I
have
a
short
list
of
places
you
should
make
a
pilgrimage
to
eat
at
in
your
lifetime,
and
this
place
is
now
on
it.
Sandro
guided
us
towards
the
pizza
of
his
childhood,
made
with
potatoes
as
a
topping,
and
we
are
grateful
we
tried
it
because
it
was
amazing.
The
crust
rises
for
two
days,
and
while
it
looks
thick,
it
is
actually
airy
and
crisp,
and
each
bite
is
a
special
experience.
We
also
enjoyed
the
carbonara
pizza,
and
the
egg
sauce
he
uses
on
top
is
extraordinary.
Don’t
keep
reading
reviews.
Just
put
your
phone
down
and
go
right
now.
I
try
not
to
make
promises
I
can’t
keep,
and
I
feel
confident
I
can
promise
you
that
this
will
be
the
best
pizza
you’ve
ever
had.
Seriously.
The
only
downside
is
the
sadness
you
might
feel
when
you
realize
you
will
never
eat
pizza
this
good
again…unless
you’re
lucky
enough
to
live
in
or
near
Avignon.
