I had the pleasure of spending some time with the Apm team in Avignon, particularly with Nolwen the store manager, Kelly Olivia Martha and Célia. First contact on the phone, I call to find out if the store will be open on Sunday, I come across someone very friendly (Nolwen) who offers to put aside the jewelry I wanted until the next day. The next day I called back to confirm my arrival in the afternoon, Nolwen then decided to bring forward her break to be available when I arrived. The meeting ultimately lasted almost an hour and a half and it was a real pleasure. I came with my daughter, one of her friends and my mother: we all had a great time and even left with little personalized gifts! Nolwen is really adorable, she is very professional, we feel that she loves the brand and her job, she pampers her customers... in short, frankly a little gem (not to mention her beauty ;)) Nolwen is such a good ambassador for the brand that my daughter wants to continue her business studies to do a work-study master's degree at APM Monaco! We will return to this store with great pleasure!

Je sors tout juste de cette petite boutique, dans laquelle j'ai acheté un magnifique collier pour ma fille. J'y ai été accueilli de façon professionnelle autant que chaleureuse. De plus, les bijoux sont vraiment très beaux et à des prix très abordables. Je recommande sans hésiter en vous souhaitant de très belles fêtes de fin d'année.

Accueil très agréable, les jeunes femmes qui y travaillent sont très professionnelles! Une belle boutique, avec de très beaux bijoux. Je ne peux que rejoindre les autres avis. L expérience client est une réussite et mérite d’être soulignée car trop rare de nos jours.

Une équipe accueillante, souriante et très professionnelle ! C’est par hasard en visitant la boutique que la vendeuse m’a parlé du SAV où j’ai pu alors ensuite ramener mon bijou (qui avait vieilli au bout de 2 ans car je le porte tous les jours). Je l’ai récupéré comme neuf grâce à l’extension de garantie, qui est vraiment d’une qualité irréprochable! Merci!

I went to APM Monaco for the first time and frankly I was not disappointed. The manager took the time to tell me the story of APM, which was very interesting. I bought three pieces of jewelry for the first time and I'm really not disappointed. The salespeople are very kind and smiling 👍🏼😊
