It
is
with
great
reluctance
that
I
write
a
negative
review.
After
2
visits
with
similar
experiences,
I
now
find
this
is
accurate
based
on
my
experiences.
This
last
visit
(1
week
ago)
we
called
ahead
to
ask
if
they
had
crawfish
and
the
answer
was
yes,
we
also
as
asked
to
make
sure
they
were
not
the
very
small
ones
and
they
said
nope
medium.
Great
we
went
there,
sat
at
the
bar
proceeded
to
order
the
boudin
and
3lbs
of
crawfish.
The
boudin
arrived
quickly
and
were
hot
and
good.
The
crawfish
arrive
a
few
minutes
later
and
they
were
smaller
than
any
crawfish
I
have
ever
seen
in
my
life
and
I
have
been
ordering
them
for
30
years
and
used
to
live
in
New
Orleans.
Much
to
our
dismay,
we
went
ahead
and
tried
to
eat
them,
it
was
quite
obvious
whoever
was
running
their
crawfish
boil
that
night
had
no
idea
how
to
properly
do
so.
Out
came
the
tray
soaking
in
the
boil
(no
attempt
to
drain
was
made
before
plating)and
they
were
WAY
overcooked.
Even
if
you
made
an
attempt
to
eat
them,
the
shells
were
so
SOFT
you
could
not
even
crack
the
shell.
We
invested
about
15
minutes
making
the
best
of
a
bad
serving.
After
giving
up
on
these
we
were
still
hungry
so
we
ordered
the
wings.
They
mixed
up
our
order
with
the
guy
sitting
down
the
bar
from
us,
so
even
though
they
got
our
order
wrong,
nothing
was
done
to
rectify
the
situation.
The
crazy
thing
was
that
there
were
more
people
behind
the
bar
than
in
front
of
it.
Service
was
ok
when
they
were
not
chatting
on
their
cell
phones.
I
eat
out
a
bunch,
very
rarely
do
I
ever
feel
strongly
enough
to
leave
a
negative
review,
especially
about
a
locally
based
establishment.
I
will
not
eat
here
again
unless
there
is
a
concerted
effort
made
by
ownership
to
improve
their
food
and
properly
train
their
staff,
to
at
least
pretend
to
care
about
their
patrons.
