I have a short list of places you should make a pilgrimage to eat at in your lifetime, and this place is now on it. Sandro guided us towards the pizza of his childhood, made with potatoes as a topping, and we are grateful we tried it because it was amazing. The crust rises for two days, and while it looks thick, it is actually airy and crisp, and each bite is a special experience. We also enjoyed the carbonara pizza, and the egg sauce he uses on top is extraordinary. Don’t keep reading reviews. Just put your phone down and go right now. I try not to make promises I can’t keep, and I feel confident I can promise you that this will be the best pizza you’ve ever had. Seriously. The only downside is the sadness you might feel when you realize you will never eat pizza this good again…unless you’re lucky enough to live in or near Avignon.

Pizza by the slice reheated à la minute. Great for mix & matching. High quality ingredients. The standout here is the crust. Thick, fluffy, light and flavoursome. There are a few tables with bar chairs inside.

One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! The staff is super friendly and warm. They made us feel like we were family. It is a very great place to eat and I definitely recommend it!

I don’t typically like pizzas — BUT theirs are amazing, and I think that says a LOT about how good their pizzas are here 🤤 The owners are also true-blue Italians and they are very helpful and friendly. My favorite out of all their flavor choices is the slice that’s filled with onions, ‘guanciale’ (pork jowl), and pistachios. Definitely a must-try! You can order their slices for take away or dine in inside or outside.

This place is a "MUST TRY" in Avignon! The best "slice of pizza" I've ever eaten. We ate dinner and back the next day for lunch it was that good.

Magnificent pizza with the friendliest welcome in France (despite us rocking up late). Seriously, we got there just as they were closing, there were only two slices left and they are still delighted to serve us and incredibly kind. Must-visit if you're Avignon.

Stumbled across this gem of an authentic place at the perfect time, after a wine tour and day of being a tourist. E9 for pizza and beer. Lovely focaccia style with good toppings and crispy base. Pleasant place to dine in. One of the owners came to chat with us - a young Roman trying to make a go of it. We wish him well. Delicious, authentic pizza. Beer and community. GOLDEN. 💖✨

Sincerely the most friendly restaurant owner we ever met. He helped us to solve the issue when we were unable to get into the nearby stay. His pizza is extremely good, so tasteful! I really appreciate! Please must come to this restaurant when you visit Avignon.

Pizzas were absolutely delicious! Lots of vegetarian options, good coffee, lovely people, very attentionate, water for the dogs (and some affection)! Will come back again and again. Lovely discovery!
