Very disappointed with the service I ordered on Uber after 1h50 they called me to say that the snack cannot honor the order for me they are Mongolian 113th order and at the end say no why not have warned before.

With the many positive comments on this place I said to myself why not go take a look and form my own opinion as always. And I wonder where all her positive opinions come from (maybe it's friends or family😄😄). I was able to read fresh products lol frozen steak rosti same meat kebab same hamburger bread which crumbles we don't have the same definition of the word "fresh". The prices are not that attractive, I find that for certain basic menus it is not that cheap. And then the terminal doesn't explain at all what the menus are made of (as with the children's menu for the obligatory kebab meat tacos). I don't think I'll go back there. The only positive point is that the staff are friendly.

We went to eat this evening at Kassia Food in Cap Sud Avignon, when we arrived we ordered at the terminal, we took a K7 and K8 menu with sauces with two tiramisu, we paid almost €15 per person, well why not if it's is good ! We order at 10:12 p.m. we receive the order at 10:45 p.m., a 30-minute wait, and to our great surprise when we arrive home, we open the boxes of burgers with no raw ingredients, yes! A burger with a slice of tomato, the burgers were dry without any sauce! The portion of fries was ridiculous...! In short, I do not recommend this restaurant at all, avoid it! Very bad experience!

A shame!!! It's supposed to be open but no... they make you come in, then they tell you to go somewhere else!!! Under the pretext that "the manager" did not arrive to validate the orders!!! It's not professional... 11:30 a.m. is not 12:00 p.m.... bad experience!!!!

None of the instructions noted in the order were respected! no ice tea either, in short a disaster! the worst Kassia Food where I ordered, usually I am satisfied. Very disappointed, I don't recommend at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🔥 GO YOUR WAY!

Just excellent, super pleasant staff, smiling, meal more than good, plentiful and inexpensive I recommend, to come urgently.

We had won a menu on Instagram and once we got there, no one behind the counter told us that it was finished except on the Instagram publications there had been no date stipulated. In short, you have lost the opportunity to make new customers. After that we went to Tacos Avenue. I can't say it's better than you. But they are nicer.

Excellent restaurant, very pleasant staff, I even wanted a coffee and as their machine was not yet ready we went to get it from a nearby shop. The quality was also there, it’s nice to have real “fresh” products for once 👍🏻

Nice place with airy surface. Very practical control terminal. Pleasant welcome, excellent staff. Clean, plentiful and very good. We had a good time. See you soon
