I love coming here for pastries and hot tea. I discovered them thru Too Good To Go, an app some restaurants/cafes participate in to sell leftover food at the end of the day to save throwing out the food. They gained a customer with me because participating in the program is fabulous, and the different things I tasted pleased us. We love the chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins, but my favorite is the cranberry nut muffin. There is a perfect balance of tart cranberries with good sized nuts. Mmm!  I'm also a fan of the hibiscus tea. You must try it!

I love Cherrywood Coffee House! They have a huge, lovely outdoor patio with plenty of tables with umbrellas. The inside is very cool, with tons of local art and paper lanterns. Tons of tables inside. I had a gluten-free blueberry muffin that was very tasty. Next time I need to try something off their menu because I've heard the food is delicious. Lots of beer on tap and other bottled drink options.

Loved this place! The music was obnoxiously loud though like other ppl were saying. You can’t really enjoy your meal. And I dno how ppl were studying with club like music lol. But the food and drinks? YUM!! I had the Reuben, it’s house made corned beef and uber flavorful. My husband got the Texas omelette. Really good. For drinks we got the green tea pomegranate and Cuban con leche and the Cuban con leche is a MUST try!! Will be back (with ear plugs lol)

This place is so cozy and cute but every time I come to get work done, the music is blasting SO loudly even with my noise cancelling headphones that it makes it hard to stay and get work done. Even when I’m trying to chat with my friends, the music is consistently fighting for attention. Coffee is good, food as well, albeit expensive. Would be SO much better if they played maybe cozier music(instead of the either hardcore punk or techno) at a much lower level!

I really love this Cherrywood neighborhood staple. The food is great, the coffee tasty, and they have baked goods to die for. Check out their tacos or burgers, or just grab a smoothie. You’ll usually see folks parked here for a while working away, or people catching up or a business meeting. It’s a great place to catch a small, local band as well, if the weather allows outdoor relaxing.

Our daughter took us this past Sunday to this coffeehouse and restaurant. We were a bit disappointed that we couldn't order all options that are listed on their online menu but it was Sunday Brunch with a limited menu. Well that limited menu didn't disappoint us. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger with a side salad. The burger was delicious!!!. So packed with flavor and you can see from the picture so packed with ingredients. I could barely finish the burger so the salad went home to eat later. It was made with very fresh ingredients also. And the dressing that came with it was very tasty. If I lived in Austin I would be back to sample more of their menu items.

Genuinely vintage esq. coffeehouse. The food was felt homemade down to the chips. The music will make you want to breakout your phone to reminisce on the classics again later. My only take away is to bring your laptop fully charge for the outlets are just as vintage as the decor. Keep an eye out for the items that are in need of a dusting. Otherwise awesome place with good vibes.

Pretty good brunch! There was a long line at Saturday brunch but the food was good and worth the wait. I especially enjoyed the Texas cheesesteak scramble. It’s counter service and they ask you to bust your own table so tipping is optional but I threw them a couple bucks anyway.

Visited Friday, Oct 28, 2022 Great: The place is big and the patio was nice too. The staff were super nice and even gave us cookies because we were on a road trip. The coffees were great, but the best part was the loaded nachos. Not only was it huge, but every layer had toppings! Evenly distributed queso! Definitely eat it fast as the chips were getting soggy. Good: the decor was nice and very eclectic. Very chill vibes Bad: birds outside might hover for dropped food.

It’s such a cozy place and has the most delicious breakfast I’ve had in a long while. I got the Luna taco. (All the names for food items are super cute!) They add these crispy potato strips on top of the tacos and I’m obsessed with how good they taste. They also add a really nice crunch texture. It is a little hard to eat because there’s so much filling and you most likely will have to use a knife and fork to break apart the taco.

For someone who doesn't care for beer, I found most of their non-alcoholic drinks lacking. Their smoothies are very weak in flavor, their chai doesn't taste like a chai at all, but their Cuban Con Leche was good. I did like their snickerdoodle pie. Service is pretty good, though they were very slow to make drinks and food, even though it looked like there were plenty of people working. Plenty of seating, which is nice, but it's not comfortable at all. I really wanted to like this place, but I walked away feeling meh about it.

I took my visiting father here, and we share a cheesesteak and fried. Delicious! I had some hibiscus tea and he had a cold brew to drink. Both refreshing and yummy! The staff was friendly. There was music starting. The patio was dog friendly. Just a great stop all around.

Great tacos and beer list (especially love this place when they get something from Alpine or Avery on tap)! The outside seating is plentiful and dog friendly. Overall just a great place to hang out, chat and grab a bite or drink. As a side note: had a friend visit from CO who planned a second trip based solely on his desire to have another veggie burger... it's that good!

5 stars for the overall experience, great coffee shop, great vibe in Austin! Four stars for the food, the Cuban sandwich I had was amazing, but a bit steep at $13.50.

I went here to find a place to study but also eat at the same time. I tried their catfish po boy, and it was so good. The catfish was crispy on the outside, and tasty too. Fries came with it too! Definitely recommend this one. I also tried their macadamia nut iced latte. It didn’t have a strong taste, but more creamy and sweet. They have free wifi and free parking too.

The best little spot in Austin’s Cherrywood neighborhood. I think this spot is a woman-queer owned establishment. They serve up the best food (I recommend any breakfast selection and the burger 🍔). You can be graced with an open mic night at least once a week. And they book local talent too. Queer Craft Night happens here on Wednesday nights and all are welcome. Check out Cherrywood Coffee House asap!

Love Cherrywood Coffeehouse! Excellent location. Indoor/Outdoor seating. Internet access. AWESOME COFFEE! Made from scratch food!

I have been here twice and still do not understand the hype. This might be the only place where you can get a $6 pint of Electric Jellyfish during happy hour in this city. However, the food is overpriced and the building is just flat out ugly inside. The veggie burger is decent and the salads (with grilled shrimp) are great. The customer service is deadpan and the tables need some help. Not sure how this place keeps it going but I guess it's just not my thing...

Cute little coffee shop with lots of artists drawing/painting etc. A very nice laid back vibe. We went for the Saturday night Trivia and it was fun. 7 rounds of 8-16 questions, each round with a separate random theme. Overall all a good time. We got two coffee drinks each and an order of fries for the table. The food and drinks were OK at best, we’ll likely be back for the vibes 😊. -***second time here, back for the Trivia with our friends, great vibes as always!

This is a stalwart go-to neighborhood joint whose food is far better than the interior. Deceiving how delicious mostly everything on the menu is and it’s a big menu. No matter what I’ve ordered here from burgers, tacos, BLTs to the marvelous Italian ice sodas everything is tip top. My only reservation here is that the kitchen looks pretty dirty, and the place itself is not clean. You always have to wipe off the tables yourself and some of the chairs are chipped so don’t wear nice clothes here.

Really cute coffee shop 😍 This is the perfect place to have brunch with friends and family or to simply work all day. They have vegan options which makes this place even better. I got the tofu scramble and it was pretty good.
