my nuggets. Not one of them smiled. Not one of them said please or thank you. Will not be back. Would rather drive a little further to another location.

Just terrible. You can literally show them your receipt and bank statement and they'll still refuse to give you your order. And they're the rudest employees that I have ever dealt with. Just an update but got a call from the location today , maybe I'm still upset about the whole thing but was a really pointless call just trying to tell me why they were right. And saying they didn't know why it didn't process correctly, it changed my account correctly so obviously I should have been given my food. No refund no food .

This McDonald’s is always great to visit when I’m working in this area of Austin. Their staff is always smiling and friendly. The order is always accurate and delivered fast(I’ve only used drive through). The order is always accurate.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! cashier attempted to charge me extra based on their biast opinions. Took FOREVER to get my order that should have been quicker then the person who ordered AFTER me! However, I'm assuming since one of the customers (a child) older brother worked here, they took it upon themselves to give my order to them without telling me. Bad customer service all the way around!
