Beautiful view, dirty room. Check-in: The receptionist is only available from 8:30 - 16:30/17:00 (sat only) and 09:00 - 13:00 (Sunday). The receptionist that handled us was really friendly and explained all the information we needed. Carpark: Really tight and narrow carpark but it’s free parking if you stay at the resort. Room: We stayed here for 7 nights on the 14th floor. When we entered, we were fascinated by the beautiful view of the Kurrawa Beach. The beds were, however, rather dirty. White specks that resemble dandruff were found on the quilt. When we removed the quilt, various hair types and colors were found on the fleece blanket. Obviously not my hair since some that we found were blonde. More hair was found on the bedsheet after we removed the blanket, so we called the receptionist and asked if the room has been cleaned. The receptionist said that the room was cleaned, so then I mentioned about the hair found all over the bed. The receptionist came and gave us new sheets. However, when I pointed out that there was still hair on the sheet, the receptionist picked it up and brushed it off with their hand on to the carpet 🤮 The extra blanket on top of the wardrobe has similar issue. In addition, the sofa in the living room has glitters on it. At least the wifi was free and fast. Kitchen: We only received 1 tiny pack of dishwashing and dishwasher liquid for our 7-night stay. You can only get 1 additional pack when you stay for 8 nights or more. They did provide us with new sponge, 2 tea towels, 1 heavy duty wipe, and 3 kitchen bags. Plenty of cutleries, pots and pans but the kitchen did not have chopping board nor scissors, so we had no idea where to chop vegetables/meat. Anyway, we ended up not chopping anything because of the rusty knife that they provided. Major turn off was when we found a cockroach on the kitchen sink on our first night 🙃 There is a spacious fridge that comes with a water jug and several Dairy Farmers 15ml milk portions. We also received some complimentary tea bags, instant coffees, sugar, salt and pepper. Bathroom: The bathroom is rather spacious with plenty of room in the shower. The bathroom also has washing machine and dryer, which was a plus point. We received 1 extra toiler paper roll, 4 body towels, 2 face towels, 2 feet towels, a hair dryer (which had blonde hair attached to it) and 1 tiny shampoo/conditioner bottle for a 7-night stay. Facilities: The resort comes with a pool, small library and pool room (located in basement 1). We didn’t use these facilities, so can’t really comment on them. We enjoyed our stay at Voyager. We had a good view of the ocean from our 8th floor apartment. Rooms are basic, clean & comfortable. There's a pool in the complex & undercover parking. Best thing is the close proximity to the beach & restaurants in Broadbeach strip, all in easy walking distance. Hotel staff were all pleasant. Good value for the money

Our stay as usual was fantastic my mum and dad bought into Voyager about30 odd years ago and the same management are still there today. Geoff and the staff are great and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. Well done to everyone

Located in the best part of Broadbeach, Services is great, all the staff are helpful and friendly The building is older but it’s clean and tidy Highly recommended

Great place to unwind, clean, well maintained with beachfront views. Close to all the attractions, spoilt for choice dining and entertainment...loved it

Location is awesome, Apartment was ok, Furniture could need updating more like the 80"s look, The bed was very soft, so it was uncomfortable for my partner and myself, I did however find a long strand of brown hair under the pillow, ( I have blonde hair)..So I hope the sheets were cleaned. Bathroom needs renovating, as there were cracks in the tiles, there is lack of water pressure in shower and you can tell when someone else was using the water in the apartments as the hot water went cold, fridge was leaking at night, Needs a smart TV in bedroom. Visitors Guide also needs updating as some as the page in the book does not exist, such as the Chinese Takeaway. For what I paid I could have gotten way better elsewhere.

The location of this property is great, beach views, very short walk to Oasis Shopping Centre, various places to eat. The actual property is old, needs a complete refurbishment or knocked down. The apartment was small, furniture was old and uncomfortable. Bathroom very small with shower above bath. Very small tv, microwave was extremely noisy, ironing board was rusty. We have stayed in various places on the Gold Coast over the years and this would be the worst.

Really nice accommodation. Older but very clean. Fantastic location, right opposite Kurrawa LSC and beach. View of sunrises over the ocean. Close to shops (including supermarket) cafes, restaurants and walk to Pacific Fair for the more energetic Very friendly welcome and free, secure parking. Decent size room with separate bedroom, kitchen and washing facilities - everything you need for a short or long stay. Affordable. Would stay again.

We have been going there for years and love it! Our holiday is based on when we can obtain accommodation as we have no intention of going anywhere else. Location is amazing, right opposite the beach, the surf club and parks and the views are breathtaking from the unit. Oasis shopping centre is only a block away and there are so many food places that you’ll never go hungry. The units themselves are perfect - clean and tidy with everything provided . Highly recommend Voyager Resort !

Love this place. The modern rooms are lovely and it's one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Thumbs up to housekeeping. What a great job you do. The resort is in a great location, close to Oasis shopping centre, Pacific Fair shopping centre and The Casino. The light rail is a short 5 min walk away too. I will definitely come back

The management and staff of this holiday apartment are rude, abusive and disrespectful. If you want to a holiday don’t come here. As a former Product Manager, I have stayed in many hotels and resorts and this one has the worst customer service and customer experience I have had the misfortune of experiencing. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location, very affordable. Having the kitchen and laundry is an added bonus . Close to oasis shops and supermarkets. Many different restaurants and the beach .Highly recommend.

Great location, very close to the beach (and the flags too) construction next door was quiet. Room was nice and clean with access to our own personal dishwasher, laundry machine and drier. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

View is absolutely amazing and equal to that was the customer service from the ladies, both on site, before stay, during& @ check out. Hot spa was hot, perfect with a warm pool, so great. The actual living area of the room was a bit smaller than we thought, & decor doesn't quite match the standard of the website photos but was a great stay for the two nights we needed.

Terrible management very unreasonable, we stayed there for a couple on nights, the place is average with old furniture, there are better options in the area within similar price range. We ended up searching for a better place in the surrounding area, and also we found out this place doesn’t give back the bond deposit for some of their rental options.

The location is outstanding. Close to the beach, restaurants, and all the things you would need when staying on the Goldy. It had most of the amenities I required. I was disappointed there was no bath. In the images when booking there is a corner spa bath. Instead, I was greeted with a small shower that dribbled out water. I contacted the hotel and they replaced the shower head straightway. The tv also didn't work but was fixed straight away. I could not fault their service. Another thing travellers will need to pack when staying here is toilet paper! I had one roll which ran out and I couldn't find another. You have to buy it from reception. I thought that was stingy. Also the images of the rooms aren't the same as the room. The place is dated. It is very clean though. It would also be a great location for families. The beach and a large playground are just over the road. I would definitely stay here again. The value for money was worth it

Aside from the facility being dated and stuck in the late eighties, literally the furniture must be 30 years old, the staff refused to do their job and started making false accusations towards me and my family. After check out, the staff refused to to do their job and clean the room so they made my children and I do their job. After leaving the Voyager, they attempted to charge my card over 10 times for smoking in the room (which NEVER happened). After overdrawing my bank account, I reached out to discuss these items with the staff at Voyager. They continued their false accusations, never provided an invoice, and stated that their erroneous fee's were accurate with ZERO proof to back up their claim. BEWARE of this hotel. Other items of concern....the lift (elevator) is so dated and old my son was almost crushed by the door as it closed. After a narrow escape we noticed oil/grease dripping from the lift. Again, be very caution if you have the unlucky experience of staying at the Voyager. End result, I cleaned the unit by myself, was charged $400 for something that was a complete lie and left feeling sick to my stomach from the experience. The Voyager is an eye sore and needs to be torn down with the staff inside.

Better toilet paper would be great and no cleaning spray and dishwashing powder only one for a week. Everything else was great
