Surprisingly good! Had the shrimp AYCE. The coconut fried and garlic butter shrimps are my favourite! You can get stuffed for just about $25 and have a boat of goodness and protein!

It was a Monday and near closing time, but we were seated quickly the service was great and the food was good! It's Red Lobster and I was there for sentimental reasons, but it was my daughter's first time and we all enjoyed the experience! My wife enjoyed the Lobster and my steak was done correctly! My daughter had her first Shirley Temple and Cheddar Bay biscuit! It's not 5 star dinning, but it was a good family meal and there was something that felt good and reminded of the special "fancy" dinners my parents took me to when I was a kid, which is why I went to celebrate my recently departed mother's birthday there that night. It was her favorite place when I was a child and they helped me enjoy that moment that night! Some times it's good to go back to these chains and it's nice to remember why they have been around for all these years!

Mess, joke, absolute waste of time! Over 30mins waiting for a pickup. Then given wrong food. Good thing I looked at name on rcpt. Went back in, handed another bag, wrong order AGAIN! Service 1/10 Food 4/10 Cleanliness/interior 7/10 Took 30 minutes to get our drinks, with almost empty restaurant. Service in general was to slow. Hostess and server seems like hate their job. Not friendly. Food mediocre, steak and ice cream were the best out of all things. I’ve moved to USA 8 years ago and this is my first time trying red lobster and the last time.

The three kinds of lobsters we ordered were all very good. The restaurant pre-peeled the lobster tails well for easy eating. The steak was good too. It was soft and not chewy. The flavoring of the steak was also amazing, not too salty not too plain. The lobster pasta was tasty. It tastes rich with lots of cream, you cannot make yourself stop eating it.

Yes the wait was a bit over 25 mins., It wasn't because no tables available, it was because they didn't have enough waiters! The food was delicious, I enjoyed the Ultimate Feast, my daughter enjoyed her coconut shrimp meal. Everything perfect worth the wait.

It was a nice experience. Our waiter, Paul was very attentive. The food was really good. The atmospere was quiet. I would recommend you to take a new look at this oldie but goodie. Only downside is how expensive it was overall. But we enjoyed it.

Forget all the trendy, overrated restaurants in Austin. It's been years since I've been to Red Lobster and it's a lot better than I remembered, which is a rarity these days for quality and service to improve! Ordered the fish and chips, cooked to perfection and a not expensive, at all!

Everything delicious! Everything was delivered warm. Items were separated in several containers with their own sauces. The butter biscuits were super soft.

After my first experience with lobster was not the best (at a different restaurant), I decided to give it another try at Red Lobster. Had the friday special - Lobster and a Sirloin. The lobster was really delicious as well as the steak. The steak was a little over medium but still good. The prices are fair and the quality is good. The only thing that was not perfect was the waiter. Took a little to long to server our drinks. The food also took some time - around 20-25 minutes but it was worth it. I will definetly come again another time!

Went last week for a birthday dinner. Waited about 45 minutes They are unfortunately short handed BUT the food was great and the service was even better. Had a waiter with a trainee and they hit it out of the ball park. I could tell they were taking care of a lot of tables yet their energy and service didn't show it. I hope they can get the staff they need to run the restaurant the way they know how but in the mean time they are doing a great job with what the have.

Tried the ultimate endless shrimp. The food was pretty good but the service was slow, probably a tactic to discourage the customers from ordering more. The waitress checked on us constantly and our drinks were refilled. -1 star for slow service, everything else was great

Just had a delicious dinner here. I was amazed at how well everything ran tonight-from the staff being friendly and professional-not just at my table but all the tables in the area-to the food being served hot and tasty. The new manager-Alejandro-has really turned things around since the last time I ate here some months back-and it shows! Servers Max and Zac were also pleasant and very helpful and the staff seemed genuinely happy! Don’t see that too often! Highly recommend! Well done you all!

Hit the bar for a better experience. Jacob, the bartender during our visit, was attentive and engaging and had great recommendations for this indecisive couple. Went in for a bite and a drink and left 2 hours later well fed and appreciative of the service. That said, expectations were appropriate of the franchise: Food was tasty overall, but a touch over cooked and didn't have a wide flavor spectrum as served. Rockefeller was basically chopped and capped oysters, back off the cheese about half. I understand the logic of only offering this style, but at least... try. Bar offering are quality brands, but limited. Mixed drinks are plenty, and a few are just $5. Keep in mind they taste appropriately for essentially off the shelf mixes. All in all, I know there are better seafood options, but our knee-jerk decision to stop in was positive, and we will return to relax at the bar over some drinks, cheesey rolls and great conversations!

I ordered the endless shrimp deal with a side of baked brussel sprouts they came out burnt (brussel sprouts) like charred burnt whenever I would bite into them it was like eating burnt paper but I was on a time crunch because we had a movie to go watch so I couldn't complain and see if they could make another one and bring out a replacement but everything else was really good! So I would recommend it but just plan accordingly in case there are any mistakes to be corrected. Staff was very friendly as well.

Our waitress Sarah is treating us like royalty tonight! On an understaffed night with a long waiting line, she is making sure all of her customers feel welcome. Our food arrived on time and everything was delicious :) shout out to Sarah for wonderful service tonight, she's running around making sure everyone has everything they need with a very friendly attitude.

Maybe we should have had dinner instead of lunch by the looks of everyone else’s reviews. This review only got 2 stars just because the food was good. The service however? We stood at the podium waiting to be sat for longer than expected. No one was even sitting there. Then when we got our server, not saying she had an attitude but she was not hospitable at all. When she brought the food out she handed it directly to us as opposed to putting it on the table. We didn’t even want to eat our food anymore because the service was so off putting. My partner was finished eating but I still was and she basically rushed us out of the restaurant. There was no one else in the restaurant and no one waiting to come in so why rush? Then when it was time to leave, I’m wearing a tank top and a skirt and she said “I love your outfit, very classy”. Thanks boo. I love my outfit too and I hope you have the day you deserve Ms. Malia :)

My mom's annual birthday celebration is always at Red Lobster. We had a party of 6, and we were seated quickly. Service was a little slow, but the food is always worth it. The vanilla bean cheesecake is amazing!!

The food was really good. I think Red Lobster is getting better and better. Now there is not alot to select from. But the option they have you can't go wrong. There appetizers options are so good. If you love shrimp...... come here. Get a cocktail 🍸. You won't be mad.

We ordered endless shrimp and it tastes good especially the Argentine red shrimp. We did wait for around 25 mins. Not bad. But there are many empty seats inside so not sure why it takes so long. Maybe the shortage of staff. I’m satisfied with the food and the service. However, I gave 4 out of 5 for this review because the device on the desk. It provides games for you to play while you wait for the food. Not a bad idea at all. However, it is very not transparent that you have to pay for that. I did not know that until the bill. No notification on the device to confirm the payment. It is just $1.99 but not happy with the way it charges.

Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful and she gave us good service. I'll give her 5 stars. My fried catfish I don't think it was catfish it was stinking I almost threw up after the second bite couldn't eat it. It was smelling to fishy

We had an awesome waitress named summer. She was kind and sociable. Food was delicious. The wait was about 45 min BUT that a not bad considering it was valentines day. Overall great experience

The service and food were amazing! Our waiter was very attentive. We especially love the crab legs and lobster tails. Oh, and we can’t forget the biscuits.
