Tourist attraction Museum

😐 Pretty interesting for a quick stop. It costs only 3€ but there’s not much to see. There are just a few items on display and all descriptions are in Portuguese. The building is nice and the movie on the first floor is interesting enough. People often mention building, museum, interesting, nice, time, visit, small,

The building is interesting, beautiful external architecture, but it’s really tiny museum. The ticket price isn’t expensive and the coffee shop by the exit is really good. Only if you have a huge spare time, consider to visit it.

The building per se is impressive. The content seemed instead nothing special. But the visit was free so it may be worth a stop

Its small and quirky but doesn't cost much,in fact as seniors we paid nothing. There was a grumpy clerk on the cash and a very nice lady who explained some of the finer points.

Waste of time and money. There really is nothing worth seeing here. The outside of the building is nice. That's all.

Doesn't have much to offer. Looking at the Fassade on the outside is the most beautiful and enough. (3€ entry)

Don't waste your time or energy. Basically an empty house with information boards about Arte Nova. What you you in the foyer is the best that's on show for the entire building.

A real waste of time. Contains only 2 unrelated rooms. No store or literature. completely unnecessary to visit

Very small but interesting local museum that discusses the emergence of the Art Nouveau font, style, and symbolism in culture.

    Small but interesting. Nice cafe.

The building was beautiful and that was it. They had less than 15 artifacts to look at in a 3 story building, and those weren’t even special to the area and some weren’t even art nouveau time period. If they had even described the architecture of the building itself and the other art nouveau buildings in Aveiro that would have been satisfactory, instead they had a movie about the art nouveau movement in Belgium. Not worth the €3 entry fee.

Lovely building, I recommend it for the architecture alone already. Exhibs vary, but the movie reel on art nouveau is refreshingly original and informative.

Nice building, but very small exhibition.

This is not a museum at all. Literally nothing being exposed here. You will be done in 4minutes only. You better capture some of the outside appearance instead of entering!

The museum is very small but beautiful. It is basically the visit if the house. The video is very informative about the evolution of art nouveau through Europe. And there is a cute little cafe in the backyard on the ground floor

Wonderful small museum about Art Nouveau in Aveiro. Definitely worth the 3 euro admission.

Small Museum. Free entry for seniors. Some nice items on display. And an interesting movie about the early XX century.

There really isn't much to see here. If you are pushed for time don't spend it here. The building exterior is nice.

Lovely tiny museum with English translations throughout and kind staff

Beautiful property, museum not large at all, but it was just lovely to explore the building over the various floors. The town of Aveiro actually has an extensive number of Art Nouveau properties that are still standing. Amazing that a relatively small town had so many to start with. Go and see them!

The exterior of the bldg is great. Unfortunately Not much left inside. Exhibition is in Portugeese only.

The museum is nice to visit again from the outside. Not that much inside

It had pretty sculptures, but if youre not a student its pricey for what you can see in there.
