Ordered
a
medium-rare
flank
steak
entree.
Ordered
for
pick
up.
Was
less
than
rare,
was
RAW.
Manager
or
whoever,
if
you
see
this,
I
would
be
more
than
happy
to
share
receipts
and
photos
of
it.
My
husbands
rare
steaks
from
Logan’s
does
NOT
look
like
THIS.
It
was
cold,
and
chewier
than
a
well-done...
I
don’t
want
anything
in
return,
just
letting
you
know
this
was
my
first
and
last
time
ordering
a
steak
from
you
guys.
We
have
always
expected
amazing
service
from
you
guys
since
that’s
all
it’s
ever
been.
But
this
was
just
ridiculous,
especially
because
the
steak
was
cut
into
several
slivers.
The
cook
saw
this,
and
yet
sent
it
out??
It’s
baffling.
It
sucks
because
we
always
have
phenomenal
service
at
the
bar,
or
just
in-restaurant
in
general.
It’s
unacceptable
that
when
myself
like
millions
of
Americans
are
trying
to
be
Covid-conscious
by
not
sitting
in
a
restaurant,
have
to
bring
home
a
completely
raw
steak.
$15+
down
the
drain
on
that
one,
and
no
dinner
for
me.
Rice
was
good
though!
