The self proclaimed owner was rude and agressive, especially after I took his picture to note who he is (he was not wearing any identification and was in the middle of a picnic from home with his companion). He grabbed my phone/wallet out of my hands and ran off with it. I was so shocked and distressed. My French is ok but still not fluent, and felt really bullied. I tried to ask the staff for help but they did nothing. He returned about ten minutes later and my phone was locked so that I couldn’t even make any calls except to the police (who unfortunately said they could not help). Beyond horrible experience. I see now that this place gets terrible reviews all the time (and I think some of the more serious bad reviews are getting removed - as mine was until I made it more vague).. Hopefully the company will eventually pay attention to the large number of negative reviews. I’ve tried to contact them but so far no real response.

Sadly giving a 1 star rating not because of prices we took advantage of the meal deal for €10 & South of France is expensive that's a given. Staff member very helpful on shop floor BUT till operative certainly wasn't. She asked if we wanted to pay together or separately. We said, politely, separately & she proceedeed to put the items through together. I think perhaps she didn't understand my reply as it was in English. I do not expect fluent English or 100% understanding when I reply. What I do expect though is manners & a sense of humour not cursing in French I understand more than I can say or our the till receipt being slapped down on the counter like I'd done something wrong. Customer service training needed & a few sessions in the "lighten up" school. I wasn't rude so don't be rude to me. Enjoyed the food all the same & won't be returning as a visitor to the area shame this employee gave a bad impression of the Eric Kayser brand......not good ☹

This place, Eric Kayser' Avignon TGV, only benefits from the station's monopoly. I've known it for at least 10 years and although some of its products are good, everything loses its value due to the terrible service they offer and the almost always dirty facilities. Really, at the level of dirtiness and organization, it is a shame and one wonders how it is possible that after so many years and so many negative comments they do not change the bad experience they offer? An embarrassment!

Shame! It's a disaster. I had a chicken sandwich yesterday and I am very sick since yesterday night 🤢. My mum too. Either they use not fresh product or their fridge are broken. It's a disaster don't risk your health there!!!

Nice staff and decent food, but incredibly overpriced. Paid €13 for a bottle of water and some slices of cucumber.

Not an unpleasant or terrible place as some reviews suggest, but products average and the worst pain au raisin I have had for a very long time - dull, flaccid, wet and thin with just one sorry raisin poking out. Odd considering looks like baked on premises. Expensive too. Response from owner nice to get, so will try again perhaps, or at least take a look.

Massively over priced for average food. Try to get your food before the station rather than use here. The staff are friendly though so not their fault.
