Stayed here for 2 nights during our drive from Switzerland to Spain. Location is good, just a few km from the center of Avignon but note it is surrounded by commerce as it’s situated within a retail/ business park. Considering it’s location it felt really quite tranquil and the noise insulation of the rooms very good - you can hear no traffic, not even the very noisy crickets! The rooms were small, but clean, nice white bedding. The bathrooms look to have been renovated recently, again small but modern with nice products provided. No one came to service our room during our stay which I would have expected as we stayed 2 nights. AC worked fine and was much needed. We ate at the restaurant a few times including breakfast and the food was surprisingly good ( the burger in particular). There is a small kids menu and a few activities/ games the children can play with whilst there. The pool was a great way to cool down in the heat although the pool looked a little tired and in need of a good clean around the edges. The communal stairs and hallways leading to the rooms really do need the carpet replaced as it smelled pretty unpleasant. I don’t know if this is down to dogs being allowed in the hotel but it really wasn’t a nice smell despite appearing clean. Staff were, with 2 exceptions, quite friendly and helpful.

Freshly renovated Ibis with very friendly staff! We came very late in the night and the young lady was extremely warmly and service orientated! I guess we saw the General Manager also during our check-in. On the next morning the same gentleman helped at the breakfast which is with 11,50€ fair! All in all worth for our stay over or more if you want to enjoy the pool!

They dont speak ANY LANGUAGE, JUST FRENCH, NOT FREE WATER, AND VERY EXPENSIVE HOTEL FOR THE SERVICES THEY OFFER. NOT RECOMENDABLE!

The location, by driving, is close to Avignon TGV station. During the Avignon festival in July, it is very hard to book a hotel within the city, and this hotel is a good option if you drive and want to base in Avignon. I think it is about a 20 minute drive to Avignon. For Americans, this hotel chain reminds me of Hampton Inn, except breakfast costs extra and is actually better. It may not be worth the 10.50 EUR per person premium for some travelers. The rooms are on the small side and my full-sized luggage can open only half way. The internet is good and reliable, which cannot be said of many other hotels I've stayed at during my time in Provence. The showers are good and don't slash outside of the stall if you position the shower head correctly. The water pressure was good. There is a Galeries Lafayette department store nearby for shoppers. Free parking in the parking lot is a nice plus. Only issue I had was there being no elevator, but the max number of flights you'd have to climb up is 2 floors. Overall a good value.

The room was small, but perfectly for our needs. The common areas are again pretty samll but nice and clean The location is good, close to the center of Avignon and has a few other places to shop and eat close by. Very good experience, would stay again.

Very disappointed with the room. It was dirty and smelly and the aircon was not working on a night of 26° outside.why is toilet paper always on the opposite side of the bathroom and the beds so grubby. We found dead ants in out things in the morning but they were not interested.

Small rooms however they were clean. Location was a bit out of the way, required a taxi back. Food at the hotel was great, can recommend eating there

Great find! Easy, clean, comfy. Pool, bar, restaurant. Plenty of parking. About five miles outside of old town Avignon but a relaxing motel.

Comfortable hôtel with a parking, swimming pool, well located not too far from the city centre.

- Hotel has NO Elevator (in the year 2023!) - AC is working very poorly and is loud - cushions were dirty and had to be changed - we had three towels for 5 persons (?) - Food choice at breakfast is just mediocre - Tables are not cleaned and service is slow - the building looks old and dirty - simply NOT worth the money, mediocre at best

Lovely staff. Super clean and well priced. The area isn't close to town, but it's not far either.

Emergency stop over and pleased to eventually find the hotel. Not the part of the city a tourist might naturally seek out. Room was adequate in terms of bed but a bit too small for easy access with suitcases. Reception was less than friendly to be honest which is why only two stars given. A smile upon our arrival might have been nice after a long drive in the car, lucky for them the waitress in the restaurant was pleasant and served us what was a good meal for the price.
