The items are very beautiful and one of the sellers (young little beauty) is super nice! However, the rest is a disaster. And let's not talk about the "saleswoman" who was at the checkout, it's hard to be more unpleasant. She responds poorly to customers, looks down on them and is impatient. Anyway, we really wondered what she was doing there; she was absolutely not made for a job requiring relationships with customers.

Great shop with a top team. I have been buying from them for several years. I moved and still order from them. I always receive good advice and the team clearly tells me when the outfit I want does not match my body shape. I have never had any problems with all of my purchases...and yet I bought French Retailers clothes 🤣

My experience with French Retailer was disappointing. The products purchased were of poor quality. Their level of professionalism is below par, making any interaction with them frustrating and disappointing. Avoid this store at all costs.

We were me and my girlfriend looking at the store and I saw the top of a saleswoman and I asked her if there was very kind she went to get me a similar one but a cashier said as if we didn't have heard “do you really think they are going to pay for it?” I find that denigrating, even though yes I can afford to pay for it. Very disappointed if you think so, don't say it next to your customers
